The resort was beautiful aesthetically, the rooms were well appointed and we LOVED the swim up suite! Hyatt Zilara does not disappoint.

Had a swim up pool room, very clean and spacious. Was a nice to have this room but not nessassary if looking to save some money as the pools, beach and grounds are great. The food and drinks were excellent! Often the mixers at resorts are not good, but all were great here, no complaints. We were there with another couple for big birthday celebration, 5 nights.. Had a great meal at all restaurants, favorite restaurant was Journeys, sat in the rail car. The best beach I've been to in that part of the world, it was clean, no one selling you anything because it is private, and water was blue chest deep for 25ft from the shore with no merky grass spots. Staff were super attentive and friendly. It is one of the first places I said I'd go back to versus trying new resorts. I don't write reviews but felt compelled to do so here as I was really impressed.

Upon entry the staff was very friendly, our room was ready early and the welcome cocktail was delicious. The room was spacious and clean and our location was quiet. The pool was gorgeous and refreshing. PLENTY of chairs. The beach is also a private short walk and there were many chairs. The staff was phenomenal- mayreni and Alfred really made you feel remembered. Also had a great sense of humor. The activities were nice, we didn’t do many but that was just a personal choice. The gym had just about everything- we didn’t use it much because we were trying to just relax. All the restaurants were clean and accommodating to allergies. I liked the lunch grille by the pool daily. We tried just about all of the restraints. Italian and Caribbean were our favorites. Cocktails were nice at the pool, restaurants, and bars. We rented a cabana which was very comfortable. Overall a very very nice stay.

I travel quite a bit and the Hyatt Zilara was definitely one of the nicest hotels I've ever visited for MANY reasons. Everything was perfect... the staff, the grounds, food, you name it, it was OUTSTANDING. My entire family was sad to leave. This was the FIRST large resort I stayed in where I wasn't getting up at 6am to "claim" a seat by the pool/ beach every day. Although there were many rooms at the resort (it was sold out the week we were there), it NEVER felt crowded by guests. I also loved the layout... many seating cares to choose from, different pools, etc. Another detail that made a big difference to me was the staff... they would put their hand over their hearts every time they interacted with any of us. They called the gesture "service from the heart" - loved it! I will be telling my friends to visit and will be back!

The beach was beautiful, the staff were superb, and our room (ground floor swim out in the Mirage Club) was absolutely splendid!) Would absolutely go back.

Plenty of space with beach chairs always available. The bar tenders were quick to respond with no wait time at the swim up bars.

Property was beautiful, the Adult’s only swim out suites were very well appointed. We really enjoyed our entire stay.

This was our second time at Majestic Mirage. We were a group of 14 and the staff were amazing. We had the best butler, Arturo! Food was great, easy beach and pool access. Planning our next family trip.

I loved the fact that I did exactly what I wanted on this trip. My goal was to eat good….drink good and hang out at the swim up pool bar. It was a much needed trip.

Liked that everything was in close proximity and that the restaurants didn't require reservations. The swim up rooms would be better if the pool came all the way up to the patio.

I went with my boyfriend gif our anniversary and loved it. We did the swim up room, which was nice but I regret not doing the Xhale vip option. We dined at the French restaurant abc had the steak…AMAZING! Overall I had a great time!

Breathless Punta Cana is a great resort. I enjoyed the spa, the Xhale Lounge, my swim up room, the night time entertainment, and the specialty restaurant "Strip Grill". I will definitely be back to visit.

The property is modern and beautifully landscaped. The layout was well planned allowing for strolling throughout. The staff were friendly ,kind and accommodating. The swim out pool including jacuzzi were delightful! Restaurants didn’t require reservations yet you are welcome to do so.

Love it was only adults, the swim up pool, activities, drinks and people.

Many pool options, a good variety of restaurants with pretty decent food considering it's all inclusive, swim up rooms are a nice touch and add to a more private experience, beach is nice with a good private beach area, rooms are spacious, bathroom is nice, staff is friendly.

Very clean resort with beautiful scenery. It is not overcrowded and has plenty to offer. Very much suggest a swim out room. Staff was awesome especially Salvador, Jhony, Red, Santiago, Alex, Carlos, and Pedro.

It was a good service. The swim up room was fantastic. The butler David was helpful and kind. I recommend the hotel and the butler. It was a very great experience.

Absolutely fabulous vacation with my wife! Everyone treated us so well, our room with the swim out suite was amazing, restaurants were good, and just a great all-around experience.

We had a great time at Finest, the swimout room was the best ! Lot's of restaurantsand bar's. Never had to wait for food or driinks! The food truck was amazing.

I love the beachfront room very modern extremely clean, private pool right on the beach loved it all!

This was a get away for my wife and I without the kids. I really enjoyed the excellence club and the adult only side. The private pool for the excellence club that was adults only was very relaxing with a swim up bar. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. All the restaurants and the buffet were above my expectations. We opted for the room with our own pool. I believe it was a Jr. Suite with Excellence club upgrade. It was nice having our own pool and our own jacuzzi/jetted tub. We will be going again!

This is a beautiful resort. The grounds are clean and maintained. The food at the restaurants are good. The beach is not clear and has some rocks, but overall nice enough to enjoy. The pools do not have a DJ so the pool swim up bar is not a real party vibe. The rooms are excellent and have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The staff was pleasant and very accommodating. I would defiantly recommend for a R&R stay.

I loved the staff, multiple onsite restaurants, swim out pool rooms, access to sister properties, food (the eggplant at breakfast is a go-to and the steakhouse restaurant was a dream) and view! I’ve never experienced an all inclusive team like at Bahia! A special thanks to Andres (from experience team) Carlos (from staff), Weindy (from restaurant staff) and Enny, Yanothan (from the bar); they kept the drinks flowing and the party going. The staff looked out for us as many of my party didn’t speak Spanish. It was the best trip of year.

Hotel is full of great staff. We really enjoyed the animation program around the pool (special thanks to José "Popeye" and Braynel). Room is large, recently renovated, and very well daily cleaned. Also, we liked the daily refill of the minibar. Main buffet restaurant Palmyra really surprised us with the wide range of selections (breakfast, lunch). But what makes this hotel extraordinary were superb a-la-carte restaurants (great food and fancy interiors, Limbo with its cocktails is a "must"). Pool has a sufficient size and is surrounded by an appropriate number of sunbeds and a good pool bar with slush cocktails and beach restaurant Las Brisas with a really nice overview of the beach and see. Beach is really nice with many palm trees. During our stay beach was rather clean thanks to well daily maintenance (in fact, much better than in neighboring resorts). Amazing sportbar (snacks, pool tables, air hockey) and coffee shop were just icing on the cake. Definitely return to Ambar on our next stay in Punta Cana.

the property is massive! but there are always little carts you can jump on to take you around. we loved how you could use all the amenities for all the hotels on the resort property. Ambar was on the breach and it was beautiful, the pool is right next to the beach and a great snack restaurant to walk into for drinks and buffer food to bring to the pool or beach. it was great value for your money considering it’s all your meals, drinks, and entertainment included.

The hotel facilities are great. Everything is very well maintained and very clean: all the buildings, the paths, the beach (which hotel staff cleaned from seagrass *every day*!). The swimming pool is big enough, even on days when there was a lot of people (such as the foam party day), there was plenty of place around to swim or relax. There were also a lot of seats around the swimming pool and on the beach - just not a lot under the shade. The breakfast and lunch staff, lead by Pablo, were outstanding and took great care of us, even setting up "our" table on the special days of our holiday (my fiance's birthday and our anniversary), decorating the table. The bartenders at Limbo, one of the on-resort restaurants, also took great care of us. Regardless, everyone on the staff is very friendly, always saying hi to us whenever we walked past them, whether they were cleaning crew, entertainment crew, whatever.

Second time visiting, food has improved since last year. Friendly staff, good food & drinks. Love the swim up suites. Excellent gym to maintain fitness routines. We will return!

The property was beautiful. The beach was always clean of seaweed. Food was adequate. You could always fine something you liked to eat on one menu. The staff were wonderful and accommodating! The swim up suites were soooo convenient.

Waitstaff and bartenders were all excellent. our butler was very helpful with all of our reservations and any needs. Swim up bar bartenders and food truck waitress by rooms were very excellent and LaTorres wait staff was excellent and very helpful.

Rodney was our Expedia butler and he was terrific! The resort was amazing, the people are amazing and the food was so very good. Put this trip on your list and make sure you get the Jr swimup suite.

We had a great time at TRS Turquesa. Our swimout suite was great, and our area was very quiet. We had a peaceful beachside massage one morning, and spent most of our days by our pool. The restaurants were all very good, and there was always a variety of food. A huge shout-out to Norielis (Noris), our butler; she was incredible! She managed all of our reservations for dinner and was so helpful with our requests. Our vacation would not have been the same without her!

Great place to stay lived the swim up room

The hyatt ziva remains one of the top resorts in Punta Cana. I loved the culinary experience at this resort! Fresh flavorful ingredients and a variety of cuisine you wont find anywhere else. The staff here try so hard to provide top notch service! Luis at chinola and Luis at the buffet took good care of us along with Wander at the swim up bar (always had a smile on his face). We also enjoyed the blind butcher dining experience and the water park. You can feel Playa resorts "service from the heart" at this resort!

I am rating the hotel and the staff 5/5. Although we have a poor check-in experience, overall this hotel is beautiful and probably the best we've been in Punta Cana. Sharing my experience w/ the problem I had w/ my booking w/ Expedia and how the hotel handled it. Booking details included Junior Suite Swim up-King, balcony/patio with Ocean view, Club level-club lounge access, among others. A few days before, I messaged the hotel to confirm my booking and its details. I was told that my booking doesn’t include an ocean view and the club level. Those 2 are upgrades and was asked if I wanted to avail myself, of course, with an extra charge. I had an Expedia agent confirm my booking details & inclusions (which of course, included those 2 upgrades, I paid for them during booking) and told the agent to e-mail the hotel reservations directly so communication must be between them. In other words, my booking and its details from Expedia were not honored by the hotel and as expected, we had a hard time checking in which took almost 2 hrs. It was too much hassle and ruined our vacation mood from the beginning. Both parties, Expedia and the hotel were blaming each other and no one ever admitted who was at fault. I was given false booking upgrade details by Expedia, and the hotel was also firm by saying it wasn’t the hotel room class that was booked. Ending: we were given a regular Junior Suite-Swim up king, NO VIEW, and the Club level access was given as a“complementary”

We really enjoyed our trip to the Hyatt Ziva/Zilara. We booked 6 rooms for our family who were celebrating an 80th bday for my mother in law. The service was excellent and the resort was immaculate. We booked the club level which provided excellent top shelf liquors including Don Julio and Patron reposado (I'm a tequila drinker). Our oceanfront swim-up rooms were worth the extra cost. We spent most of our outside time at the Zilara pool which can get busy on the weekends. Manuel, the activities director at the outside pool, did an excellent job getting people involved with a variety of poolside and beach activities. There are lots of food options, all of which were good. We particularly enjoyed Tempest, the Asian option as well as the Navigator for outside dining. The breakfast buffets were extensive but we also enjoyed the breakfast at Shutters. Our butler, Fraudicio, was extremely attempted and helpful in coordinating a birthday celebration during our stay and making (tentative) reservations at the various restaurants. Overall, we had a great time. I do not usually book all-inclusives but this resort may have changed my outlook on booking resort vacations in the future.

The property is well maintained with friendly staff. It’s a great property for pure relaxation with things to do. Amazing shows, different food accommodations and a view to love. I had the swim up suite and it provide somewhat privacy when you don’t want to deal with too many people.

Wonderful stay. We stayed in the Excellence room with the deck and private pool and we loved it. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food was very good and you can eat at any time you like. Beach was lovely and several pools to choose from. I would stay here again.

Our stay at Barcelo Bavaro Beach resort was amazing. The beach was phenomenal, pools were clean and beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Overall we would definitely go back! The rooms were nothing fancy but they were spacious and clean, and a close walk to the pool and lobby. The pool area and bars were great. Service was quick, good quality alcohol and kind and professional bartenders. Even though the hotel was sold out we had no issues finding a lounger to sit. The main pool at the Beach adults only section was quiet and very low key. If you wanted more of a party area, the Palace property is a close walk and that pool is definitely more lively with a swim up bar and music. But they also have quieter pools over there as well if that’s more your speed. The beach was absolutely amazing and again, no problems finding somewhere to sit at any time of day. The palm trees provide lots of shady spots too and the beach was clean with phenomenal warm water and barely any waves. The restaurants were just okay, but that is to be expected at an all inclusive in my opinion. The service was great and the buffets were actually better than the sit down restaurants. We stuck to the Dominican food (rice/beans/plantains) as well as the sautéed veggies and baked chicken eggs and oatmeal for breakfast all of that was really good. Some of the fish and steaks were not our favorite but we are more on the picky side as well. Again; overall a great experience!

Where do it start? I book this resort for my 50th birthday. I stayed from May 5th to May 9th. My flight into DR on JetBlue was smooth. I arrived at the resort around 3:30pm due to the airport long line. Upon arrival at the resort. There was a wait to check in due to one person being at the resort front desk. That was a 20 minute wait. When it was my turn to check in. My room was not ready. I was told that I could get something to eat at one of the restaurants buffets until 5:30pm. By that time I’m finished eating my room should be ready. I went to get something to eat. When i reached the restaurant buffet it was closed that was at 5pm. I decided to explore the resort. The resort is beautiful. Clean, comfortable, beautiful nice large size resort. At first sight I fell in love with the beach. I knew that would be where I would be spending my time while on vacation. The pool is big. It’s clean. I notice throughout my stay they cleaned both beach and pool. In the early morning. Back to my room situation. Once I was done exploring the resort. I made my way to the front desk. My room was finally ready after 2 hour wait. There was a elevator I took to my room. The elevator was clean. My room was big. Like a master bedroom. The only thing. I was unable to enjoy the patio. I love the location on my room. I wanted to be the beach. I’m glad I wasn’t. I was tucked away nice a quiet. My room was cleaned daily. Entertainment every night. The main area of the resort was busy. In a good way.

Staff was very friendly and were able to communicate with me and my wife well. The area is also nice (no bad smells and clean conditions for all areas) the buffets were well air conditioned and food was great with lots of choices. The pools were great cool, refreshing temperature and clean, and the outside bars had great choices for drinks. The walking distance between areas was moderate but not too bad, and the nightclub as well as casino were very well air conditioned and overall a fun, comfortable experience. The room was also very nice and clean, with stocked mini bar and cable TV. AC worked very well, and the wrist room key card bracelet Vs a card you can easily lose was a cool touch. Housekeeping was also great.

This property is perfect for someone that has a disability & difficulty walking any distances.Rooms,though dated, were spotless & had the largest, comfortable bed we have ever seen & the Longest pillows ever!The Beach literally had NO waves in the 11 days we were there, very calm.The Adults Only pool was never crowded.The Food was quite good & had many options.The A La Carte Restaurants were all unique & had great food.Staff were attentive & always around.Entertainment (bands) was from 10-11pm & was good.The Palace next door was huge,busy & had many restaurants.We will definately Return to Barcelo Bavaro Adults Only!~~~

I love how beautiful everything is, the winding paths, the pools and palms. I love Their spa and their entertainment at the big theater. I love the cozy feel of Mamey Bar and sitting out at the low tables under the stars. I love to go for afternoon tea with treats at the Palace. I love the warm ocean water even in January. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Two sinks is nice. The buffets are great. La Brisa right on the ocean is so quiet and beautiful to have lunch at. Many activities if you like that sort of thing

Resort was really nice, we stayed in one of the master suites and it was a great room. The pools were awesome, swim up bar was a blast. The food was very good right from breakfast thru lunch and dinner with plenty of options. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be going back…

Luxury hotel on a lovely beach. Overall great holiday that met 5* expectations, food and drinks were good. Whilst staff were polite, most were not friendly and gave you the impression you were putting them out. Swim up room was lovely but pool area not very private and close to neighbours.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of Bavaro beach. Each day there were multiple activities and the staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel itself was beautiful and we had a lot of fun going around the swim up bars and beach.

