Hotels with Swim-up Rooms in Santo Domingo

Very good value ($30 USD) for 2 people in July 2020. Excellent security. WiFi worked very well and rooms had TV, small fridge, A/C, ceiling fan, good shower with hot water. Hand sanitizer is free and located throughout the property. Try to get a room overlooking the pool. The pool was clean and a welcome respite after a day at the beach. You can walk to a big supermarket OLÉ in about 10 minutes. The beach is just a 3 minute walk away. Mr. Thierry and his staff are very friendly and welcoming. It's a very cheap taxi or Uber ride to SDQ airport. I used Uber to go to Juan Dolio, Santo Domingo, and the airport. All easy, safe, and cheap. Recommended.

the wall of the swimming pool was disgusting. i never used the pool.

We had a really unpleasant experience at the previous hotel we stayed and when we came to casa coco we were surprised at how better it was. The owner was really nice and could speak English so it made it easier for me to talk to him and he went out of his way to help us with our luggage and get us settled in and when we were leaving he tried helping us get a taxi at a better price. The room was clean and tidy and I heard the rooms got renovated recently and it shows us here although the tv may need a upgrade since all the channels were in Spanish but i would just be nick picking at this point there were some things I wanted to tell the owner but I forgot to tell him which is my fault for not telling him sooner there’s also a pool and a breakfast only restaurant in the middle of the hotel that’s was close to our room. Although we only stayed for one day if we ever come back to boca chica we would definitely come back here I forgot to ask the owner’s name but thanks for everything.

This my favorite hotel in RD. It is small and is immaculate. The pool area, surrounded by flowering plant covered walls reminds me a a secret garden image from some children's novel. There are more flowering plants than chaise lounges. The staff here are constantly cleaning and pruning the plants. The owner, who I think is Swiss, cares as much about his hotel as he does about his guests. The restaurant only serves breakfast. The portions are good and the large slices of cantaloupe, mango and pineapple served with most of the menu selections have always been perfectly ripe in my experience. The rooms are very clean and as well maintained as the rest of the hotel. The furnishings are dated but spotless. the shower water pressure is great and the hot water is just that: HOT, not the tepid temperature many, more expensive hotels pass off. This is a great place to stay. The fact that it is also a great value is icing on the cake.

This Hotel it’s very small, but it is so comfortable and the staff members are so sweet and so nice. The pool is clean. It’s very affordable. I recommend this place 10 out of 10. I loved it.

It was a pleasure to deal with Janilca and Felipe. Great people. 👍

A great hotel close to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfy, clean and had all I needed for a one night stay. The pool was nice too, with pool towels available. The restaurant food was good for dinner and breakfast.

One of the best Hampton hotels that I’ve ever stayed at in my 30+ years of business travel. Likes: clean rooms and common areas with a contemporary design, friendly, bilingual staff (shout out to Epifanio who surpassed others in being helpful), hot showers, cold A/C, comfortable bed, restaurant and bar (must try Brugal Letenda rum), pool and gym with easy access on 5th floor, good security, and 10 minutes from SDQ airport. Dislikes: nothing close by (I wouldn’t go for a walk beyond the hotel property), queen bed (although sufficient for one person), and the shower door might be a little tight for a heavy person. Otherwise, it exceeded my expectations. You won’t find this caliber of hotel with the Hampton name in the States.

This hotel is close to the airport. We booked it because we did not wanna drive at 3 a.m. too far. Our flight was delayed so we didn’t arrive at the hotel till like 6 a.m. in our room was ready. They had some classic Dominican breakfast which was great. I was able to go to the pool area and take a little nap before checking out. I recommend this hotel if you’re looking for something very convenient close to the airport staff was very friendly and the Hotel was very clean.

