I liked the location.. the beach was not overcrowded. It was about a 20 minute drive to the tourist attractions, which wasn't bad for us. It was a nice walk to the beach. The pool was great to have during our stay. The hosts are extremely nice. We would stay here again if coming to Panama City!

The property was clean and very spacious! We loved everything about the place. Although we didn’t good at a time that the weather welcomed us we still were able to enjoy the amenities of the pool if we wanted. It was cool. I’d definitely book with them again!

Staff was very informative. Price was great owners reached out to give advice of places to go eat and things to see very friendly and well-maintained.

The condo was super nice and has most of the necessities you need. Sofa bed is really not sleepable unless its a smaller child.

Loved everything about it only wish we could have seen the ocean from our unit. But everything was great. LOVED IT!!

We spent the week visiting with our grandchildren, a heated pool was right behind the unit. The beach was a short walk away. The unit lacked basic kitchen items, such as pot holders. I contacted management regarding the existing damages,and no propane for the grill and they were quick to respond. We stayed during off season so lots of things were closed. We would stay here again.

The King size bed had hair in it and it felt like sand was in the bed

Place was great. Very pretty clean. Only down fall was the people right next door kids kept coming over trying to come in and biting my children.

We enjoyed our stay here! The location to the beach, property amenities and area attractions was perfect. The unit itself was a bit older, but every worked as it should and the size was great for our party of 5.The property complex was huge with 3 pools, hot tub & sporting activities. The complex was experiencing construction to update roads, but did not effect our stay.

The condo was amazing, they thought of everything as far as beach gear, games, etc. The only issue we had was the thermostat kept going up to 79 degrees. You had to get up every 2 hours to lower it back down. Other then that we will definitely use this property again!

Property is very good, all environment made very well, feels like home. Everything you need you can find on property. Walking distance to the beach, restaurant. I recommend this property if you want to have good and unforgettable vacation.

EVERYTHING. My 2nd stay here, will definitely be returning yearly! This is the nicest hotel me and my husband have ever been to. May not look like much from the front of the building, but every room is absolutely GORGEOUS. The lazy river is the only non-heated water feature. Loved that they serve everything from pizza to virgin drinks here at the hotel's private pool/beach-side grill. The hot tub was wonderful and I love that it flows after dark like the pool and lazy river. The indoor pool was awesome as several hours it was raining during our stay. It's clean, it's comfy, it's beachfront. It's close to the Pier Park and if I could rate this place above 10 I would.

First off, the location of this hotel was on a busy strip, making it a little annoying to get to with traffic’s (but that’s just PCB for you), but man once you step inside and see the ocean right there it is all worth it! The beach was beautiful, well kept, and not busy at all. Nothing like the packed tourist beach you see in photos. The pool(s), yes there are multiple, were awesome as well. Great for kids, as one is a lazy river and one is a wade in pool with chairs in it. There was a small lazy river hot tub as well for adults. There are complementary towels, iced tea and water at the pool, and they hose the deck down regularly so it isn’t scorching. There was music playing, live music at some points, and there is a pool bar/grill right there to fit any needs you might have while enjoying it! There were also nightly activities. I didn’t indulge because my baby was already asleep, but we watched the luau from our balcony, and there were movies playing most nights at the pool. This was kind of loud, but they ended by 9! The breakfast was phenomenal as well! They had everything you could want and a fun pancake maker that my daughter loved to watch! The rooms were very large, and ours came with 2 queens and a surprise bunk bed which my daughter was happy about! It even had its own little tv. The balcony had a direct view of the pools and beach!

Returned from the Holiday Inn Express last Saturday. Couldn't find many cons about the week. Room could use some touch up with some spackle and paint in a few areas. Bathroom was very large with a good-sized shower with large head and good pressure. Room was clean with comfy beds/pillows and had a full-size refrigerator with ice maker which is very rare but very convenient. We never had an issue finding loungers by the pool which is good-sized. There's also a lazy river pool but it can get a bit crowded at times. There's generally always music by the pool either piped in or usually live music from 12-4 in the afternoon. Free sweet tea and ice water is always available by the pool. Kids movies shown by the pool at dusk on a big screen. Breakfast buffet is included with the room and could always find something good. We always travel light, so we take advantage of the guest laundry mid-week which was never in use by others. Balcony was large with 2 hard chairs. Would be nice to have a small table out there. Hotel was a bit pricey, but it was our 30th anniversary celebration. Would recommend and probably will return in the future.