Excellent experience at the swim out room....very relaxing! Food was good. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Had a good experience with our butler, which is the first time that has been a good experience. Will definitely be coming to stay again and would recommend to anyone.

We really enjoyed the feel of the place. It was very relaxing which is what we enjoyed the most. The private swim up and cabana were very much enjoyed. There were two employees that were particularly amazing, Isaa the bartender in the preffered club lobby and Marcelo our concierge. Isaa was just so pleasant to be around and made very amazing drinks for us. He was really great! Honestly we arent sure what we would have done without Marcelo. He went above and beyond with everything! He told us he would take care of anything we needed and he really did. He made things so easy for us. Thankyou Marcelo! We will see you again!

We had an amazing expierence at dreams royal beach! We stayed in the master suite with private pool in the preferred section. It exceeded all my expectations! Our concierge, Billy, was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. The entire staff was warm and welcoming and all made it a point to acknowledge our children and make them feel special as well. The resort is clean, our room was very comfortable. The entertainment both day and night is fun and family friendly. The food is OK, it’s not great but it’s not bad. However I do not go to an all inclusive with the expectation of 5 star food. The preferred breakfast buffet has many options and a great omelette station. The burgers were great everywhere! And the hibachi was fun. My favorite dinner was the fajitas at the Mexican restaurant. Overall we had a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone!

Spent our 21st wedding anniversary there and absolutely loved it . I highly recommend this resort to adults as well as families . Our swim-out room was amazing and very clean. The staff super friendly and helpful. Their food was delicious and plentiful. The only issue I had was with finding chairs in public areas around the pool. The resort should stop quest from claiming beach chairs overnight by leaving towels and personal items on them. I still give them a 10/10

The staff on the resort were AMAZING from Check-in to Check out. I stayed with my mom and her grandchild. My mom loved the flora and the over all ambiance. She really enjoyed the pool. I was given an upgrade on my room to a swim up suite and I enjoyed that thoroughly. I would return again to this resort.

Absolutely beautiful facility. The dining was great in all restaurants. My only complaint was I’m a diabetic and if would have known they don’t have Diet Coke in the DR I would have brought my own with me so the all inclusive alcohol was a problem for me. Limited drink options. No swim up bar. They need workers walking around collecting empty drink cups. No designated place for us to put them so people would just leave them laying around the pool.

The food was outstanding at the restaurants. It is hard to book them. Reservations fill up quickly. Restrooms get dirty fast. Not because the staff aren't cleaning. The humans using them are the issue. Our swim out suite was great. Do not use the glassware or coffee cups without sanitizing. Do not drink the water. We asked for the extra bottled water for coffee and brushing teeth.

We LOVED our experience! The place is very clean and the people are wonderful! If you’re looking for a great time and great food this is the place for you! Our room was a swim out to the bar which was pretty cool! We loved our mini fridge! The pool was very nice; we loved the lazy river that went around the pool slides!

The property was wonderful. But the staff made our trip. They were so friendly and accommodating. The people who serviced our room went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. There was always someone coming by when by the swim up pool, community pool or beach asking if we needed anything. Kudos the staff for making sure we were catered to.

The beach, pools, and common areas are fantastic, always clean and not overcrowded. The lazy river was tons of fun with its in-pool bar. The buffet food is ok, the restaurants were really good. The staff is extremely professional and excellent, one of their best assets is definitely the staff, we got a free room upgrade to one with private pool area and it was amazing, would get the suite with the pool if I ever return.

There were various food and restaurant options, plenty of things to do, gorgeous pools, great entertainment, they junior luxury suite was so spacious and we loved the double rain shower and open tub as well. We also really loved the spa massage and would totally get the spa week package if we visit again. What made our whole trip worthwhile though was the exceptional staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, always greeted us kindly with a smile, made us feel welcome, and were very accommodating.

The kids loved it. Bunch of stuff to do. Food is hit or miss. But the pools are nice, loved the lazy river, and swim up bars. Just wish the pools stayed open later than 6pm. The “app” was nice to see what was going on for the day, just wish they kept it updated and gave a location - the property is really big!

The property is safe, good conditions. What I didn’t like was the humidity and smell on the rooms because of the private pool. the a/c units on rooms I did not like entertainment needs more attention. I was expecting more live music, better shows. But overall is ok. The buffet was repetitive and I got sick the first night. Customer service at front desk needs more attention. But I have to say that Maria (housekeeper) and Ricardo at the bar on the pool made our days better! Always smiling.

We had such an incredible stay at Ocean El Faro. We had a swim up suite so every day just had beautiful views and was so convenient. In addition we had a butler named Jose, he was so attentive and made sure my husband and myself were taken care of. He booked all reservations for us, made sure our room was stocked, and took care of any special requests. We could not say enough how great he was, would recommend requesting him personally if possible. Where we were located we took advantage of the Pool Bar by the lazy river. Omar and Danny saw us coming and would have our drink order ready for us, they were excellent. It’s also close to the beach entrance, which we enjoyed some evening walks on. Our favorite restaurant at the resort was Dolce Vita, it is one that requires a reservation. Our server Luis was also a favorite, his recommendations made for an even better evening. The resort is large, but they make sure it is so convenient with multiple pools, restaurants, and a trolley you can catch to help you get around. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Ocean El Faro and would love to visit again.

Kevin was our client specialist and he did an amazing job! He assured we had everything we needed and made reservations for us accordingly. It was a group of 19 of us and he handled it with such ease and made our stay amazing! The resort was beautiful,clean, and had alot of entertainment! It is great for families and also teens looking to have a good time. Foam parties, beach parties, shows, nightclub, and food was 10 out 10! Rooms are spacious but would definitely recommend the swimup room. The spa is also amazing and has a cold hydro therapeutic pool for relaxation. Will definitely stay again! Thank you Kevin and Ocean El Faro staff for making our vacation a great time!

The property is beautiful and our swim up room was perfect. The staff were all wonderful, especially Emilio, our butler. The food choices were good but I was not happy with the taste. The beach was unusable due to the seaweed. The smell is bad but it’s the time of year it comes in and it’s all over. Overall, we had a relaxing stay but nightlife could be better.

I had an amazing time here with my friend! All of the staff was extremely helpful. Everyone was so kind and genuinely very happy to be there. It did not feel like work to the staff, they enjoyed making our trip very amazing. Felix, Yeremi, Emmanuel, John are just some names to name! Amazing place, lots of dining options and pool options! The beach is also right near the pool area! There’s music on the speakers for the pool area during the day and an amazing swim up bar. Even though there were a lot of people at the swim up bar, I never had to wait more than 2 mins for my beverages! When you are in the pool area there are a lot of staff members that come constantly to make sure you’re good and if you need anything! I did not pay for a single thing once I got on the property! I only tipped when necessary.

We had a wonderful trip at The Sanctuary. This was our third time being there. The service was wonderful. We had our own Butler, whose name was Emilio. He was extremely nice and extremely helpful. Anytime we needed anything I could message him on WhatsApp and he responded immediately. All of the staff is a pleasure. Everyone is friendly and warm. The pools are beautiful. The people who work at the pools are wonderful and very friendly. Felix was great. He and the other employees at the pool always made sure that we had our chaise lounge each morning and umbrella and towels and anything we needed. Mari is in charge of a lot of social events there. I took a dance class with her one day. She is lovely and a pleasure! There was terrific music entertainment. One night there was a saxophonist who was particularly amazing. The only thing that could be better at the sanctuary is the food.

There was excellent, good and bad. Ill start with the excellent The resort itself is very clean which is a huge plus. The seaweed was also delt with expertly. Good. The food was serviceable. We had the steakhouse twice which was good, the italian place twice it was the best resturant with the most options in my opinion, blue marlin once was for dinner was also good. The pizza place was the highlight! The room we were in was in the non updated section we also had friends in the vastle section and another couple in the updated section so i saw them all. Our room was large and clean. The shower had low pressure but there was always hot water. Pool areas were well kept up. Pool bar was nice and they were quick. Beach bar was nice. The biggest downsides forthis trip were 1. We were forgotten about at check in. We sat where we were told to for 45 mins prior to us going to ask what was going on. There was no welcome drink really it was a mess so not a great start. 2. I bought several bottles of wine in addtiin to the all inclusive. This process was quite slow. It was not streamlined at all and took sometimes upwards of 30 mins to figure out what to do where to go ect. In my opinion if soneone wants to spend additional money at an all inclusive resort it should happen quickly. 3. There were several days where there were no pool towels. Then we got the they will be here in 10mins.....it was more like 2 hours. Just be honest about the timing.

I stayed at the Ambar Beautiful resort, room Beautiful, pools Beautiful. I wish the swim up pools were heated. The only issue was that the staff didnt know what was going on. Everyone gave you a different answer. Front desk should be on the same page with information. But amazing place to stay.

The entire resort was extremely clean. The staff was so pleasant and professional. For an all inclusive, the food was really good and the variety was plentiful. Loved the Oceana and its location to the swim up bar.

Stayed in the preferred club junior swim out. First day I had to call to have the pool clean because there was leftover swimwear and dirt. This problem was resolved quickly. The timely manner of customer service needs some improvement. I did not think the VIP was worth it for this resort. No one really checks to see who is preferred and who is not. Butler service was just OKAY. Overall I did enjoy this resort, just need some improvements in different areas.

Armando and Houston were the best! They provided great butler service, answering all of our questions and making sure our stay was the best it could be. My husband and I did get a couple's massage during this trip and I must say that this was our only complaint. The massage was horrible. Massage lacked pressure although we booked a deep tissue Swim out suite was nice but we didn't utilize much due to the pool needed to be cleaned, skimmed of bugs and there was a lot of sand at the bottom of the pool.

The experience was amazing. The Butler service, Armando/Houston, was outstanding and met every request made. The first day I requested extra water and ice, I did not have to ask for that anymore. My ice was refilled without asking. They did a flower arrangement for my wife, which included heart-shaped flowers in the Jacuzzi tub with bubbles. We were pleased with all of the staff, and many were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Glady at breakfast and lunch. You want eggs cooked to order, look for her on the grill. LeBron (AKA the Goat), we debated that l said, Michael Jordan is the Goat, he was in many places and very funny. Samuel, the waiter this gentleman was truly amazing every morning at breakfast. He remembered to get my wife a mimosa and to have ice on my table, coffee, and light cream. I never had to remind him or ask him for anything. Mr. Smile, thank you for the Spanish lesson and the archery lesson. Ms. Dai, thank you for teaching me how to play the game of tossing the balls, the dancing lesson, and your Twerking. Mr. Fritz, I cannot forget you. Thank you for showing and explaining all of the amenities of the resort. Thank you for everything. We had the swim-out suite with personal butlers, Room 7034. They clean your room twice a day and refresh your towels. I have no complaints about this resort. I enjoyed everything about it. If you want a great cabana, look for number 45. It is surrounded by trees. So you get the shade and the breeze off the beach.

Picked a Swim Out w Butler. Everything nice until the morning when we found out we were next to the loading ramp, had to move due to unbearable noise. The app for texting the butler is worthless had to use wassap w them. Butler svc adds no value, you can do what they do for you, all they do is relay everything to others and do not get things done faster (1 buttler per floor). Now, the rooms were nice, facilities clean, quiet, no kids, no regueton. Shows were nice and staff was friendly. Food and drinks were good. I would recommend it for a peaceful retreat. 4 nights was enough. Must go to Coco Bongo in the Gold Members section (eat before)

Amazing grounds and breathtaking views. Rooms are just as beautiful as the landscaping, maintenance and housekeeping were a plenty keeping things clean and tidy. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, some a bit inexperienced. Requests for simple items took some time to receive or were forgotten. Nothing horrendous or superior just adequate service. Swim out room was very convenient and a pleasure to have especially on a on and off rainy day, but placement near the access road was a bit noisy. Always an activity to keep busy with during the day or evening, and overall well worth the cost for an all inclusive vacation.

My wife and I visited the JOIA Bavaro late May early June. The place was very nice and the food was some of the best we’ve ever eaten at an all- inclusive. Make sure you request Junior for your butler if you can. He is a very personable assistant and will see that your every need is met! He and his counterpart, Valentin arranged for a beautiful rose pedal evening celebration for my wife and I to celebrate our 46th anniversary. The entertainment team is a blast. Make sure you say hi to Jacinto wherever you find him, behind the pool bar or out on the grounds. The foam party is a great time, make sure you look for it at the pool on Fridays. Don’t miss the Gala event at the buffet on Thursday night, it is the best display of seafood, sushi and desserts you could imagine! The beach unfortunately had a lot of sargasso seaweed but the resort did all they could do to remove it. Bali bed game is real, so if you want your favorite location you will need to get up early to mark it. Overall, this is a great resort made much better by the people that work here. The beach is still amazing and outside of the sargasso season is one of the best in the world!

Amazing hotel. Service was excellent. 6 restaurants for dinner to choose from. The food was amazing. Every day there was a full schedule of activities you could get involved in. Swim out pool (hotel room option) was great.

Amazing service, top-notch food & location. The resort has lots of fun activities and free water sports equipment like paddleboards, kayaks, and sailboats. Evening shows are fun, especially the Queen tribute and the Michael Jackson show in the lobby. Cocktail bars are superb, and the staff is extremely friendly and fun! This is our second time returning to this resort, and both times we rented a beach facing swim out preferred club, which I'd definitely recommend!

The pools and beach areas were paradise! The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was our favorite spot to relax, and the beach was pristine with soft, white sand. The poolside service was impeccable, ensuring we always had a refreshing drink in hand.

Property is beautiful, staff is friendly, and drink are on point. Elite club swim-up rooms are AMAZING!!!I Food was okay, not a amazing... could use some improvement for those that know what true Dominican cuisine actually tastes like.

Overall the Rui Palace Bavaro is a beautiful property and location. Beach: The beach location was very well kept with plenty of chairs for visitors. Pools:There were plenty of pools and chairs, at any time of day. Elite Restaurant/Bar: The elite club locations throughout the resort were very clean and well maintained. Restaurants: The restaurants were okay. Downfall was the long lines to get in, even with a reservation (elite members could make reservations at all restaurants, but there was no line for elite members) Room Service: Room service offers a decent variety of foods and was very quick with the delivery. Swim Up Pool: The pool was somewhat small and only 3.5” deep. (Would definitely recommend you bring a blowup float if you select this type of room)

We recently stayed at Hotel Riu Palace Bavaro and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The property has been beautifully renovated – everything felt fresh, clean, and very well maintained. We chose to stay in the Elite Club section, and it made the trip even more special. Check-in was quick and seamless thanks to the Elite Club privileges. Our room was excellent – we stayed in a swim-out room, and it was peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxation with no crowds or rush. The Elite Club pools were equally impressive – upscale, beautifully kept, and surprisingly quiet, giving a very exclusive and laid-back vibe. The beach was another highlight – absolutely gorgeous with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the stunning ocean views. Restaurants were generally very good, with only a few minor misses here and there, but overall, I would rate the dining experience a solid 7–8/10. Plus, there were always plenty of drink options available everywhere, so no complaints at all in that department! A special shout-out to the Splash Water Park – it was so much fun! The rides were exciting, and it added an extra layer of enjoyment to the trip, especially for families and adventure seekers. Overall, I would rate our experience a 10/10. Hotel Riu Palace Bavaro truly offers a fantastic all-inclusive experience, and we can't wait to return!