I stayed here with friends. We were arriving at different times, and some flights got in after 10 pm. It was s short commute from the airport. Rooms were clean and decorated nicely. Breakfast was a nice buffet with plenty of fruit. We ate dinner and that was s pleasant surprise. I normally don’t get dinner at Hamptons. Pool was big for a hotel, and they had a decent work out room. I would stay here again

Me encanta esta hotel! I am only here for a very short time bc of my job. It’s the perfect short relaxation. I LOVE the rooftop pool and the amazing people who work here. They are all genuinely kind and cool. I want to give a big shout out to Alexander. He is great. He makes the best drinks and recommends the best food… also, he's a sweetheart. Gracias 🙏

I loved that this hotel was small. They provided personalized service. Breakfast was fresh and made to order. The garden was nice; the pool and the room was very clean. The hotel checked temperature, required masks and maintaining distance which was easy to do for to the amount if guests that could stay there at a time. The staff provided great service and always attentive. It was at walking distance to the beach. I would definitely recommend. and start

Friendly staff. Super clean. Everything seems well maintained. High standards here. There is a safe in the room for valuables. Great pool. Room was great value compared to similar priced hotels in the DR. Walking distance to the beach. Cold AC. I came to try it out for one night but I liked it so much I extended it to 2 nights.

Great location. Close to the airport and not too far from other tourist areas. Walking distance to the beach. Breakfast is mad delicious. The staff are very friendly and attentive to one's needs. Great views. Very clean property. Good value for the price. Good water pressure in the shower plus hot water. Pool is amazing.

Nice place near the beach. I stayed for one night as Boca Chica is near the airport and I had an early flight the next morning. Rooms were clean, had an apt. style feel to it, with a swimming pool and other amenities in an interesting layout.

I really liked the tranquility and peace there was. The facilities looked quite clean, the pool was delicious and the service was excellent.

When you enter in the room you are welcomed by a great smell of soap and you realise immediately that everything is very clean. There is AC and a fun on top of the bed (which I prefer to the AC), Wifi working perfectly everywhere, even in the garden. The owner is just great, in 4 days he found us: the best rate to change money, trusted excurtion, a great restaurant, a rented car (we wanted one with full insurance to avoid trubles) and, whatever we needed He was there for us. We were supposed to change structure after 2 days, but we cancelled and staid 2 days more because we felt pampered. Other details: Great breakfast , pool, books available for you, the beach is 1 minute walking distance away "very convinient" They washed our clothes for a very cheap price (3 shirts, 2 shorts, 7 T-shirts and incountable socks and underwear for the equivalent of 3.5 dollars), I loved that because I am now moving to another country and I hate packing dirty clothes. If you come here, you can even stay alone, because with Giuseppe you will have everything you need I will definitely be back Thanks to them!

Lovely rooms with AC and ventilators, with a fridge, large bathroom, nice pool. Great location

close to the beach, pool side and bar facilities very nice, spacious room.

Great location just a few minutes walk to the beach and local shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They even went as far as to provide twin beds when requested. This wasn't part of their usual service, so many many thanks!Lots of communal space to chill, by the pool, porch or dining area.

Staff very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast, variety was good! (a little cold) Property was ok, didn’t use the pool.

The staff is friendly and helpful Thank to Nicole and Grazelia The pool

Very helpful and friendly reception! Good breakfast with large choice and also fresh fruits.. very nice pool area with tropical plants, we did not expect this for an airport hotel. Perfect distance to airport. Airport transfer: we booked it before arrival with Sichala taxi, the official taxi company of the airport, and paid only 10 USD.

Nice hotel very near the airport. Perfect for staying over before flying. Has a pool that our kids loved. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was lovely

The staff was very helpful, friendly, it is my fifth stay, and every time it is a pleasure to be there. Breakfast is very good!!! Left important medicine in my room and promptly was notified I was very appreciative of their service.Thank you to all the staff.

This was a well-maintained hotel inside and out. The restaurant had very good and reasonably priced food. The staff was courteous and helpful. It's a gated property with no opportunity to walk anywhere off the site. The plumbing fixtures are in need of an upgrade.

Really enjoyed my short stay, was looking for something on the beach that was affordable. The hotel is that and more as they have their own pool. The area, within their compound, is quiet from those seeking the attention of tourists. There is a bar and breakfast but I did not make use of the restaurant even though they can prepare meals if requested in advance. The room was clean, there was TV, AC and I had a beachfront room so I could sit on the balcony and work. Wifi was reliable and I am certain if I had inquired the family would have assisted me as best possible within reason. For example, when I went on a swim to the beach they asked if a wanted a towel ad advised me not to leave anything outside the gated area or risk loosing it.