We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. Live entertainment, beach bar with great food and drinks, ocean front with a breath taking view, indoor pool, outdoor pool, another outdoor pool attached to the lazy river, hot tub etc... oh also the pools are heated. Rooms were awesome too. Small microwave, full size refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, large bathroom. Lots of space. Free breakfast was amazing every morning also!!! I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. We loved it so much we didn't want to go back home to reality lol

Had a great trip here with family. The selling point for me was that breakfast was included as well as beach chair and umbrella service. We went the 2nd week of October, and it wasn't too crowded. We never had an issue getting chairs at the beach or by the pool, but I can imagine that might be different during high season. Amazing sunset views from the beach, pool, and lobby. The location is great, but next time I will make sure to get a beachfront room. The rooms facing the street deal with loud traffic sounds as the hotel is right on 'the strip' Restaurant/pool bar service can be very slow. For some odd reason the pool bartenders have to go up to the kitchen on the next floor to retrieve any food ordered. All in all, this hotel is a great value for the locations and I would definitely go back.

The whole hotel experience was absolutely great. They think of all the little things for convenience, the amenities, free breakfast. It was never at any point too crowded anywhere. Even the pool! The elevators were quick, customer service was great, fresh towels by the pool and free chairs and umbrella by the beach. And my favorite part— it’s probably one of the consistently clean hotels I’ve ever stayed at. They’re CONSTANTLY cleaning. Rooms, common areas, and bathrooms. It blew my mind how clean the bathrooms by the pool stayed. I have to specifically thank Andine and Celia for taking care of our room! Everything was wonderful, and next time we’re at PCB we will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel was excellent on all levels! The room was spacious and extremely clean for being a beach front hotel. The beach/pool had towel service. The rooms were stocked with large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The noise level in the hotel was calm and not noisy at all. The hot breakfast was tasty and a large variety. The pool and bar area was a nice touch and very spacious. Nice tables in the shade to visit with friends. Plenty of room to sun or seek out some shade. Water was provided by the bar to keep you hydrated while you swam at the pool.

Lots of Love! Love the hotel location near Pier Park and lots of other restaurants and shopping centers Love the room with its beach views. Love the service! Andine with house keeping was great! So helpful and greeted us with the biggest smile.Love the pool with it’s lazy pool. Love that the room came with the umbrella and beach chairs(first come first serve, but they had a lot) Love Coconut Charlie, Love the breakfast on the house. One did not Love was the parking across the street, however, they had a lot of Tesla chargers, just needed a connector for our ev9, that we did not have…but we were able to charge at FPL EVolution Charging Station little ways down the road…Great family vacation venue. Will visit again.

Beautiful property! If you want a property that is impeccably clean and quiet at night with fun activities, this is a great one to consider! They offer live music inside, a DJ and food by the pool, direct beach access, free beach loungers with umbrellas, plenty of pool loungers with umbrellas, and outdoor games. We stayed five nights and enjoyed each one!

We didn't stay at this hotel, but we were given the courtesy to use the pool and beach from our hotel - Marriott Legends Edge (about 25 minutes away) because they are refurbishing the pool area at our hotel. The pool was nice (not real big) with a lazy river as part of the pool. They had pool towels and pool umbrellas to use. It is on the beach which is really nice. We had a sub sandwich ($14) at the poolside restaurant and there is a pool bar - closes at 4pm. Happy hour upstairs starts at 4pm with 2 for 1 tap beer and 1/2 price well liquor drink specials ($10 regular price).

The first thing we noticed when we arrived was how good the hotel lobby smelled. The entire hotel was very clean. The staff kept up with cleaning of the pool area, elevators and breakfast area constantly. I think the best part was being able to relax in the pool and watch the sunset over the beach. The beach access was amazing. Also able to walk to the county pier in about 5 minutes. Not much to do on the pier other than walk or fish. You have to pay $3 for all day access. My only gripe was that the pool bar was not open and music was not playing at the pool during our stay. It was only open on the weekend. Overall, our stay was wonderful.

The resort style pool. The DJ by the pool along with a server taking your order around the pool. It made me feel like I was somewhere far away.

Big suite with a spacious balcony overlooking pool and ocean. Weather permitting, this place is pretty perfect. We only had three days, half rainy, half sunny beautiful. The huge room, comfy bed and huge TV helped us to enjoy the rainy times. But when the sun is out, WOW what a great place. Pool is a mini lazy river, kept at ocean temp (67 when we were there, chillier than I would have liked). Solid Springhill suites free breakfast(eggs, sausuge, potatoes, oatmeal, waffles, fruits, bagels and breads.) If you are coming for more than 2 days at the beach, it pays to bring your own chairs. We only had one true day in the sun and got a half day two chair/1 umbrella for $40 It's $20 a day to park (not mentioned in my reservation) First half of the day at at pool was great. Food is just OK, they do make a good long island ($17). Rooms have fridges and microwaves, so lots of option, Publix nearby had great choices for our salads and lunch, many liquor stores nearby. We had a great time and would definitely return again. Most likely a couple of weeks later in April when the water slides and family stuff all opens up nearby.