We stayed in a swim up. It was very nice for us and the pool faced the back side of the hotel so very private. The food was delicious from the buffet to the food truck on the beach to the sports bar. We had a very nice time here. We stayed at another resort prior to switching here and I wish I never booked the other resort. I’ll be staying here from now on anytime I’m back in the DR. Thanks for a great stay.

The hotel had everything we needed for that type of vacation. Nice, spacious swim out room, clean, well mentioned territory, varied food. I would like to express my huge thanks to the entire staff. Everything was VERY clean. I liked that everything was in easy walking distance. The beach was pretty. I loved our swim out room and our room was beautiful and a great size. We loved the buffet and the coffee shop. We also had a couples massage, the spa was clean and beautiful There was a mix up with appointment due to a language barrier as we do not speak Spanish which made our experience start a bit tense but once we got things figured out the actual treatment itself and the people were great. The property is beau beautiful in the day and at night.

I visited with my 2 sisters for our first "Sis-caytion" and the resort was the perfect place for this special occasion. We bonded, dined, relaxed, partied, took beautiful pictures in this picturesque resort and explored Punta Cana! The staff named us "The Destiny's Child" lol. From the warm welcome, to the great entertainment options, cleanliness to the wonderful staff! I can say this is definitely worth the money. I expected a lot considering the expensive price but quite frankly it bit my expectations. Rooms and environment was cleaned around the clock, security was on point. They had something for everything. For an all inclusive, the quality of the food and drinks were 5* restaurant quality (especially if you eat at the restaurants). The breakfast buffet was amazing. We ate ate and ate until we could eat no more. The resort is so beautiful and honestly, whatever your vibe is, there is something for you. The staff- work like robots, so efficient and always on the job but always remain so friendly, happy and always willing to help or make you laugh. I hope they are getting paid well enough (because they deserve it). When you want peace and quiet, or if you want to party of meet people, they had something for you. I normally don't leave reviews but I just had to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I had a lovely stay at Secrets Tides Punta Cana. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. I especially want to recognize the receptionists, bag concierges, maids, servers, and chefs, all of whom contributed to an exceptional experience. Thank you for your outstanding service – it truly made my stay memorable!

Beautiful resort. The resort is beautiful and quiet exactly what is needed when escaping long work weeks. We had a swim up suite which was perfect if we wanted the beach it was a short walk, if not we could just float in the pool outside our room. Staff were amazing.our concierge Amada was there to help even when wanting to plan a little surprise for my wife. While at the pool we were taken care of by Esther who was always smiling and making sure we were taken care of.Esther would bring us beverages just when we needed them and even assisted us at the lunch area. Staff at this resort is very friendly and helpful . This resort is for pure relaxation- no loud music or disorderly patrons.

The most fun and perfect vacation our family has ever had. The resort was beautiful, the service was unmatched, and the staff was incredible. Our concierge became like family to us during our stay- if anyone has worked with Jose Simeon, you will never be in better hands. He, and the rest of the staff were there for us with any request, any recommendation, and anything to make our stay more fun and relaxing. The wellness aspect of the resort is what resonated the most with the 5 of us- we brought our 3 teenagers with us, and they loved every second of it. the food was incredible, mixing various fare from around the world each night in beautiful restaurants. Our food servers and staff (Maria (manager), Millennia, Johanna, Elvis, and Manuel served with care and excellence, and always with a smile (and well placed jokes) that made us feel so comfortable and cared for. The villa we had was out of this world- and if a minor issue popped up, someone was there in minutes to take care of it. We will be returning to Zoetry properties around the world, and Zoetry Punta Cana will definitely be a return visit. This vacation brought our family together, and we will never forget all of the days on the beach in the ocean, in the pools (especially the swim-up bar), the many activities and fun adventures that were offered every day. We did not participate in the many excursions, as they were expensive, and honestly, we didn't need to leave the property with everything they offer. 5-star!!!

I traveled to Zoetry with 2 adults, 3 kids and 2 elderly adults. We stayed in their new 3 bedroom villa and it was wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Our concierge, Amada was available via whatsapp everyday to answer questions, make reservations or set anything up in our room. Frank, Jubie, Manuel, Sory and Oliver were stand out employees. Although there is not buffet option, the cooks are able to accommodate every food option you desire. It is a formal sit-down meals kinda place but this is all about the luxury and relaxed experience. Snacks are also available at the pool and room service is 24 hours. The only downside I found was that the pool is not accessible. So, if you're traveling with anyone who needs steps to enter the pool you will have a hard time. The spa is great and the jacuzzi and spa facilities are available to all guests. Fully stocked bar and snacks in the room every day and mosquito spray and toiletries are well stocked. I would definitely travel here again.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms are perfectly sized, pools are lit up in a pretty blue color at night, and the daily activities they provided were perfect!There was a live musician playing around the main pool and other days they had performances at night in the main lobby. My favorite was probably the Circus night. That was SO COOL OMG! Our main concierge was Wiris Guzman - if you can request a specific person, PICK HIM!!! He's seriously the best!! Anything we needed, even if it wasn't at the resort, he went and got it for us. Such a sweet guy! Also the bartender Jimmy is THE MAN! He took the time out of his day to help me and my husband learn and speak the language. He also makes a tasty Rum cocktail (yummm), coming from a former bartender -- he knows his stuff for sure!!! Juan Carlos was another one of our servers/concierge who was so awesome, and can't forget Robinson who provided the Wine Tasting for us one night! He was really nice to meet too! Knew his stuff, very interesting! Housekeeping was fantastic as well! They kept our mini fridge STACKED! Love them all!

Far exceeded our expectations! Beautiful resort with super friendly staff. Our butler Nathanael M was incredible. He was always available and filled all our requests quickly and with a smile. The food was good. My kids enjoyed the swim up bars for non-alcoholic drinks.

The staff in every department of this resort were amazing. They make the place 5 star. It is an impeccably beautiful and clean place. The pools and swim up bars are the best i have seen. The girls in the spa Laedy and all of the women working in the spa i would give them ten stars if i could! Service is amazing all around.

Fray the check in receptionist was on point, my wife and myself arrived early at the Resort and the room that we paid for was a deluxe room and it was not ready I mentioned to Fray that it was my wife birthday he upgraded us to preferred Status and gave us a swim up room at no additional cost and that category room comes with a butler that provides service for every aspect of your needs at the resort. Our butler was Will he did a great job for us he set up a special dinner for my wife birthday at one of the specialty restaurants and they provided a delicious birthday cake and sing happy birthday to my wife.Will helped us with every aspect of our stay at the resort every time I called on him he responded and what ever the request was he made it happen . We ate at the buffet most of the time the food was good however more Variety of seafood would be nice thanks for a great vacation

We really enjoyed Dreams Flora Punta Cana. The property is clean and well maintained. The beach is lovely. I would give 5 stars, but the food was meh. The staff is great and are constantly trying to do things for you. We had an ocean view room in preferred. The butler was very attentive. He made dinner reservations and since it was both my birthday and our anniversary planned little surprises for us staying in contact through WhatsApp. There are lots of pools throughout the property with one main one near the beach that has lots of music and activities. The others were quiet. The nightly entertainment was also meh. Some days you had to be out there early to get a lounge on the beach, and other days not. I’m an early person, always got a lounge. Lounges opened up by mid day anyway. Near the pools there were plenty of lounges always available. There were 2 weddings while we were there and the nice grill restaurant is closed when there is a wedding. We were there Memorial Day week.

I was upgraded to a swim up room , very happy about it. The resort is beautiful with many activities. The food is good but could be excellent if the cook knows what how to cook and training the other people who work in the kitchen. The fishes and meat with no taste and dry.

The beach was just a short walk from our room beautiful beach and great staff. I would definitely go back. Me and my kids were there for a week. Also... get the swim up if you have kids!

I enjoyed ti have a private pool for my family. Also the different kind of activities every day for everyone.

Loved the Bahia Esmeralda! The swim up room was a hit with the kids. Tons of dining options through the Bahia resort area, make reservations in advance through the app. Steps to the beach! I found there were plenty of chairs and seating areas. Our favorite spot was the Atabey beach bar, Kelvin was an amazing bartender.

Great people and great service. I'm glad we did the preferred club because there was no limit to what we could do. We loved the private pool we had. Orlando was a great host and kept us in the loop about everything going on throughout the day. I wish they had sports channels on the tv in the room.

My wife and I stayed for 5 days. The hotel was next to the beach. Our room had a pool and ocean view. The staff was polite and very helpful. There are a couple of restaurants with different cuisine. The food was great and well arranged, especially for dinner. I would recommend the TRS Turquesa hotel to anyone who wants a nice vacation.

Staff was amazing. Room service was great. Pools were clean. Property didn't feel overcrowded, always felt like you have privacy, but could interact with other guests if you wanted.

I loved the room it was very beautiful. The swim up room was perfect especially when the pools close for the day.

Beautiful grounds. Swim-up rooms were great. The lagoon next to the hotel was the perfect place to swim. The El Beso part of the resort was fantastic, especially the adults-only restaurant on the beach. The lobby is beautifully designed and has a fascinating architectural concept, and the lobby bar and piano bar were really elegant. The buffets were surprisingly good for an all-inclusive resort.

We had 2 concierges Marcos and Carlos that made our 2 week honeymoon here fantastic! The weather is super hot and humid compared to where we live, so we were constantly asking Marcos and Carlos for more waters and sodas for our room. They both also helped with booking reservations for us at the reservation restaurants like Sakura and Dolce Vita. Housekeeping was amazing and always kept our room sparkling clean whenever we asked or didn't have the "do not disturb" sign up after a night of drinking lol. The bartenders were amazing and constantly kept our drinks full, even from our swim up pool. All servers at the restaurants and buffets were super attentive and very friendly. We did happen to get sick mid way through our stay and our one concierge, Carlos, made sure we were given extra waters and even had a free continental breakfast delivered to our room. You will never walk past a worker here that isn't smiling! The lagoon to the left of the resort was absolutely beautiful and even had a horse on the shore that was extremely friendly. Bingo was a big tradition during our stay and was always hosted by someone great and super energetic. We also really loved the foam party at the party pool on the El Beso side. We met tons of great people during our stay and this is definitely one to remember.

I joined the diamond club after 3 days and felt like the most special person in the world. My butler Roberto was my favorite part. He catered to me because of my medical issue. He made food reservations, let me know the daily activities and was quick to respond to my requests. I had an issue where I needed to go to the resort Doctor. Roberto walked me to the doctor and stayed with me until I was done. The doctor was amazing. He was Thorough and spent a long time with me not just a quick 15 minute exam. Let me clarify this was my issue nothing to do with the resort. I got moved to a room that has the swim out pool attached to your patio. Amazing!! Splurge and get it. Totally worth it. The beach is beautiful and sitting in comfortable loungers sipping a drink was magical. The drinks flowed freely and were never watered down. Everyone from the gardeners to top management say hello all with a smile on their face. I don’t know how they do it but many staff even remember your name. I felt completely safe and never worried about anything at all. The food was 5 star in my opinion. The buffet really stands out for me. The set up was not only delicious but pleasing to the eyes. There are 7 different restaurants if I remember correctly. Every day and nite there is fun entertainment. I didn’t experience the nite life but it sounded like everyone was always enjoying themselves. The area was clean, rooms clean and comfortable. The grounds were so green and impeccable.

The convenience of having everything close was exciting as to the pool the beach the food facilities. The concierge service with Jean and Cesar are first class as well as the in room cleanliness but the bathrooms around the pool area would need to be cleaned more often. The entertainment and the bar service was excellent. The thing I did not like was when they tried to push that time sharing or whatever you call it.when you get in the office everyone is nice they shake your hand and are being very friendly but after several attempts to sell you and you don’t buy it they get up and leave without even shaking your hand it was very disrespectful and the worst part is I was actually considering to buy it. All that said yes I would come back to Royalton but there is no way I would go to one of those time share meeting again.

I read many reviews and watched many videos before going to this hotel. I chose to pay extra for the diamond club for the room’s view (not the pool area or snack lounge). There are no elevators at this resort so you will be walking. The pool furniture is pretty outdated. The hot tub wasn’t so hot. The food offerings were pretty slim. I heard the same six (remixed) songs on repeat for days. If you don’t book the diamond club your room could be in a building that would require a bit of walking. I do think it was worth what we paid for, although I wish there were more healthier options. While I wouldn’t return back to this specific resort in the DR, I would try their sister location in Cancun. It’s also a 40min ride from the airport.

The property was beautiful, lush greenery everywhere! We had a swim out room and loved it. The restaurants were good, losts to choose from. The food on the buffets were a little bland. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Property is extremely large. Lots of sitting options . Unfortunately, not a good resort when it’s come to electricity. Poor tv service with limited to no channels and no apps to sign in. Takes almost a full day to charge your phone with there in room plugs. Towels and cloths are cheap and thin. We stayed in a swim up and they don’t provide pool towels and you only get 1 room bath towel at a time. Staff doesn’t understand English that well so have an app to translate and or speak the language. We visited resort this year in end of February.

Loved this resort and everyone there! Would definitely go back. The food was great, the entertainment was awesome, and we absolutely loved our room with a private swim-up pool area and hammock. The only thing that wasn’t amazing is the beach was filled with seaweed, but this didn’t bother us especially since they can shuttle you daily to a beautiful beach 10mins away. If all you want to do is lay at the beach, you might not be happy, but we were super content just laying by the pool.

I wanted a resort where I could rest & relax….mission accomplished! The property was peaceful & beautiful. My room was perfect with the hammock and swim out pool, and the staff was excellent, specifically my Butler, Aronni, and Elian, Arlette and my massage therapist. The hot stone massage was heavenly. There was one one issue that was immediately addressed & resolved. If you are looking for a low-key stay in a beautiful environment with top notch service…this is your place! Service here is Fabulous. Everyone was friendly and always helpful. Especially our butler Armando. Beach is beautiful. Loads of tiki huts to sit under at the beach. Pool is huge. Towels are huge. There is a beach tote in your room to use. Food is good. Lunch was the best. Great Wifi and lots of tv channels. Celebrated my birthday and they did some really nice surprises .

We loved everything about our week at RIU Palace Macao. We did the Elite Club and would definitely recommend it. The swim-up suite was everything! The only complaint was that the Elite Club room service food menu was NOT good compared to literally everything else; all the other food on the property was mostly excellent. The restaurants were great. Kabuki was our least favorite out of all of them, but it was still delicious! It’s a lot of small bites so go ahead and order everything haha. We look forward to checking out all the rest of the RIU properties in other countries!

I recently stayed at Riu Macao Adults Only and really enjoyed the experience. It’s a great small resort with a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were nice and comfortable, though a little damp at times. There are three pools—while the swim-up pool was a bit murky (likely from suntan lotion and oils), more frequent cleaning would improve it. The buffet food was excellent, and the service really stood out thanks to a few wonderful staff members: Felix in the pool area was very attentive, Polanco went above and beyond during meals and even arranged a special birthday dinner for my friend, and Jean Carlos was incredibly sweet. My only suggestion would be to have at least one bar with top-shelf liquor, but overall, it was a great place to stay and I would recommend it.

I purchased an Elite room thru Expedia but was checked into an inferior room which costs much less with no explanation from the staff. Only when I was taken to the assigned room did I discover that fact. I went to the front desk and asked to speak to the manager, Ceseare who agreed to provide the correct room the following day which he did. He also agreed to process a refund to Expedia for the night stayed. That has not happened yet after two weeks. I emailed the hotel but have not received a response yet. The service at the resort was very good and my wife and I really enjoyed the Elite dining experiences at three of the restaurants. The swim pool was beautiful and my wife loved it. Since they had other pools I didn’t think it was necessary to have the small pool at an extra $150/night. But it made her happy. Lots of drinks and food and top shelf liquor in our room. Love the hotel. I just want the refund promised.