This is not a luxury hotel. The amenities are basic, but it is friendly, clean and right on the beach. I was looking for a cheap hotel for a couple of nights before flying home. Boca Chica is ideal in that it is very close to the airport. The reception staff were extremely nice and friendly although a little slow. There is limited parking in the front (4 cars), but we never failed to get a space. The location is right on the beach with a small bar restaurant. There is no pool, which is a bit disappointing, but the grounds a kept is good order and there are sun loungers if you don't want to venture onto the beach with all the vendors. For $50 a night, very good value.

I liked very much, accessible to the beach. Would have liked if thry had pool, but overall everything great. Would recommend

Stunning views, light airy room.. Nice pool and excellent buffet breakfast…

The location is excellent. I stayed in a room with a balcony and sea view. The hotel just completed building a nice pool. It is a few stops to the beach. There were three very nice staff members there who were professional, Cesar, Kimberly and Carlos. Food I ordered from the kitchen when friends arrived was delicious.

Very nice, functional, clean apartment, very close to Duarte with restaurants and clubs and to the beach. Michele is a perfect host, very helpful and courteous. He gave me so many useful advices for my stay, I thank him very much. I recommend Recidencial Mignoli to everyone, I will definitely return, you can't choose anything better in Boca Chica. Thanks Michele, see you very soon ;))

everything I needed to relax between two flights. just steps from the beach and minutes from supermarket, lots of stores and restaurants around. room was perfectly clean, bed comfortable, very quiet at night though in the middle of everything. staff extremely nice and helpful! also organised airport shuttle for me for great value. highly recommended!!!

The villa is super, verry clean, quiet, close to the sea, about 200m, the host is always there to help you, inside you have air conditioner, tv satellite, private bathroom, every two days the sheets is changing, very clean an cozy. Full of restaurants in 100 meters. Top location. 10+

This small family-run place is just steps away from the beach, restaurants, bars etc. It's not luxury but has everything I needed and is great value. The people running it are lovely. And the security is top-notch.

The property is very nice, clean, & safe. It is conveniently located near restaurants & shops, which is a wonderful plus! The beach is super close as well. We truly had a lovely & peaceful stay! Additionally the owner is very kind & helpful!

Perfect location on the beach. Great amount of food and drinks for an impressive all-inclusive value. Nice pools and family fun, like the kids’ “mini disco.” Staff is friendly and accommodating, as much as possible.

Everyone treated us with welcome arms. Very attentive & excellent service in every angle. If you have a problem they will resolve it right away. Beautiful people that work here. Love the security.

The staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable and the room was spotless. I really enjoyed staying here. Also food was good.

The location was great because my balcony was right in front of the beach And the beach was really great

The location of the property was amazing, awesome staff and renovated/updated rooms were super comfortable.

Hotel was clean and modern for the area. The pool was not operating while i was there but it was filling so I suspect another day or two and it will be open. For the price I paid it was perfect

Very friendly staff not enough towels not even by the pool but very clean place

Friendly staff close to the beach nice pool

Amazing people great pool. Great food and music.

The girl in front , Jessica was amazingly nice and helpful with everything and also the guy who help put the bags in the room was wonderful. When u have people like that in front of your business, u have a business for life . Thanks a lot for a nice stay

The resort is in need of a remodel. But everyone is friendly and the guest service associate who attend me was extremely professional and friendly. Gave me a great room (upgrade) which was great compare to the garden room I stayed in the past. Do not stay on the garden rooms…out of daten!! Asks for rooms in front of the pool— nad the suites are great

Very old property. The friendliness of the staff makes up for the age of the property. The outside is great the pools and beach. Food was great. Enjoyed the overall environment.

Unique Fun environment on the Resort. Amazing Pool bars and staff ready to make sure your stay is wonderful.

This is my fifth time at this resort and every time the experience gets even better. The staff are very friendly and hospitable. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The beds are super comfortable. The all inclusive buffet and cocktails are delicious with many options to choose from. There's always something to do at this resort for all ages whether is to relax or have fun. I would recommend it to anyone.

magnificent attention of the service employees, including the receptionist who attended us at check-in, named Siudersy, and gave us all the necessary help..... Among other things no, I liked that it has so many leaks at the entrance of the reccion and in the rooms ..