I loved the amenities, the hotel was really clean, and the pool was amazing! They had fun activities for children to do at the pool which was so nice. The employees were so amazing and helpful as well! I loved the view from the balcony, and it was right on the beach which was great as well.

My family LOVES everything about this resort! It's right on the beach, so easy access to the beach. There are plenty of activities for visitors of ALL ages (kids activities all day long and adult entertainment on the pool deck- we particularly love the Polynesian Fire Dance show). Kids also eat free with purchase of an adult meal ($18 or more, which is expensive, but nice when kids are getting their own food and not eating off of you). When your kids get tired of being slammed by the waves or covered in sand, they can go relax and play in the lazy river. This was my 3 year old's favorite spot! My 7 year old loved the "kid hot tub". The kids' water play area is also fun. We also loved not needing to take our own towels, as they have a booth where you can get fresh towels at any time the pool is open. Another thing we loved is that floats and other pool toys are welcome in the main pool. Lastly, we are thankful for the lost and found area! It is so easy to leave something behind, but knowing exactly where to go when something is missing is appreciated!

We loved the pool area. Lots of things to keep our children entertained for hours. I loved that there were towels provided so we didn't have to use personal towels at the pool. The entertainment for kids was wonderful. The nightly poolside movies and the fire show were our favorites. They also have water available at poolside to drink in cups provided or fill your water bottle.

From check in to check out, the staff was super friendly and very helpful. We were even told before booking our room that if it was ready early that we could get a pass and enjoy the hotel amenities while we waited. The hotel was super clean and so was our room. We had a great view of the pool area and the beach from the second floor. We didn't eat at the restaurant but it was always full of people who looked like they were enjoying it. Our daughter swam in the pool and lazy river for hours both days we were there. The pool area and lazy river area was always clean with plenty of towels. If you are looking for a family friendly place to stay, this is it. We will definitely book another stay soon.

From the front desk staff to the restaurant waiters to the bartenders by the pool the staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating. The view was incredible from our room balcony, the pool was beautiful and clean and resort towels were readily available. The convenience store onsight had reasonably priced pool toys, towels, shirts and snacks. I would definitely recommend this resort if your going to PCB.

We stayed here in August if 2024 after bailing on a cruise that got caught in Hurricane Debby in Tampa. Decently priced oceanfront hotel. The place has everything you need for a beach trip. All rooms have a balcony and view of the ocean. We stayed on the 10th floor and had a great view of the beach and pools. There is a giant main pool, large hot tub, kiddie pool, and giant lazy river. There was also a splash park. There are a couple restaurants. The beachfront grill has really good food. We ate the grouper platter about three days in a row. It is really expensive though. We spent about $100.00 for lunch each day. There is an inside restaurant that has a coffee bar and paid breakfast. We had the coffee. It is also really expensive. Rooms were ok, nothing wrong with them. Just normal wear and tear from a beach hotel. Would stay again.

Nice motel, good location. There is another Marriott next door and that one has the bar and food options, plus you can use that pool if the onsite pool is shut down.

The breakfast was always fresh. The location was within 15 mins walking to the ocean or 4 min drive plus they had free parking up close to the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool as it stayed open until 10 pm. The gym was good and very clean. Overall, would definitely come back as the prices on the room were great!

The free breakfast was delicious and fancy. That alone gives it 5 stars. The hotel was in a great location by shopping and restaurants that are walkable. Clean room. Comfy bed and pillows. Nice pool and grills. Definitely will stay here again.

I enjoyed the quiet and silence. The continental breakfast was amazing. It was plenty of seating inside and out for guest. The pool was clean my room was clean and comfortable. I'll be back again

This was an excellent last minute choice for us in PCB. We had left early for our vacation in Orlando and decided on a few days at the beach before arriving for our universal trip. This was a beautiful property, the beds were amazing and the rooms themselves were great! Complimentary laundry was a plus as well as the pool and convenience to the beach!

It was so relaxing, it was nice to be able to fix breakfast and we even cooked a couple dinners in the little kitchen..We were close by to the shopping and Pier. Swimming pool was very and clean..We have no complaints..excellent stay

It was very well kept the lady at the front desk even allowed us to check in a little early because our room was ready plus, we were able to enjoy the patio by the pool until it was ready

My husband and I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Panama City Beach-Beachfront for 3 nights. The resort is very nice and very convenient for guest as they have a bar on the main floor where you can order food from a menu. There is also a large breakfast area with a lot to choose from. There are plenty of places to sit inside and look out over the pool and beach as well as a lot of chairs outside around the pool. The pool area is very nice but it never gets deeper than 4 and a half feet. There is also a hot tub on deck which is a good size. The one bedroom we stayed in was a fairly large room with a small balcony overlooking the beach. It had 2 queen beds with 4 pillows on each bed. The pillows were great but the mattress, not so much. We both woke up with soar backs in the mornings. The mattresses were so soft that they offered no support. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they seemed surprised and told me that most people like their mattresses. I told them that may be so but the ones in 615 are horrible. Like an old mattress you would replace. The only other kicker that we didn't like was that we had to park across the street and then they charged us $43.57 PER NIGHT to park so we had to pay $130.71 up front, to park for 3 nights. I found that outrageous. Would I go back ?.... maybe? Would I recommend it? Probably