Absolutely loved this place !! We had a great room on the corner of the hotel, overlooking the gardens, pools and with a sea view, couldn’t ask for better views really. It was our wedding Anniversary while we were there and we were left a nice canvas picture and a lovely message from the hotel management ( nice touch)…Food was great…. Buffet was good and other restaurants were excellent…. Our favourites being Crystals and the steak house. Staff were great, especially at the pool bar. Room cleaned daily. Lovely beach and ocean… lots of drinks to be had. Even wandered to the other Riu hotels and had a few drinks. Plenty of activities to do in the day time if you want to…. However…. We found the evening entertainment not too good. I had a little accident on the day we were leaving, where I stupidly put our case on the glass topped coffee table in our room…. We told them at reception when we were checking out and they were fine…. We did pay for the damage $70. We would recommend this hotel to anyone… so much so that we have already booked to go back next year…. But this time for 14days instead of 10.

Riu Macao was a good chill experience, liked that we had access to the parties when we wanted to turn up. The buffet had good food, the theme restaurants I tried were fine, but I wish their menus were either more extensive or changed daily. The poolside entertainment was great, but I was surprised that the pool water was hot.

The swim out room was amazing as well as the beach. Food at the buffets was less than desirable.

We had an amazing 5 night stay in a Palace Swim-Up Room. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the swim up pool. It’s very quiet. Our concierge Argenis was the best. He took care of us. Got our dinner reservations taken care of and always made sure our mini bar was full in our room with whatever we needed and wanted. Everyone at the resort was so accommodating and friendly. The pools all have swim up bars and they are fun. Our favorite pool was the Punta Cana Resort pool and Luis is the best bartender at the swim up bar. Don’t forget to tip all your bartenders, servers and concierge. They definitely take good care of you. The Palace pool was very hot and had a lot of kids in it. The adult only pool is also very nice. All of the restaurants were good but our favorite buffet was Poseidon. Rosa was our server at several restaurants and she is truly a sweet lady. The Sports bar is also a fun place and it is open 24 hours. We can’t wait to go back again.

Went with my husband and 2 year old son. The resort is beautiful - 3 in one. Would only recommend the palace as the other connecting resorts were older and not as nice. The junior swim out suite was amazing. The food was better than expected and had good variety and options at the buffet and a la carte. Shows were good for families. The pools were great and the kids waterpark. Service was very good and staff was friendly. There were a few things we did not like such as the train shuttle took very long to come, room service did not have half the menu, our pool filter didn’t work well. But overall had a great time and would recommend.

This resort is quiet and pleasant, first, at the time of our stay there were a bunch of chainsmokers that made it almost impossible for us to stay at the pool area, it only has one pool, so it is smoke party or go to the neighbor resort, the punta cana, that has two pools. Which we did and the ambiance there was better, the quiet pool next to the snacks shack. Another low was unavailability of a la carte restaurant spot, only got one , and was not so impressive, the steaks place, the experiencewas saved by the excellent service by Ingrid. Overall, nice stay, service 5 stars, from front desk, bars, buffet servers, the service here really makes you want to go back.

Resort is very up to date. Very energy efficient. Huge area to do alot of things. Quiet most nights around room areas. Nice staff. Pretty good food, but menus were not the best. Mexican resturant needed to be updated. We purchase Unique and didnt get the room we wanted. Got upgraded to swim up, but for our age it was to far for us somedays . Room 1132. Bet best resort in the area. Room service saved us.

Overall we were pleased with some aspects, not so much with others. The pros: Swim up suite is very nice and comfortable. The service in general is very good, with most staff being attentive and friendly. The dining restaurants offered good food and great service. The coffee shop is very nice and the gym is massive with top notch equipment. The cons: Buffets were underwhelming. There was a wide variety of rather poor quality food. This applied to both breakfast and lunch. The beach is a sore spot. Lots (and I mean LOTS) of party boats are permanently mooring on the beach. The view is fully obstructed and the water is not as clean as it can be. The sand had not been cleaned from the algae washing ashore, and even the lounging areas were not properly cleaned. The main pool is huge, but is missing a swim up bar. Overall, if you want to be away from the floks of boozy tourists, and receive good service, that’s the place to go. Just curb your “5 star” expectations around the food & beach.

Overall we really enjoyed our trip to Lopesan Costa Bavaro! The hotel is beautiful and they do a nice job with keeping the grounds clean! We upgraded to the Unique Club and felt it was worthwhile for the small difference in cost. We ate breakfast and lunch at the Unique Club by the beach everyday - enjoying the view of the ocean while we ate. The food choices were great at the Unique Club - I was able to each fairly healthy with omelettes and grilled chicken salads at lunch. My husband enjoyed the filet/steak options too on the grill. The restaurants were all pretty good and had decent portion sizes. The steakhouse was really good and liked that it was for adults only. We read reviews about the poor service, and were a little nervous about that. We felt that we had great service overall! Our butler was Isaury and more than willing to help us book our dinner reservations and went above and beyond to help me organize a dessert surprise for my hubby's bday. We really enjoyed the drinks at the Unique Club bar - they were definitely better than the drinks we got at other outdoor bars on the property. We loved the lobby bar in the evening with a drink before or after our dinner. Shout out to Katherine and Franklin at that bar for being so pleasant and service oriented! We loved the swim up suite! It was perfect for our family of 5

Paradisus is a great property and scenic views. Always stay in a Master suite or better if more than two people. Swim up rooms are also ideal. Good food and great service. The only thing I didn’t like is being bothered to see the MELIÁ presentations. I have been at 3 different Paradisus properties and they all do the same thing. I’m not interested in the presentations which I have done on two separate occasions. Again other than that it was a great property and a great stay. Will return and stay at Grand Cana swim up rooms.

First off, our concierge Christopher was the best. He took excellent care of us and our dinner reservations. Always made sure we were good. The hotel is very beautiful, but could use a few upgrades. Some of the bedroom doors have gaps in the wood. There’s only one hook in the bathroom area for your towels. There’s no shelves. The AC could be a little cooler. It won’t go below 69 degrees and that’s not cool enough in a hot and humid climate. We woke up damp in sweat both nights. The mini bar and snacks are nicely stocked, but the fridge isn’t cold. The beverages feel tap warm. The pools are all nice. Great service and super nice staff. Pedro and Greivin were great at the pool bars. They made sure we were always good and made great drinks. You have to go see them if you’re there. The beach is nice, but really hated all passersby trying to sell us something. Whether it was braids, massages, excursions, photo opps….we just wanted to relax and it made it a bit difficult. The water was also a bit murky. The restaurants were a hit or miss. Buffet was always cold and bland. Sante wad ok. Food wasn’t the best. The lava cake was not good. I didn’t like that one of the servers kept insisting we ask for drinks even after I told her repeatedly that we were good. Flora Cena was good. Andrea was the best server. Such a beautiful soul. Entertainment is lacking a bit. Need more fun activities. The Kicks bar could have some cards, board games, or jenga.

The property was beautiful and there were pools for everyone. Never been to a property with so many pools. Property has amazing dinner options and restaurants. However, I had a bathroom showered that flooded and was never repaired. Booked 2 rooms but was given rooms on opposite ends of the property. So my mother was alone on other side of property. Front desk staff did not work hard to correct this error.

We returned to Paradisus Palma Real in April 2025 after a great experience in 2023. Having stayed in many North American resorts, this review reflects a seasoned perspective. 1. The food remains excellent—diverse, high quality, and consistent with our last visit. I hope they maintain this standard. 2. The resort is exceptionally clean. 3. Staff are friendly and helpful across the board. 4. The beach is beautiful. We’re not sun-lovers, so the shaded huts near the water with comfy beds were perfect for relaxing while enjoying the sea breeze and view. It’s calmer than Aruba but still lively. 5. Restaurants are a highlight—the food, design, and ambiance are top-notch. The oceanfront breakfast buffet is especially memorable, both for the food and the stunning view. 6. Nightlife has improved since 2023, with better music and dancing. My wife loved it. Be sure to reserve restaurants in advance. 7. The pools are great—our child had a blast. 8. The kids’ club is excellent. Our child enjoyed it both times. 9. The spa is available, though we didn’t use it. That said, upselling spa services doesn’t work unless there’s a clear value. What makes it better or unique? We all get spa services in our countries. Why should we get it here with higher or same price? They also have photography service which i found to be very overpriced. Overall, this resort continues to impress and deliver a great family experience.

We chose this property from a list on Expedia based upon facility description and price. We were not disappointed! The facility is absolutely gorgeous, with pleasing architecture and beautiful rooms. We stayed in The Reserve, which was adults only and right next to the pristine beach. The Reserve provided us a personal concierge, who arranged dinner reservations at many different restaurants within the property, and was available for any needs or questions we had. We developed a personal relationship with him. I celebrated my 76th birthday while there, and our concierge decorated our room with balloons and delivered a bottle of wine and a birthday cake! What a treat! Amazing and fun daily activities included crafts, painting, rum tasting, yoga, and many others, including nightly live entertainment. The food was truly delicious. We especially enjoyed the buffets, which boasted various stations that would prepare an entree right on the spot. We particularly loved the vast variety of local fruits, vegetables, and seafood. Also a large selection of freshly baked breads and pastries. The Dominican cuisine restaurant, Flora, was our favorite. We are already talking about returning next year with our daughter and her family!

We liked that the adult section was exclusive. Our concierge Gustavo was extremely attentive and helpful. The entire staff was very friendly and inviting. There was never a shortage of pulapas and towels. We especially liked that you don't need a card for beach towels. The towels are everywhere. Another great feature is your bracelet is your room key.

We had a great time. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Will definitely return

We enjoyed our stay at Dreams Cap Cana, but there were a few downsides. As Preferred members, we expected more exclusivity, but anyone could access the Preferred pool, cabanas, and lobby without being asked. It didn’t feel like a true upgrade. The resort is very family-oriented—every pool and beach area was full of kids, which made it hard to relax. If you’re looking for an adults-only vibe, this may not be the best fit. I also expected more Dominican culture. The food was mostly American-style, and the music was the same—barely any Spanish music. I was really hoping for more local flavor in both food and entertainment. On the bright side, the service was amazing. Our butler Juan was excellent and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Also, if you’re booking a romantic dinner, ask for Richie—he went above and beyond, even taking professional-looking photos and videos on our phone. I also joined the Unlimited Vacation Club, and Paco and Miguel made the process smooth and pleasant with great customer service. I’m looking forward to future trips with more cultural experiences and a bit more adult privacy.

Superb hotel, refurbished very recently, the rooms are almost brand-new, spacious and well equipped with a huge bed and the sofa bed for our toddler was perfect. We had a beautiful view of the resort and the sea on the 4th floor. The hotel is quiet, clean and the staff are very kind. They don’t ask you for tips (not like at the Sanctuary or the Ocean Blue). The food quality and choice is the best we had so far. They have kids menu and variety of choices. The hotel offers to club members a private restaurant and a pool. The hotel has good entertainments in the evening, concerts, cigar-making, caricatures, beach parties. Barbecue parties. They have a kids club and we used the nanny service as well with a qualified staff (15usd per hour). We used the spa and it was nice too. We really liked our stay at Dreams Cap Cana and we will return here in our next stay in Dom Rep. Ps: Do not book Ocean Blue, avoid at all costs. I had food poisoning and I was unwell for 2 days, the hotel is old, rooms smell mold, staff asking for tips… the beach is beautiful but that’s the only good thing about ocean blue.

This Place is Wonderful. Honestly the service was impeccable from check in to check out ! Family friendly resort with endless things to do. We did a clear boat tour and did snorkeling as well as saw dolphins! The beach is wonderful as well. The water park for kids is a plus. All dine in places had amazing dishes and cannot complain about anything. The grounds are kept very clean and you will never see anything dirty!! Family concierge upgrade is a MUST! The swim up suite was delightful and rooms are amazing! I could go on and on about this place. I will be returning

June 7th to June 14th 2025- 7 nights-Family of four with two daughters, graduate school age, so our first priority in picking a resort was spacious accommodations. Paradisus Grand Cana delivered on that priority. We booked a two-bedroom, two bath, family concierge, Master swim-up suite. Nearly 3,000 square feet. Gorgeous resort. In brand-new like condition. Pristine. The landscape is exquisitely manicured. Massive center pool, inner and outer rings swim-up pools, and a waterpark at close proximity. The result is that the place never felt overcrowded. The resort in not on the beach, but it was never a show-stopper for us. A fleet of golf carts transport guests to and from the beach. One needs to carry only themselves, and perhaps some sunscreen. Beach chairs, towels, restaurant, etc...await your arrival at the beach. I walked to the beach. About 13 to 15 minutes. You see, I've got to get my daily steps in. My iWatch insists upon it. There are several restaurants here. Our concierge, Thaina Decire, booked our diners and concierge inclusive excursions. We tried Karnica, Tori, Machu, and Rubi Rocks with mixed family reviews. We achieved a consensus with Origen and ended up sticking with it for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Origen is a spectacular buffet restaurant. There is something delicious to eat at Origen even for those with the most discerning palates. Superior service here. The family concierge is worth the dollar stretch. Thaina is an exceptional concierge.

Paradisus Grand Cana - resort was amazing, new and luxurious. The ground and the property was always kept clean. We stayed for a week and had a blast. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Our swim up room was great - ample space, clean and comfortable. Patio and jacuzzi were excellent. Special shout out to - Yuberkis at buffet during dinner time. She always had a smile on and went above and beyond every time. We couldn’t get a reservation on the night we arrived for my birthday but she went above and beyond to make my night memorable. I can’t thank her enough. Also, two servers at the main pool. I think their names were Francisco and Leonardo. They were amazing, always on top of our orders, and always with big smiles 😊 on their face. Even though it was scorching hot some of the days. Staff there definitely made our stay much better. Only recommendation I can suggest - opening the restaurants earlier including the buffet. With small children and elderly - earlier dinner would have been better for us. Also, it was extremely hard to get reservations for the restaurants so we just stuck with the buffet. Only went to Tori 1 night for dinner. Only available times were 8:30 or 9:30 pm. That’s too late for us. Other than that no other issues. We had a blast. We will definitely be back!

Overall it was a nice place to stay. Child friendly. Most of the staff was great. Food could be better but could have been worse so basic. Walls and doors are not well insulated so you unfortunately could hear all the people in the halls. Usually quiet after 10pm but like anywhere ypu have a few rude people. The beach is a 3min golf cart away or a 10/15 min walk. Beach was nice and clean. Water park was good for our needs except the baby section sprinklers didn't work so that was disappointing but baby still had a blast. The crib we had requested was there upon arrival. This was a great experience for our family of 4 which included a 1yr old. We also had a swim out room which was fantastic and another reason we chose this resort. We would go to another Melia resort.

Our butler Nelson took care of us from the beginning of our stay (getting us a corner swim out) to the end! Always making sure to get us the dinner reservations needed & any other special requests were taken care of without delay! He was awesome & a hard worker for us all! All of the staff were fun & friendly. Maria & Erica mainly were our poolside waitresses, always had a smile & never passed by without checking in on us. Thanks everyone for making our stay memorable.

We were in one of swim out rooms of the Diamond Club. Christian was our butler and Patricia that works in the Diamond club both made our experience great while we were there. They both deserve a 10 Plus. And the food at the buffets to the other restaurants were awesome too. I’ve mentioned this place to coworkers and will definitely come back to visit this place again in the future.

Royalton DR was a recommendation from another satisfied traveler we know. The resort was lovely, our swim out room was such a cool feature, the ocean & beach were gorgeous. But the people are what make the resort. From our Butler Noraya to bartender Santos (who has the moves!) to our waiter at Jade - Hector. The people are kind, patient, & work very hard to ensure you have a great experience.

The staff was very friendly and attentive…especially our butler Johnny! We were able to get into every restaurant at least once. Rooms were restocked with beverages and bottled water daily. The water park was a pleasant surprise as well…spent hours there. Rode every available slide (one slide down for maintenance). We had the DC swim-up suite.

I got the swim up suite it was amazing, food was great staff members was very to help . The riu party are crazy I went to 2 if the 3 partys they host, I got a vip section everytime.

I enjoyed the staff. They were very helpful and always happy. I could mention specially Bermudez from the pool who was always so attentive and helpful. Always trying to please us in every way.

Pool areas was great offered a lot of excursions on the resort sports bar was very nice and entertainment was live and fun room have four liquor options Jim tequila, rum, vodka refrigerator was stacked with drinking options and snacks. You are allowed to visit the Sister resorts next-door. One resort has a waterslide. There is also a casino which they really don’t tell you about unless you look at the map, but it was nice I went for bingo night and the spa was amazing.

We really enjoyed this resort. Staff was friendly and rooms were really nice. Tons of pools with swim up bars and bunch of restaurants onsite. The sports club stays open late with music which was a bonus !

When we booked this was a Margaritaville property. However it changed to a Hyatt dreams a few months later. Like many, we were worried there would be construction or other inconveniences. The hotel was beautiful and clean aside from some fit and finish issues like leaky tubs and showers, peeling paint. Our room was upgraded for $300 one time fee to a suite with a 2nd floor swim out pool, this was worth it and was haggled down from the $400/night ask when we checked in. This is somewhere between a family resort and a party resort. They play loud music at the pool every day which can get annoying. The staff was great and very helpful. They bring your drinks right to you and will be very attentive if you float them a decent tip after your first drink. Drink quality and strength depends on the bartender, same as anywhere I suppose. Beach is terrible and rocky, but you can just walk down to the other Hyatt properties that share the stretch of coastline and it was beautiful. Restaurants were good, best food by far was Italian place and buffet. There was decent bands that played in the main outdoor bar starting at 8pm and the seating arrangement was very comfortable. Couches and cocktail tables everywhere. Theatre entertainment was corny but enjoyable. By no means a 5 star experience, but an excellent budget option and my partner and I would gladly return given we booked 5 days and 4 nights for around $2600 total (flights included).

That was our best experience in a Punta Cana hotel by far. We went to celebrate birthday and anniversary and we had a great time. Hotel, staff, pools, bars, dining options, everything was great. The check in process was smooth with Preferred front desk agent Luis. We stayed at the Villas and Alvaro was our assigned butler, he did a great job. Our housekeeper (Betania) did also a great job. In the Villas pool bar, our bartender Emanuel was amazing, as well as the pool butlers in the Preferred pool (Yoenfry, Johan, Alexander and Christopher). In the buffet during breakfast and lunch, our servers (Nataly, Elisa and Geidy) did also great. Finally, our spa experience was one of the best we ever had. Leoncia and Olga were amazing. Overall it was a great experience and we'll be going back next year.

We were very pleased with our stay at this resort, now called Dreams Cap Cana. The staff were so friendly which made our visits to the pools, beach, restaurants and bars very comfortable. Specific staff members Alvero, Felix, Naftaly and Elisa stand out as great examples of the welcoming, friendly and helpful personnel that we encountered. The pools, beach and rooms were clean. With the low number of guests, we often felt like we had the pools and beach to ourselves. We would definitely visit again. Highly recommend!

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dreams Cap Cana Resort, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience.The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect, and their hospitality truly made all the difference. I did a lot of research before booking and this resort exceeded my expectations! We stayed 7 days in late April and were upgraded to the exclusive Sun Club for free through Expedia—this really made the trip. Sun Club perks included a child-free exclusive pool and beach area, a private lounge with snacks, room service, and an exclusive buffet with no wait times. It was quiet, relaxing, and perfect for couples. Service was excellent, staff were friendly, and housekeeping was great. Wi-Fi worked well, and the resort app (used for reservations and room service) was surprisingly convenient. The mini bar was a nice touch. Food was delicious with lots of variety. We especially loved Chopsticks for hibachi—no extra charge and unlimited reservations! Drinks were also great and widely available. We didn’t leave the resort, but it’s located along a strip of other resorts and the surrounding area didn’t feel very safe, so caution is advised. Minor downsides: the beach had a lot of sea moss (though they tried to clean it), and there was limited shade at both beach and pool. As for airport transportation, Uber works (don't listen to them if they say its "unsafe" or bad, they want you to take a taxi) —don’t pay more than $25 USD between the airport and this resort. The resort might provide transportation though I'm not sure, we didn't use it. Overall, this trip was a fantastic value. Consider upgrading to Sun Club 100%. We'd absolutely return if visiting Punta Cana again!

Everything was great. Like all hotels in Punta Cana very cheap cocktails. Nothing to do with the hotel itself. Ive been to many 4 & 5 stars hotels in Punta Cana, but there are two reasons why i dislike traveling here. #1 very few hotels have heated pools. #2 drinks are awful. In Mexico the cheapest hotel has a heated pool & top notch drinks. A margarita is made with real lemons.

Resturants were hit or miss. Chop sticks was good. Tiki taco was good. Even though its Italian food. Sunnys Delight was great. Brazilian restaurant horrible. Never had enough meat for tables on skewers. Plus waiters kept going to same tables. Buffet was horrible. Salad bar was bland and sides that were hot were not. Checking in was fast and easy! Stayed on adult side. Except room had no wash clothes. Called 4 times between 4pm-10pm on first night there. Had to go down to desk and let them know about there service. After i exspressed myself had no more issues. Room service was great got to be well known. Asked for Caliente. Got Caliente! Adult side buffet was great. Had to be in there within first 2 hrs of opening. After that food wasnt replenished as well. Staff was great and friendly. Pool side had bar and small buffet in adult side. Great presentation of snacks. Except flies got to enjoy more than myself everyday. Told workers to see if sandwiches could be covered. Guess people like flies on food. Drinks from staff at bar were good. Limited choices on alcohol. Made it work though. Shows were good. Except they start after 930pm. Thats way too late. Need to be earlier like 8pm. I say for families with kids. Plus no night club there. Also bars close at 11pm and open at 10am. Liquor in rooms are a no other than 2 bottles of beer. Beach is a waste. Cannot kayak but so far because of boats. Seaweed is all on sand and water. Pool side is better just go early to find a chair

The resort is beautiful and our stay was very nice. There are many pools and play areas for children. The room was slightly dated and did need a little maintenance but it appears as though they are updating some of the rooms. Check in via the sun club was relaxing and didnt take too long. Be prepared to walk as the resort is fairly spread out. The food and drinks were very tasty but the poolside service is non existant. If you want to have a drink be prepared to walk to the nearest bar area though if you speak spanish you can wave down one of the staff. I prefer to walk so that was my choice. We rented a bali bed one day and the service for that was wonderful and the resort staff were able to keep the bulk of the beach vendors at bay. The resort credit was also in the form of coupons for bottles of liquor and spa services so we didnt really end up using it. The restaurants are nice (even the buffets which is rare for an all-inclusive). Kaleidoscope was our favorite buffet and we did one of their al la carte restaurants (chopsticks) the servings there are on the smaller side but you can order as needed and the service is very nice. Tipping for service is optional but if you tip a few bucks here or there you are remembered and appreciated. I would definitely stay again. Great value for the price in my opinion.

Just returned from an 11 night stay. We travelled with our 8.5 month old and had a preferred club swim out room. Our butler Willy was amazing and was always there to help us. The resort itself is more beautiful than we imagined. The food was great and PC was definitely worth the extra money in our opinion. The food options were great and not having to make reservations was perfect for us with our little one. The staff work so hard and we had a fantastic time. Weather was perfect too! Would return :)

Family of 9- 3 rooms stayed at Dreams Flora and had a blast! Our Butler Will was the best and checked in on us everyday and made sure we had the best vacation. The staff here make this resort. Everyone we encountered was happy and friendly! I have been to many HIC resorts and this was one of my favorites. I usually stay at Secrets since we don’t have kids but I would 100% come back to Dreams Flora! We had 2 Preferred Club swim out rooms which were PERFECT and my MIL and FIL got the Preferred Club Ocean Front Master Suite which was beautiful. We rented a cabana on the beach one day and the staff was wonderful. The beach had sargassum but we didn’t care! We still went in the ocean and had a great time. The food was good, the grounds were beautiful and we all around had a great time. Thanks Dreams for a great vacation!!

We went as a group for my daughter's wedding from September 29th through October 6th. The resort is gorgeous and beautiful. It is a big resort so it took me a couple days to orient myself. Service was impeccable See Julio and Juan at buffet Our room was clean, and we had a turn down Service Swim up bars had amazing Service Entertainment team is SUPERB! I will go back A la carte we did Himitsu , delicious Portofino good not great Buffet delicious and variety for everyone and with a kids section awesome. Seaside grill for wedding reception was excellent Towel people don't forget about them

We loved the beach (there was a lot of seeweed, but they clean it every day) and the water park, the hotel stuff was very nice all the time. We liked some of the restaurants, the good thing is you don’t need a reservation for the restaurants, but there can be a long waiting list,so make sure you go there early and put your name on the list. The swim-up rooms were very nice with kids. The food was very good, there was a huge variety of food. Unfortunatelly we got a stomach thing on our second day and it lasted till the end of our stay, so we couldn’t really enjoy it. Not sure what was the cause-it was our first time in DR, we were at another resort before and there were no problems like that.

We had a great time staying at the Hideaway at Royalton. The service was very good. The atmosphere in the Hideaway section was wonderful. The swim up room was great. The Resort had many nice restaurants, bars, shops, and other activities to enjoy. A very good vacation get away. The massage and hydrotherapy at the spa was very good.

Loved the Diamond Club, staff and service great. Wish I had gotten the swim up rooms, they seemed fun. Wouldn't recommend the honeymoon suite, Jacuzzi had to be filled by butler. Only used it once, also the balcony of the honeymoon suite overlooked the back of a restaurant and dumpster area. Restaurants were decent, although portions were very small in some cases. W

My wife and I stayed there for five days in November and absolutely loved it. We have been to many all inclusive resorts, but this was definitely was a step above. We had a swim up room with the butler, and everything was top notch. Our Butler Manuel was very responsive to any of our needs. Each night we had dinner at a different restaurant, and the food was excellent every time. My wife and I had two negatives. Mine was the seaweed on the beach. I have been to other resorts where they use a machine to clean the beach every night. In addition, they advertise them selves as an adult only resort, but that really wasn’t true. They did have a section that was adults only but all the restaurants allowed children there and sometimes they acted accordingly . One pool was adults only but the other two pools had children. Overall, it was an excellent resort, and would definitely recommend to other people

My husband and I had a great vacation at the Hideaway celebrating our anniversary/delayed honeymoon. We stayed in a room with a swim-out pool area which provided more privacy than expected. We thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment/amenities at the resort, to include the spa (particularly the hydrotherapy which was included with our massages), gym, and theatre (shows and karaoke were fun/entertaining). We were excited about the casino but were ultimately disappointed with the low energy and the dealers didn’t always seem happy to be there. Our primary critique is that most of the food and restaurant service were below average, however we made up for this with delicious and plentiful drinks. A butler, Manuel, was included with our stay and provided a thorough overview of the resort/accommodations. He also helped us with dinner reservations, towels, booze, etc. The hotel has a desk/staff onsite to help with planning excursions which we took advantage of to book a visit to Evolution Adventure Park, which was our favorite part of the trip (dune buggies, cave, cenote, monkeys). For our first all inclusive experience, we were overall very happy with our choice.

I really enjoyed my stay with Grand palladium Bavaro Suites. Maintenance of property is excellent. They made sure enough staffing in place every 50 meters radius. Also the villa staff at 18 ( Bavaro ) fixed few maintenance issue for us. Beach was 100 meters walk from our place and it was beautiful view. Pools with bar was so excellent that you could have drink on the pool ( amazing experience). Staff were friendly and most of managers knew English. Lobby restaurant for buffet was good. Would like to call out Juan Jalpay , Expedia concierge who have made reservations for the restaurant, modified them when requested and made necessary arrangements for buggy transport from villa to lobby.

Staff is absolutely amazing and accommodating! Great dining options and great variety of pools and beach spots to lay back and relax unlike many other resorts that have 1-2 pools and you feel like everyone is overly crowded in one spot. This is a beautiful resort and I will definitely be back!

Great service over all at the resort, starting from check In with Daniel. Everything was also scheduled for us by our concierge Rafael making it very easy to book what we wanted to do during our stay. Everything was clean and well kept our kids had a blast at the pool, beach and water park. Access on the resort is fairly easy to get around. I do wish they had a buffet at the beach. They did have fresco close by and some pop up meals at the pool. Carmen and Orlando we great for keeping our drink cups full at the beach. Overall we would recommend it and will be visiting again.

We were in the resort for 5 nights. We love that there are daily activities available for kids. The resort is big and very convenient. They have multiple pools available in the resort, private beach, baby pool, and water park. We love that there are many different options available for the kids and adults.

Beautiful property with a lot of activities for young kids. Everything was clean. The pool and beach area was so convenient and very large. It never felt overcrowded. The water park was so much fun. Rooms were nice. We had a pool attached to the room and it was a great option. The staff was very accommodating and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. My son got sick (asthma) during our stay and guest services ordered medicine from a nearby pharmacy which helped my son tremendously. Overall service was great. My only complaint (and the only reason I gave this 4 stars) was the food. The ice cream shop was great. The restaurants that required reservations were all booked. We managed to get a reservation one night but the food wasn’t great. we mostly ate at the buffet, which wasn’t great either. Some nights better than others. The lunch options weren’t the best. Overall the food could use improvement, but everything else was great. We really enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave.

Very relaxing property! The staff was very attentive and caring. I definitely will be back. Would recommend the the master swim up suite!

The staff were excellent, friendly, fun and attentive. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the pool. The main pool was alway clean an crystal clear. However, the “lagoon” area around ours and all the other swim up suites desperately needed a good vacuuming. They are surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, no doubt difficult to maintain, but they really need a better solution.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel—it was perfect for the quiet vacation and downtime we were looking for. Our room, 5002 (the Master King Swim-Up Suite), had everything we needed: a spacious living area with a kitchenette, and a bedroom with essentially two bathrooms—each with its own vanity in separate areas. I tend to wake up earlier than my husband, so being able to close the bedroom door while I made coffee was a great touch. The room layout was incredibly convenient and thoughtfully designed. The food at the resort was pretty good overall, but the presentation was outstanding—every dish looked beautiful. While the hotel isn't directly on the beach, it's only a quick 2-minute ride down by cart. The beach itself was stunning, and the beach restaurant was a highlight. The food there was decent, and while the service could have been better, we really appreciated how peaceful and quiet it was. We also ventured out to a restaurant called Jellyfish and ended up going twice—it was absolutely worth the extra money for a nicer dinner experience. A quick tip: bring some cash for tipping. You tend to get slightly better service when you tip a few dollars here and there. Overall, this resort was a wonderful spot for a relaxing getaway, and we’d definitely consider coming back.

Master suite with pool access was a dream. Spacious with 2 jacuzzi’s one inside and one outside. Private gazebo by the pool. Restaurants were amazing with healthy food options all day long. Table portions were conscious of amount to avoid wasting food. If still hungry you can ask for more. Different activities offering every day with physical and handcrafting options perfect to relax and mindfulness. At night, also different activities to entertain without being too loud for those who prefer more quiet options. Entertainment personnel with a lot of enthusiasm and cordial communication and engagement with visitors. Pool area spacious and clean.

The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated. The terrace and private pool was great for the children and adults. What you see on the pictures is exactly what the space offer. The location is also brilliant, 2 minutes walking to the beach and 5 minutes walk from many restaurants and shops. Don’t hesitate to book this property! Muchas gracias por todo! Volveremos!

Newer property in perfect location just steps from the beach and restaurants. Building staff were super friendly and accommodating. It’s next to a resort so it’s a little noisy at times but that wasn’t the case for us since we enjoyed the music from our rooftop pacuzzi. The pool and yard was clean. There’s a gas grill at pool area and on our rooftop condo. Electric bill is added to your stay at the end but they show you your meter readings at beginning and end. Would highly recommend. Safe and friendly area for family

My husband and I stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment on the first level, pool right outside our patio. Quiet clean place mins from the beach, market and plenty of restaurants. Comes equipped with washer & dryer, cookware & dinnerware. I must say we could have used a coffee pot or tea kettle (the pot they had was no good). Nicely furnished, great air (mainly used @ bedtime). Electric is separate cost at end of stay, we were out most of the stay, so we didn't use much. Weather was great, it did rain at night which cause some flooding (not at the property) which brought a ton of mosquitos so bring some OFF. Daniel was quick to respond, although there wasn't much to contact him about. Oh, the shower drains a bit slow but considering all of the floods in the surrounding area I didn't complain. Overall, for the price I'd definitely stay here again, and I'd bring my family to stay in some of the larger units. Thank you, Daniel!

Travelled to Beach Homes Punta Cana with 3 other girls and upon walking into the apartment we were pleasantly surprised how lovely it was! The apartment was nicer in person! The layout was very nice, kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, plenty of space to hang out. It felt like our own little VIP booth. The 3 bedroom apartment with a dip pool was located on the second floor and set back from the road, making it really nice a quiet at night. Fans and AC made the space comfortable at night and during the day we loved having all the sliding doors fully open , opening up the apartment and patio as one big space. One of the doors had a locking issue which was immediately addressed and fixed by the building manager. This was one of the best places I have stayed while traveling to a hot country!

The place was absolutely gorgeous with plenty of room for our 3 adults 4 kids family (the 3 bedroom option). The view from the balcony was spectacular. The beach is just a few minutes walk away and there are plenty of stores right by the apt. Our kids also loved the private balcony pool. Just know that you will have to pay for your electricity usage. Comes out of your deposit. Wasn’t bad though. Also Daniel was highly communicative and very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Prices are outrageous at the restaurants & food was not good. $10 for a coconut water then fruit plate & tax & tip equals $67. I asked for papaya, I was charged for a full fruit plate. Breakfast is $50/person. No Uber eats allowed. Go to Jumbo, you can get fruits etc to take back. Dinner first night for 3 was $212. John, Aissette & Junior were amazing! Friendly, courteous and extremely helpful to us. Made our stay welcoming and worth it! Book excursions- it’s worth it. Unfortunately there’s a seaweed issue on beach but the clean it every morning.

Brand new hotel with a lot of potential, the hotel is the most beautiful I’ve seen in Dominican, the staff really give the extra mile to take good care of you. Is new and there are some things that are still missing: no pizza in any of the restaurants, staff is still a little bit fresh and learning how to navigate around but thise things are going to improve with time. One of the best hotels I've stayed in (and I've stayed at many hotels). Obviously this is a brand new hotel and you can tell. Everything is sparkling new. Everything has been so well thought out. The attention to detail is just insane. Check in was a little slow but we were offered beautiful drinks and a cool towel which was a nice touch. The staff were so kind and sweet with my 2 year old boy - playing with him and giving him attention. The room was stunning (we were upgraded). The views - breathtaking. Then our butler arrived. They offered us coffees throughout and waters. Butler service was good but can be improved and refined. A few times we waited longer than needed for our drinks. I'm sure with time, they will improve this service that they offer. Hotel facilities are divine. Dining is pricey but amazing. Be prepared to spend a lot of money to eat at this hotel (if you come to PC you know eating out is expensive anyway!). The spa treatment was very expensive but worth every penny. I would have used the spa for longer. Their relaxation area is amazing and the nibbles they provided were gorgeous. One of the best treatments I've ever had. For $195 I would expect nothing less! I would 100% return - if they don't raise their prices too much (which they most likely will and so they should!) Check out was also too slow. They are still working on their processes but apart from that I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Majestic. We stayed at the Elegance 2 years ago and now we stayed at the Colonial with our family. The restaurants, bars, swim up bar, entertainment, staff, resort and staff were wonderful!

We stayed in a room with pool access and really enjoyed the convenience of have access to the pool right out of our door. We did have one issue with getting small towels to bath but other than that the stay was great.

Everyone is really nice, the property is clean and the outside of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. They have activities every day, multiple swimming pools and swim up bar. I would say the best part about this hotel is that it is family oriented. I stood in the colonial club which is for adults only and it was. I had a fantastic experience with my husband at this hotel and I highly recommend it. Also our butler Luis took the time to book activities and reservations for us and the finest restaurants in the hotel .

The staff are helpful and nice- they made my family, especially my baby, feel welcome. Room cleaning was every day- tips go a long way. I liked the variety of foods and drinks, and the fact that there's live music and a 24 hour bar. Mostly ate at the buffets Trapiche and Hispaniola, but also booked Il Tartufo (very good fettuccine) and Tanuki (fun teppanyaki show). Just make sure you book 24 hours in advance for restaurants! I loved the shuttle to the beach- they ran every 10 minutes and saved my baby and elder mother a lot of walking. Beach was well maintained - there wasn't too much seaweed. Plenty of pools to choose from with bars near each. They also gave the kids water toys in the room. My baby got a kick out of the kid pool with the slides! One standout was there were two staff that offered us fresh coconuts! One even bright it to our room! It was a nice gesture to experience.

The property is exceptionally beautiful and well maintained. We stayed 2 nights in kids club and 3 nights at beachfront. Kids club is amazing for families with kids but we wanted to be close to the beach so moved later and where super happy. There is also another pool and kids club near the beach. Rooms were updated and clean, everything was perfect. La carte restaurants require advance booking with online application, the guest service was very helpful to squeeze us in last minute. The food is good but the Christmas feast for a different level, that was a big celebration and you just name it, everything was there beautifully crafted.

The staff were very kind and polite. The facilities, the restaurants simply excelent. They have non stop bar with food! Beach very close and beautiful, with white sand. Everything is very clean. Very nice and very well maintained location. We had a room with direct acces to the pool. Great location for family with children

The villa with private pool was excellent, highlight of the trip.

The experience was unforgettable. We drove in from Boca Chica and was thrilled with the beauty of Cap Cana and especially Eden Roc. Our villa was exceptional, we especially enjoyed the privacy of the villa and the private pool. Everything you needed was at your fingertips. The views were stunning. Beautiful golf course. The food was five star. We will plan another visit at Eden Roc when we are in the DR again. We can't say enough about the staff, they made the stay memorable.

Eden Roc is an amazing place! The staff is like family, the food is wonderful, the property is beautiful and secluded (when you want seclusion). It is also surrounded by excursions, horse stables, marinas, fishing village, etc. Abby, Maria,Ryan, and everyone on the staff (listing you all would be a book) we love you! We had a private pool, our own golf cart, instant response to any request!! We will be back next month LOL. Thank you!

Quite a nice experience, very nice property and extremely nice staff. We stayed in a junior suite on the hill, no ocean view but with total privacy and its own private pool. Room was splendid and perfectly clean. Glad we did not choose the oceanfront as those offered less privacy. The staff was absolutely remarkable, flawless. The Mediteraneo restaurant was probably one of the best experiences we have ever had. Our only comment is having an Expedia VIP+ package and not being offered a late check out.

A beautiful resort with decent dining options, (mostly) great service, fun nightly shows/entertainment, and comfortable, villa-style rooms. We will go back. Only annoyances to note were regularly being approached by employees at beach and pool trying to sell you excursions or other upgrades, awfully expensive pricing of sundries in the gift shops, and people being allowed to "reserve" cabanas and umbrellas at the beach and pools by draping a towel over the chairs. Cabanas would sit for hours unused until the person came down for an hour or two later in the day. We never found a free cabana or umbrella the entire week. Service was exceptional overall, with only one bad experience at the Brave Steakhouse restaurant. We were ignored for a long time before being greeted, waited longer than usual between courses, and had to fetch one of our drinks at the service counter because it was never delivered. We ended up leaving before dessert arrived because we got tired of waiting.

We had a great experience. The coral level feels like a boutique hotel within a much larger hotel. Definitely appreciated the coral only dining options and pools / beach spaces - allowed for an air conditioned breakfast / lunch buffet which was nice when it was so hot out. There was also more space between the pool / beach chairs compared to the other areas of the hotel, and plenty of chairs available (in mid-May). It was worth the additional charge for coral level (for us at least). The food was consistently good (perhaps just a little too salty), and some meals were particularly exceptional. The hospitality was great, everyone had a smile on their face and was so friendly. We would happily come back to the coral level Iberostar properties in the future!

This is the second time in Iberostar. First one was 10 years ago and we loved our staying and now we decided to upgrade to the Coral Level section ehhh WOOWW! I would recommend it to everyone, yes it is more expensive but worth it! Everything was cleaned, we had some tiny problems with the tv and the safety box missing batteries and they came in no time to fix it and to assure everything was ok. Food super good, good quality and good variety always fresh and well made. Pools never crowded , beach was plenty of sargassum sadly but we walk for 45 min on the beach and we found a nice spot to take a swim. Our cleaning lady was the best! Her name is Yajaira de Jesus and she was super kind and always attentive about details when organizing the room, you’ll be lucky to have her. So if you’re hesitating about this hotel, dont hesitate more and go!!

There are 4 Iberostar hotels (Grand, Selection, Coral Level, Dominicana) sitting next to each other. I reserved Coral-Level for 2 family rooms availability reason (my couple and 2 grown daughters had 2 separate bedroom villa with a connecting door) and this was a perfect decision. Coral Level runs a Coral level guests only exclusive restaurant that is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner with all options including seafood, steak and etc everyday. Also Coral level has 110 rooms which makes the resort very quiet and peaceful. Selection Iberostar has a big swimming pool with over 400 rooms and is more like Cancun in a party atmosphere and many families. Most of the reservation needed dinner restaurants are in Selection Iberostar. Grand Iberostar is an adult only, more elegant & classic look and is very quiet.

We really enjoyed ourselves. The room was clean, the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern, and the shower was great. Enjoyed the outside balcony. The food overall was pretty good, lots of choices and always options at the buffet. The steak restaurant was outstanding. The drinks were outstanding and we enjoyed the poolside activity, always something going on (dancing, pool aerobics, entertainment. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The gift shop here (and at the neighboring resort) actually had good prices, better than the off site which we took a shuttle too and was a waste of time. Advice is to stay at the resort for reasonably priced clothes and souvenirs.

Beautiful grounds, pool, beach. The restaurants and buffets were delicious and the staff was incredible. the shows were so much fun and the entertainment staff did such a great job engaging everyone. It was clean, albeit a bit dated in the rooms. Just a perfect and wonderful birthday trip with my mom.

We really liked the beach, pool area, restaurants and staff. Room was clean, A/C worked well and the casino was a plus.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Iberostar. All people working there were friendly and helpful (they all worked hard to make people’s stay great). Some of them spoke good English, some of them a bit less good English ,but we never had any troubles to communicate with anyone (what I was afraid about reading some comments). It always helps if you know a few basic words in Spanish. The food at the hotel was great! We loved and buffet and a la carte restaurants (we went to the greek , steak and italian restaurants). Nice thing was an icecream stand at the pool area. Fresh fruit juices available during all meals(something what we missed in other iberostars in other countries) Kids club was quite nice too. They had a lot of activities and ladies working there were sweet to kids. Room was spacious and pretty comfortable. A whole hotel was clean.

Absolutely Everyone was nice, kind, and attentive. They helped drive everyone around the large resort. Rooms were cleaned daily. They kept the excitement alive with activities and music at the pool. The beach was kept clean and seagrass removed every morning.

Positives: The property was beautiful, staff were always available if something was needed and were very helpful in coordinating airport pickup and dropoff. The pool was perfect for young kids as there was a shallow pool, as well as a deep area for adults. Bedrooms and living quarters were tastefully furnished, and made us feel at home during our stay. Negatives: We did have a 8 hours period were there was no running water, and alerted the staff, would mentioned it was due to a repair they were making to the pool. We would have appreciated a heads up so we could plan our cooking, laundry and showers accordingly. Additionally, the windows in the bathrooms were the only ventilation when showering, and were unable to be closed and secured. When i made note of this to staff, they said someone would come and look, but it was never addressed for our 7 day stay.

If you’re looking for an honest review, here is one. This place was absolutely WONDERFUL!! Very clean apartments, safe, quiet environment, friendly staff and service. The beach was very beautiful. And well kept. I do wish the shower temperature was a bit warmer (I take hot showers) it was lukewarm at best. The apartment has everything you need for a short or a long stay. Cold AC, great WiFi, nice pool. Has many options for food nearby that are walking distance. Would definitely return. 10/10 would recommend!

Great location Great Restaurants Great accommodations. Everything in walking distance. The best thing is the pool view balcony in the morning for coffee and in the evening for wine.

The resort is located on a quiet street just one block away from the main road and two min from the beach. There are a number of good restaurants, as well as other stores, nearby. Staff speaks English, and everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The accommodations were great, including a refrigerator, multiple beds, a very clean bathroom, and both body and beach towels, perfect for the area. They also have an area outside for you to rinse your feet, which is very handy. They do have WiFi and its fast. Their breakfast was fantastic and a great value. We would stay here again!

We felt very welcome. It was very easy to meet new people. They invited us to their BBQ. We could even bring our friend over who didnt stay at the hotel. The room had a new and high quality AC. The room was a little small but very very comfortable. The kittens were our personal highlight! It's easy to get to the beaches and shops are round the corner. We would come back here anytime.

Beautiful apartment with really nice view on part of Puntacana and the ocean. The terrace is located good to catch the sun from morning till late in the afternoon (from experience; during March)! Safe place. The location is very central but exactly on good distance to have less disturbance from the city! Absolute recommendation!

Cute little ‘cottage’ near the beach with a view of the ocean. The room clearly shows its age, no updates. Lots of hard water build up on shower and faucets. It was clean though, just warn. I loved all the windows and most of them opened so you could get a nice ocean breeze and avoid the AC (also had fans in rooms). Unfortunately, either there were no screens or the screens were inadequate so that meant mosquitos! Also, be warned there is construction going on next door so a bit loud. I loved that there was a water cooler available so no buying bottle water. The pool area didn’t look very nice and only had a few lounge chairs, so I never stayed there. Water was really cloudy. Breakfast was included at a nearby restaurant and was pretty good (5 choices). The office was really hard to find. Not well marked. Staff was super helpful and spoke perfect English. Charge an electricity fee and required a $20 deposit. Hotels.com website didn’t state that, but many hotels in the area do the same. I’m an energy conscience person I opened the windows, unplug everything. I paid $1 for my stay. Pros: good location, ocean view, near beach with beach chairs, breakfast included, discount at restaurant, drinking water available, lots of space, energy conscience. Cons: dated building, no screens on windows means mosquitos, bedding ok, have to pay for electricity and put down deposit

Love the beachy, island feeling of the penthouse. Right by the gorgeous beach and the L'oster rest at the bottom to die for. The staff (Mrs Gladys) Very friendly and the man who checked us in awsome as well. The only thing i did not like and was very absurd was paying for electricity. We only really used the riom to sleep at night. Only one person used the ac everyone else used fans be cause it was pretty cool and windy at night. They charged us the amount of electricity one would pay for a whole month in a 3 bedroom house in Dominican Republic. That was crazy.

The apartment was clean and cozy. The community was nice! The breakfast was good basic with eggs, toast, some fruit and juice, coffee or tea. The beautiful beach is near but quite touristic with many sellers. You can take a bus to the town and it's cheap. There are some restaurants nearby and in the lunchtime you can get inexpensive local food from couple of them.

Staff so friendly. The owner, brother and mom are such a nice, caring people. They even explained how to take public buses and where to find anything I needed. The place is so close so the beach, you gotta walk 1 min the most, and the price is worth for what you're getting. Extremely recommended mostly because of the staff, they were beyond nice.

The staff where excellent very polite and professional.. You may need to look at picture on add for location google would not give directions. they where looking into it when I left.. They where excellent I had a later flight they let me use there personal shower so I could clean up before I left. Excellent service

An unforgettable stay! We really enjoyed our vacation with Hotel Faranda Single 1! The hotel was very clean and the decoration was excellent. Wonderful location and great service! We got a warm welcome, beautiful rooms, great service, delicious food, the staff was nice and helpful we had really nice conversations and memories with Jade, Caro and Rodrigo. Nice dynamics, atmosphere, friendliness, humor, really nice to experience this with them. The hotel rooms are nicely decorated with a storage room , washer + dryer + iron, kitchen with fridge + oven + stove, a nice living room with a TV offering Google Chrome cast & a bedroom overlooking the pool. The bed was super nice to sleep on, felt like sleeping in the clouds and a nice closet with a big mirror. They have a gym, workplace and plenty of space to park. During breakfast you get a menu card, from which you can choose. We quickly noticed that everything on the menu is made with love. The 'tamarin' juice is definitely recommended. 😋😋 Alberto and Hillary made our mornings very nice. There is a big and clean pool & the hotel also provides transportation to their beach club, super nice beach with nice drinks and food. They are available 24/7 and ready to help if there’s anything. It is secured there by security guards and cameras so very safe. In 1 word EXCELLENT! I recommend this hotel to everyone!

Loved the hotel it was in a new condition, very clean, everyone was nice, the room was really spacious, the pool area was really nice the only thing it’s by a Main Street so you’ll hear a lot of honking while out at the pool. Also the area around the hotel is under construction but I would definitely stay again I felt very safe.

Upon arrival the property nice however it is heavily under construction. At the front desk we love Rafael. He’s very welcoming and friendly as well as Stacy who helped my boyfriend decorate the room with roses and a sweet note. The pool area is nice but the pool needed cleaning. On the second floor there is a small restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a Fee. Again the property is under construction so the menu is very small. Eddie was at the bar and we loved him, very friendly and welcoming with information about Dominican Republic. The room is the best part of the hotel. The room is gorgeous and spacious. The room is very clean and comfortable. The house cleaning is everyday which we loved! The room looks just how the pictures look. The property is walking distant from local restaurants and supermarkets. I loved how close everything is to the property especially the airport. The property felt safe. There is security in the night and 24/7 front desk. Can’t wait to see how the property will be after construction!!

The stay was excellent. The room was really nice and clean. There is a washer and dryer which is very convenient. We slept very well in the comfortable bed, but had an issue with the traffic noise and loud music at night. The view was very nice, overlooking the pool with the view of downtown. The breakfast was excellent each morning. We cooked our dinner. The pots and pans were to a minimum so we made due with the cooking utensils they had, good thing we went to the store as well. There was a lot of construction that was visible due to new future construction. All of the employees from the front desk to house keeping restaurant staff and security were very professional and pleasant. There is a natural walking path that you would need assistance to step down or climb up if you are not athletic or in shape to do so. The path leads to an intersection that you have to cross to get to downtown which includes the mall, grocery store, restaurants gas station, entertainment and so on. In my opinion it is walking distance from the hotel. It would be nice to consider making a sidewalk for guest safety so to not be injured by the natural walk path. They do provide transportation in which you have to pay for, just ask the front desk and they will help you with all of your transportation needs. Thank you to all Faranda Single 1 employees!

There is a variety every single day It has a huge buffet and several other individual restaurants. They serve food even at the poolside. It was all very delicious. Entertainment was fun. However, the rooms are an outdated they do need a TLC, but still kept very clean. The bathroom shower to our room did not have door so water would come out on to the floor. Overall the air conditioning is weak everywhere, but it’s understandable because during our time it was extremely hot. The beach is well kept and was beautiful. The pool very clean this location overall very clean and I was impressed as well as my family.. We had three rooms as we were a group of eight that included adult teenagers. There’s a nightclub with wonderful Spanish music. The bartenders everywhere very attentive, very funny and very welcoming I would definitely recommend to stay and I would stay at this property again.

Hotel was very clean and the staff we met were so friendly. They all went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Property was not too big so you could walk everywhere. Restaurants were great. No reservations needed and we never waited to be seated. Loved the Asian for hibachi and sushi. Beach was ok but the constant peddlers coming up to sell you things made it uncomfortable to stay long. Unfortunately the ocean was brown as there was loads of seaweed during our stay. Pools were great so we didn't really mind. Sunken Treasure pool bar was the best. Stayed in building 4 which was close to everything. Room was spacious but air conditioning never went below 78°F (25.5°C) no matter how low we tried to set it. Overall, aside from the hot room we really liked it and would recommend it.

As soon I got off my transportation from the airport the doorman Mr. Jesus "The Little Superman" took my luggage and he was so welcoming and make us feel like we were arriving to home, he guided us giving us a tour of the beautiful facilities to the place for Our Check in Where Mary Esther received us with all possible attention, despite arriving very early for our check in, they always gave us VIP treatment from food, drink and attention to non-stop. Juan Carlos and Rafael always assist us in the pool and beach area with the best smile and Juan Carlos with his jokes, Juan Francisco the Best Restaurant Captain, unmatched attention, Daniella at the Buffet with the best Smile. Estenia the housekeeping was so kind, hygienic, how she accommodated us, she always made sure we had everything we needed since there were four of us in a room. Something that fascinated me is the emblematic greeting from the employees to the hotel director who uses to place his hand on his chest either to greet you or to welcome you to any establishment within the hotel. It is spectacular, at least they made me feel special and important during my stay. There will be better hotels, with more stars in more exclusive areas, but Jewel Palm Beach has the best and warmest service that I have been able to experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the food—it definitely exceeded my expectations. The pools were perfect for some much-needed relaxation, and the staff? Top-notch! They really know how to deliver great customer service. Now, I have to admit, the rooms could use a bit of a facelift, but maybe that’s just me being a little too picky. 😄 Overall, this place is a solid choice for a 2-3 day Adult getaway on a budget. The WiFi was excellent, the beach was just what I needed, and the hotel is conveniently located about 15-20 minutes from the airport. I can see myself coming back for another stay!

The room was very spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were all nice and helpful. The buffet was really good with lots of selection. The hotel had a train to take you to the beach or the other resorts you have access too. The pool was big and there was plenty of seating. The beach is nice and clean. Room cleaning everyday. The magic and circus shows were both really good. The fridge items in the room was included in the price. The game room had a few fun games to play like pool and air hockey, but the prices per play were super expensive. Lots of options at the bars.

I lovvedddd the view that my room brought it was right infront of the castle also the pools were very big and nice and very relaxing and the piña colada’s are bombbb, but sadly the pool was pretty warm but only because of the scorching sun so I don’t blame the resort nothing they could’ve done about it, another thing I loved was the staff they were very nice and greeted you with hello every time you passed by.

Everything! We made reservations for the à la carte restaurants through the website before arriving (registration to their loyalty program first is mandatory) and we got an amazing culinary experience everyday. Our 3-year-old loved the food, the beach, and all the activities in the pools, it was so easy to keep him busy. It's our second time in Punta Cana and we will always come back, Dominicans are so warm and friendly, our child always felt welcomed by them.

We were glad to have upgraded to Premium we saw the benefits of it daily, especially the beach and pool access you have. The resort was beautiful, suite was lovely and spacious. The shows we chose to watch were great especially the Queen Tribute band that was fabulous 👌 Our butler Yordy was terrific, he was informative and charming. He made all our reservations and found us on this busy resort to check in on how our stay was going. The weather was perfect for May and we had a blast at the pool foam party !! Many of the staff were kind and tried connecting with us even with a language barrier.

Wonderful hotel, food options were varied and well cooked every night, especially in the main buffet restaurant. Pool facilities outstanding. We really enjoyed the Premium lounge for breakfast and lunch, and the premium pool/beach area was worth it for the more peaceful atmosphere and proximity to the premium bars.

Pros: Fantastic daytime and evening entertainment. The Foam Pool Party and the White Beach Party were so much fun! Will Smith’s Aqua aerobics were highly entertaining. Jose our Butler was always on hand with any issues we had. Our room was amazing. Overlooking the beach and pool! A la carte restaurants were good, particularly the Tapas and the Grill ones. Cons: The lack of bar staff inside and outside was very poor. Long waits to get a drink.

This resort was excellent! We felt like we were in paradise. They keep the grounds pristine. Our rooms were serviced daily (just have to put the sign on the door handle or sign on the bed for new sheets) and were spacious and bright. No need to upgrade to Platinum. We found chairs easily at the beach and pool. Our favorite area was near the swim-up bar pool because that is where the beach and pool activities take place. The activities (Animae) group were great. They were high energy and had different fun activities every day. The shows at night were also outstanding. The buffet restaurant offered many different options and the service was great. We loved Tao and the Dominican restaurants. The Mexican restaurant had good food but the service was slow (2 hours) as I feel they seat too many people. We loved the sports bar and roof-top bar. Excellent service at both. There were mostly families and couples and that was perfect because we went during Spring Break and were not looking to be surrounded by college-age kids.

It was fantastic!!! We didn’t pay for a “view”, but I didn’t expect to see a dystopian wasteland outside our window! I think they had cleared the land for another resort or an addition to ours. It was hideous and depressing, so we kept our curtains closed. We weren’t in our room much, so it didn’t end up mattering, for the most part. The food was epic! The shows, the lobby, the ice cream shop, cafe… just wonderful! The pools, swim-up bar, resident flamingoes! The grounds were magical. Most of all, though, was the beach. You can’t really do much to enhance it - it’s pure, heart breaking natural magnificence. The sand was soft, the waves were soft, the breeze was soft. There’s a reason this place is well-loved.

Love how upbeat, fun, energetic, helpful and just sincerely kind the staff was. Our housekeeper, Helen, was so sweet and super helpful. Willington, at the swim up bar was dang good at his job, especially handling rowdy guests. And, the wait staff at the marketplace in general just made me happy to see them and their smiles. Hospitality was above all the most AMAZING value there. But as per norm, the only bad thing that we experienced there had nothing to do with the hotel but the excursions. We were “sold” by hotel staff on trying some of the excursions. They were horrible. Parasailing was awful because of how mean the organizers were towards us with lots of unwanted touching and the “deep sea fishing” was an absolute joke, they would not even let us touch the fishing poles, much less cast it. It was a let down

We stayed at The Caribe Deluxe Princess for 10 days in June this year. We were looking for a much needed break from busy life and wanted to relax as much as possible, and his resort didn't disappoint. We loved the feel of the resort, the animals moving around freely and happily, and the happy and relaxed atmosphere. The raucous pool bar wasn't for us, and we were able to find peace and quiet on the beach and by the other pools. The place was spotlessly clean and our rooms were serviced every day, and the mini fridge filled generously. I am vegetarian, and the selection in the buffet and restaurants was quite limited, however, there was always a huge selection of fresh, tasty salad, pizza and pasta, and the desserts and fruit was wonderful. My partner enjoyed the meat choices available which changed daily. The service we received in the area of the restaurant we liked to sit in was excellent, with Aris, Yesenia and Anderson refilling our glasses frequently throughout our meal. Overall, our holiday as wonderful, and we returned refreshed and feeling that we had had a real break from busy life. Would definitely recommend.

I will say The staff was awesome, only one minor issue with a guy called Digital at the lobby bar, his bad manners are not going to make me trash the hard work of others. Evryone from Omar at the trolleys to the wait staff Alexandrina,Santos, Dominga are awesome Wellington and Wally at the pool bar, Javier with the loungers and the gentelmen in the green suit that provides the coconut, The towel guy is super cool and Silvia the massues at the SPA AWESOME..THE POOL GREAT THE BEACH AWESOME..THE ENTERTAIMENT GREAT INTERACTIVE AND VARIED THE CARNAVAL WAS GREAT AS WELL AS THE BEACH PARTY. It was nice. I had to change rooms the first room reeked of mildew (maybe b/c it was on the ground flr). The other room was much better. The room was clean, the property grounds were beautiful. I found the food at the main buffet to more enjoyable than some of the restaurants for dinner. I enjoyed the smoked salmon for breakfast @ the buffet but not a lot of options for non-pork eaters. The staff was very friendly. I enjoyed the platinum section (separate pool, dining, beach) it was nice & relaxed not overcrowded. I am a solo traveler and enjoy places that have chill, exclusive spaces as an option. This is a family friendly resort so I am glad it didn't feel like a daycare resort. I had a really good time for my first time in D.R.

The property was very clean overall. The room exceeded my expectations, I stayed in the Bungalow suite and it looks just like in the pictures. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, I never had an issue with any of them, they were all very attentive. A very beautiful and spacious room. Exceptionally friendly staff, especially at the reception. The man who checked us in was very helpful — we are truly grateful to him. A large and well-maintained hotel territory — it’s clear that the grounds are taken care of. Animals on the property create a pleasant and charming atmosphere. Excellent beach: wide, with a comfortable entrance to the water and clean, soft sand. Even after storms, it was promptly cleaned. Since the pool was closed, we spent most of our time at the beach — and it really left a positive impression.

The property overall was comparable to many other resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean. Great nightly entertainment. Food was average and repetitive. A la carte dining options often listed items that weren’t available. Great pool and beach. Lots of availability of poolside and beach loungers in shade or without. Fantastic AC in rooms. Quieter days were on Monday and Tuesday, probably bc that’s when most guests are leaving and new ones coming in. Overall a decent resort and would recommend. Main complaint is the response of the resort AFTER your visit. We needed to contact the resort as we left something behind and despite numerous emails, dropped or hung up phone calls, or “contact us” forms filled out for both the resort itself and the Sirenis company overall, no response. Very disappointing.

Food wasn’t great only two restaurants were ok the buffet by the pool being outside attracted flies, pool towels stained and it rained so hard one night had a flood in the room had to use towels to dry it up so we don’t slip and fall

I absolutely loved this resort. It was my first time in the Dominican Republic. My grandchildren picked the resort and it was an excellent choice. I would highly recommend this resort for anyone if you have children and if you don’t have children, the only thing I thought could be better is had more shops with more things in it like sweatshirts, more sizes but other than that, it was a perfect perfect 10 the staff concierge the hotel. I can’t say enough about this this place absolutely amazing. They kept the beach up. The life guides were totally on guard so you felt safe going in the water. I loved the people that sold the items on the beach, beautiful things the gentleman with the parrots my grandchildren got a kick out of those plenty of room to swim at the pool you weren’t bumping into one another and it was probably one of the busiest season in school vacation the room service the made service top-notch the most friendliest people I’ve ever seen and it’s hard to be turned on all that time every day whoever does the hiring should get a raise cause he chose or she chose the most incredible people and caring can’t say enough about this property, and I certainly will recommend to my friends and family Thank you Lesley Souza. A lovely resort on the quieter side with excellent staff, friendly and attentive. We felt welcome and safe, enjoyed the beautiful beach and pool with swim up bar. The restaurants were good, the lunch and breakfast buffets were just alright. They offered activities such as giant chess, water aerobics, ping pong, pickle ball, tennis, kayaking, etc. We booked an excusrion onsite which was also great! If you are looking for an all inclusive but not looking to rage/party hard and late, this is the perfect spot. I would return!

An excellent hotel , location stunning , pool amazing and warm with a slope into the water. Rooms are large with jacuzzi bath and huge bed. Plenty of space on the balcony. Great food choices. Steak house was the favourite followed by fondue house. Snack bar available all day by the pool and beach front. No need to upgrade to VIP don't feel we missed out on service at all. Beach did have seaweed but did not spoil the stay and the hotel try and clear but it comes in everyday this time of year. Onsite shop sells most you need , beach shop is a con be careful! Hotel can run you to souvenir shops for free or you can pay 40 dollars to jumbo (like a Walmart/asda with a small shopping mall. Spa onsite is excellent the treatments were amazing 100% recommend! Saona island is a fab trip but do a private transfer. Book through the sea pro staff round the pool. Loved our stay , does need an upgrade in some areas but a great adults hotel

Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout the resort. The property grounds are beautiful and maintained very well, including the pool and beach area. The rooms were maybe a little dated and quirky—I had no real complaints, and others I was traveling with had minor issues with their room that were quickly resolved by the staff. The food varied—none of it was bad, most was very good, and a few things were truly excellent. We had to experiment a little to find our favorite options. Food quality was a little inconsistent—for example, at the steakhouse (which overall was a great meal), my family and I all ordered the same cut of meat. Mine was outstanding, but theirs was not as nice of a cut. The main things to do on the property are go to the pool and beach, though they had some other activities, parties at night, etc. We went for three nights which was about right. Overall, I would definitely recommend the place, as long as you are a little flexible about trying something different if one thing isn’t just perfect. (For example, if the restaurant you wanted is full, be prepared to try a different one or go back later. If you try the fish at the buffet and it’s not to your liking, just go back to the buffet and try the chicken, or vice versa.) We stayed at the resort the whole time; doing something off-site requires some prior planning to arrange transportation, etc., as the resort is basically self-contained.

So relaxing, quiet, and easy to chill here. Gorgeous beach. Organized, professional staff. Superb cleaning everywhere. Slept incredibly well too! This is a solid value if you are there to enjoy each day on the beach or at the pool (beautiful pool). No night life but cute restaurants and privileges at sister resort next that has a night club. Spa is beautiful too! Will go back here in a heartbeat!

In addition to a casino, and club.You would never get bored.The spa was also amazing and affordable.

Best Caribbean resort I’ve ever visit and I’ve traveled the world. We stayed at a junior suite. It was large, clean and had a big balcony. There are 4 pools, the beach is beautiful. The entire resort is impeccable and the hundreds of palm trees makes it look like paradise. I’m very picky about the hotel I select and this is definitely a must go. I will return.

Service was excellent. We're in gratitude with the staff of Bar Carey, specially: Yorby, Luis, Rocio, Perla, Daisy. We enjoyed from breakfast buffet, pool, lunch buffet and dinners to Casino & Disco. Very entertaining and totally recommended to everyone.

First of all I will begin by saying that we staid in the Premium suite and wow it was huge! We were in the building closest to the main buffet, pools and the beach which was an excellent choice as this resort is massive and a more distant location on the property would be way less convenient. The food in the buffet was fresh and the variety was amazing! The hotel restaurants don’t disappoint either! Lunch and breakfast at the Coral and dinner at La Comedieu was superb. The place is very clean and well maintained. Overall we hit the jackpot with Barceló Bavaro!

- The beach was beautiful and the pools were nice too. - The room and the rest of the establishment were clean, organised, and nicely decorated - The food and drinks were good and there were a lot of choices. The Mexican restaurant was our favourite - The majority of the staff were polite and friendly - We enjoyed the dance classes (although quite short) and the beach activities like kayak and catamaran - We had a late-afternoon flight, so we appreciated being able to stay in the premises after checking-out.

My family of 4 stayed here for a week this June. Here are my pros and cons: Pros- The resort was huge and there was so much space for everyone to spread out and find areas to enjoy. Many pools with fountains and swim up bars and in pool lounge chairs and such. I loved that the pools were mostly 4 feet so even my 8 year old could stand and it made her so happy. There were 3 kid water parks. My kids (8 and 10) loved them all. We thought we had to pay for the pirate one, but you get one free day pass, which was awesome! The beach was full of seaweed, but crews came to clean it up and the water was shallow and clear and so warm! There are lots of activities aside from the beach and pool, we did a banana boat-esque ride for $60 and mini golf, an escape room, bowling, and the arcade. You have to pay for most of these, be aware. My kids also went to the kids club a few times and loved it! We were never bored! Cons- The food is just okay. Everything is not always labeled and can be confusing. I don't eat seafood and I ended up accidentally eating two seafood things because of poor labeling. The sit down restaurants that felt a little more high quality in terms of food were the Japanese one Kyoto and the paid one, La Comedie. Otherwise it was the same food just being served to you. They also rely heavily on paper and hard copy things. There isn't an app or anything so you have to bring paper copies of your dinner reservations and spa credits if you want them applied.

This hotel has everything: pools for everyone, excellent food, and even a pharmacy. The staff is wonderful. Everything is clean and in good condition. Love the buffet in front of the children's pool and adults' pool at the same time. Very convenient.

The pools are beautiful. A lot of onsite activities, pool or beach volley ball, kayaking, hobie boats, balls are ok in the pool. The rooms are modern and clean. There are plenty of dining options, something for even picky eaters.

It was a great stay. Lots of things to do within the resort. Dining menus were great, definitely make your reservations as soon as soon as you check in. The best place was Kyoto. We would show up to our reservation times 15-20 min early and had no issues getting a table. Room was spacious, and they stocked up then mini bar daily. Pool options were great, we stayed in the adult pool as it was more relaxing and the bar staff were great. Check in took a while, be patient. Overall would definitely recommend.

The property is beautiful and our swim up room was perfect. The staff were all wonderful, especially Emilio, our butler. The food choices were good but I was not happy with the taste. The beach was unusable due to the seaweed. The smell is bad but it’s the time of year it comes in and it’s all over. Overall, we had a relaxing stay but nightlife could be better.

I had an amazing time here with my friend! All of the staff was extremely helpful. Everyone was so kind and genuinely very happy to be there. It did not feel like work to the staff, they enjoyed making our trip very amazing. Felix, Yeremi, Emmanuel, John are just some names to name! Amazing place, lots of dining options and pool options! The beach is also right near the pool area! There’s music on the speakers for the pool area during the day and an amazing swim up bar. Even though there were a lot of people at the swim up bar, I never had to wait more than 2 mins for my beverages! When you are in the pool area there are a lot of staff members that come constantly to make sure you’re good and if you need anything! I did not pay for a single thing once I got on the property! I only tipped when necessary.

We had a wonderful trip at The Sanctuary. This was our third time being there. The service was wonderful. We had our own Butler, whose name was Emilio. He was extremely nice and extremely helpful. Anytime we needed anything I could message him on WhatsApp and he responded immediately. All of the staff is a pleasure. Everyone is friendly and warm. The pools are beautiful. The people who work at the pools are wonderful and very friendly. Felix was great. He and the other employees at the pool always made sure that we had our chaise lounge each morning and umbrella and towels and anything we needed. Mari is in charge of a lot of social events there. I took a dance class with her one day. She is lovely and a pleasure! There was terrific music entertainment. One night there was a saxophonist who was particularly amazing. The only thing that could be better at the sanctuary is the food.

There was excellent, good and bad. Ill start with the excellent The resort itself is very clean which is a huge plus. The seaweed was also delt with expertly. Good. The food was serviceable. We had the steakhouse twice which was good, the italian place twice it was the best resturant with the most options in my opinion, blue marlin once was for dinner was also good. The pizza place was the highlight! The room we were in was in the non updated section we also had friends in the vastle section and another couple in the updated section so i saw them all. Our room was large and clean. The shower had low pressure but there was always hot water. Pool areas were well kept up. Pool bar was nice and they were quick. Beach bar was nice. The biggest downsides forthis trip were 1. We were forgotten about at check in. We sat where we were told to for 45 mins prior to us going to ask what was going on. There was no welcome drink really it was a mess so not a great start. 2. I bought several bottles of wine in addtiin to the all inclusive. This process was quite slow. It was not streamlined at all and took sometimes upwards of 30 mins to figure out what to do where to go ect. In my opinion if soneone wants to spend additional money at an all inclusive resort it should happen quickly. 3. There were several days where there were no pool towels. Then we got the they will be here in 10mins.....it was more like 2 hours. Just be honest about the timing.

Loved everything!! Specially the staff was amazing; they really know how to treat people and make them feel special. The staff alone deserves 10 stars. The room was clean, nice and comfy. The pool area and the beach area are perfect. Loved the food and the drinks; good quality and taste for an all-inclusive hotel. Also, we enjoyed other amenities in the hotel; like the Sports Bar where we had the chance to watch El Clásico ⚽; final de la Copa de su Majestad el Rey 2025, huge screen, all drinks and snacks included, this was so fun. And, Barça won to make it perfect. They have many options for kids as well; my daughter enjoyed the electric karts little circuit (not included), the gaming room (not included), and the kid's pool. This is my second stay. And I have to say I am surprised how great this place still is after almost 10 years since my previous visit. I give it 11/10 stars overall!!! 100% recommended. It is worth twice the price!! Wouldn't change my rating if it was more expensive, compared to other resorts in that area.

I had a fantastic stay at this accommodation. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. There were plenty of food options to choose from, catering to different tastes. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and the swimming pool, making it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Most importantly, I felt safe throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great vacation spot!

All very good food, staff, room, prepare for your best vacation in this resort pleny of activities in the same resort up to 2am, artist shows it just great, pool area excelent, bar, snacks, attention of the enterteinment personal all over the resort will take a great and experience will never forget when back home, will repeat next year.!

The bartenders at the pool were amazing! Specially jesscia she was there to help us everyday and also gave us advice on things to do.

There are lots and lots of staff all working to make the place amazing. There are plenty of food options...something for everyone. About 7 restaurants ( we stayed in the Level) . You contact your concierge to make dinner reservations. Thank you Eddy Somba for taking care of all our needs. If you need medical attention...we saw a care center on the premises. We just needed some stomach medicine which is available in the gift shops but Eddy went out of the resort and got us something in a pharmacy. The bars and restaurants are all beautiful. I recommend staying near the beach and then taking the golf cart shuttle service to the front at night for the nightly entertainment...dj and dancing. Even if you don't like dancing, you can sit in the beautiful outdoor lounge seats and drink. Housekeeping comes twice daily! They clean the room during the day while you are at the pool/beach then they tidy up again during evening while you are dining. They would turn our sheets down and leave chocolate . They also refill your mini fridge and snacks. We would definitely return.

The hotel was great. I loved the set up and design. The room was very comfortable and we had an amazing pool & sea view. The variety of food was great and I loved the specialty restaurants. The stuff is very polite and friendly. A lot of cool activities you can choose & great gym equipped with everything you might need.

This is an amazing property with excellent facilities and food. Onsite entertainment is okay but not great. The swim up bars and bars throughout the facility provide excellent drinks!!! The property is not close to anything interesting in the area.

This is a very nice resort. The grounds are beautifully kept and the room was really nice and comfortable. I loved the private beach area. That is where I spent all my time. If you are a pool person, it has two huge pools with swim up bars. If you are an activities person, they had plenty of them. The buffet restaurants had a wide variety. The food at the buffets were average. The food at the other specialty restaurants was quite good. I would go back to this hotel.

We have had a great experience at this hotel, the rooms are nice size with updated bathrooms, and a nice size balcony outside. The food has been very good in both buffets, however to get the full experience I highly recommend the nice restaurants as they are included and have great food. The pools are both great size and never feel too crowded and we have not struggled to find seating around the pool which can sometimes be a struggle. The swim up bars at both bars are great, Ramon and Wander were two of the best bartenders I’ve ever had and would recommend anyone to speak to them if given the chance. My one complaint with this resort is throughout the day they have staff trying to sell you excursions, spa treatments, or just pop up markets and can be somewhat annoying when trying to get to dinner or just relax at the pool. Other than that this resort has been great and I would recommend it to anyone.

Staying at this resort was one of the best trips I’ve had. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They made sure the guest were enjoying themselves. The room was huge and spotless! My favorite part was the bathroom it was huge and it had two sinks and a waterfall shower head. The power never went out and the water was always hot. I learned how to salsa thanks to “chicken legs” on the blue team! I loved how the party pool was separate from the family pool but they both had a swim up bar. Lastly, I’d like to give a shout out to Briady, the privilege customer service manager for the excellent service he provided. I had one mishap and he corrected it immediately and made sure everything was smooth sailing from then on. I can see why they made him a manager. His customer service skills are top notch! This resort was a 10/10. I was there for a week and I didn’t want to leave! I will be staying again!

We were taken across the street to a restaurant that was right on the beach. It was a great start to our vacation. The next morning we had a delicious breakfast. Check out was easy. We would definitely stay again.

The beach bar is amazingly beautiful. Directly on the beach and sea! It's just 1 second away from the hotel, just across a really small streetwhere don't drive cars really, because it's a dead end ! You can enjoy the breakfast there, get drinks in the night or just chill in the sun and listen to the music. The people who work there are really nice too and try to help you with all. Especially the young boy from the bar, he can speak English, Spanish and also German and helped me with all! Thanks!

Lovely Botique hotel right on the beach, cleans rooms, 5 star selection of breakfast and juices, powerful showers, water to hot for the caribbean, air-con system new and working very well….pizzas just like the real Italian, friendly multi cultural staff, just talking with them makes u feel a part of their close family bond, known Angela for years, Olgas just a star, sweetheart, Alberto the manager has set up a great team over the years. I could not name them all. The views from room 31 makes u want to stay in all day.

the location is the best, beach is so near, the breakfast it was amazing. You don’t have so many options but everything is really delicious. You can have on the beach or in your room, or in lobby. Everything depends on you, but you can be sure that you will enjoy. You have good bar on the beach, they have all cocktails and also the food is amazing, believe me you will loved. Pizza one of the best 😍

Small paradise. Beach was amazingly beatiful. No issue to find a spot to lay and enjoy. Water in the sea was warm, light blue, trasparent, inviting us to swim. Rooms were clean, taken care of every day. Each evening there have been an entertiment which we could attend without leaving the hotel. Food was quite good, however seemed a bit heavy when staying 4 days.

The hotel is lovely, its located 15-20 mins drive from the airport and about the same driving time to the downtown areas and shopping centers with 2 large supermarkets, to which a quick Uber ride will get you there for about $5 or $6.00 US. The hotel is very inviting and homey, with lounging nooks on every floor. Staff very friendly although they didn't speak English, except for the front desk staff member. Breakfast room is lovely and spacious, with lots of very light blue tinted glass and natural light and the food is beautifully laid out, although he coffee machine was challenging and dispensed very small amounts of coffee. The breakfast room has views of the front garden and pool and bar where dinner and hors d'oeuvres can be ordered. The pool is nicely furnished, and also has 3 canopied couples double loungers. Our suite was comfortable, and the living room is spacious. It has a kitchen with a sink, stove, micro wave oven and fridge. no dishes or cutlery but we got some brought up.....Listen up, when we arrived and were sitting waiting to be taken to our suite we were given 2 glasses of mimosas on the house. Our last day at breakfast we were treated to mamosas again...how's that for a classy touch. We will be going again next year with some friends.

Wonderfully staff, Doña Rosa took care of us the entire stay, awesome pool, clean facility, secure, good vibes by the pool with music, bar, food! Breakfast was some so much to pick from! Balcony and areas to chill everywhere, I’m definitely coming back many even hold a company trip here for my crew!

The price is good. Great for the price you pay. Service was good . There is a restaurant on site, food is pretty good for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast is limited but still good, pool good and clean, gym is small but next door has a big gym for like $10 a day usd. 2 food places , mini store and emergency/ clinic on the same block. Hotel staff is good for customer service , rooms are clean for the star rating, air turns off with key, one key only given. They have a transport that brings you to their sister hotel every day for $$ to get the all inclusive experience between before I think 5pm or something . Didn’t use the hotel For that. It was a short stay because was at the capcana area for a few days. This is 20 mins away from airport and 12 mins from downtown punta cana . I always stay here for at least 2 nights when in punta cana for the easy ride to and from the airport instead the long process moving in and out of the major resorts . Will be back