My experience was great. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the pool, easy access to the pool, breakfast choices, the bar and restaurant. I appreciate the change in menu at the restaurant. The lobster ravioli was our favorite. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was nice. The breakfast was good. My family waited for an hour to get pool towels that was unpleasant and the bed spread they gave me was burnt with holes in it, it needed to be trashed. The pool was was heated.

Walking into the amazing lobby to see the pool & Gulf out the back windows, was a great way to start our vacation! Entire staff was friendly/helpful. Pool area was enjoyed by all.

Excellent location, great for families or singles! My child had a blast playing with other kids at both outdoor pools (one has a rock waterfall!), and the beach was so close! The view was fantastic!! The kitchen had all the basics, and I loved having two separate bedrooms and two full baths as opposed to one room hotels or studio condos. I liked the security measures also- each condo has a shared foyer that has a code, then each unit has a separate door code. It made us feel safer. The starter items were plentiful for our stay, and the location was fantastic- less than 10 minutes for most of the population attractions and restaurants. And if you’re at the pool and want drinks or food, the H2O bar and restaurant is located poolside and the Beach House by Cajun Chicks is right on the other side of the fence. Did I mention the views? We were on the 21st floor, and it was beautiful!

This property was beautiful. The location was phenomenal. Our view was unmatched. (GET THE OCEAN VIEW) Family friendly. The pools wonderful. Clean beaches. Fully stocked with everything we needed. My only complaint was elevators taking awhile during busy times. First world problems.

The Room Was absolutely Stunning along with the view. The bed was clean & Comfortable.Everything was More than expected! Starbucks on site was nice The pools were a Nice way to relax.

Booked 3 rooms for a Friday night before checking into condo on Saturday. Arrived about an hour before check-in and was told by the front desk rooms would be ready in about an hour. Went to grab a bite came back in a little over an hour checked right in. All rooms were perfect, staff very friendly. The only thing that was a little off was the breakfast and pool. The pool is really small for this size hotel. Another thing was no lights in the pool area when we were there. Might have just been an issue of flipping a switch. Breakfast area was crowded and loud and the food was just cereal, make your own waffles and gravy and biscuits. We were in the dining area about 30 minutes after opening and guests had made a pretty good mess of things. Elected to grab breakfast elsewhere. The breakfast and pool were not a stay killer and would stay again.

My husband and I recently just stayed here July 25 of 2023 for a few days. When we booked we had issues with our site and it wouldn’t let us upgrade. We got stuck with an assessable room that we did not need. When we got to our room the day off, we ended up in a king suite which we were super grateful of. Our room was clean. The air worked good and the bed was very comfortable. We were pretty close to the beach within minutes of drive time and walking distance to Walmart (you could walk to the beach too if you wanted). The pool was nice and we really liked the fact it was shaded. All the staff seemed nice and friendly when approached although we weren’t ever actually greeted any of the times we were in and out. We only were able to get up for breakfast in time once and it was okay. Could have used more variety of things. All in all we had a wonderful experience. The only complaint we have, is that on the day we were checking out, the tall blonde housekeeper walked in our room without knocking or announcing herself at 9:53am with check out not until 12. My husband was on the toilet with the door open and I was basically naked standin there. She did apologize and quickly leave but that was a big no no. They need to always be respectful and give privacy. Knock first and if you have to come in announce yourself. That could be a dangerous situation in the future.

We loved the staff and the pool! The room was a bit snug and the BALCONY WAS WOBBLY and the fence keeping you from falling was plastic and you could break right through it which made me nervous. Also our toilet flooded and we didn't get any help.

The stay is great! Very clean with awesome prices! Staff is friendly and very helpful! I loved the pool and workout area. They serve you breakfast early in the morning and it is awesome! Definitely booking again soon 😊

I loved our suite. It was very spacious for my family of 5 as well as our room had a view of the pool so i was able to see my teens arrive at the pool if they went down before me. As for location at max we were 5-10 minutes tops from all the main attractions, restaurants, and beach. Would definitely recommend if beach from isn't in the budget

Very clean room smells good. Comfortable bed. Great parking area very close to everything restaraunts, walmart, beach, amusement. Breakfast was good eggs, sausage, grits, waffles, cereal, fruits, bagels, etc. Staff friendly , clean hotel. I was skeptical because some people listed bad reviews but they just must be pampered. It exceeded my expectations. The pool is nice. The gym is small but everything you need. A bank is right next to hotel . Convenience . The fridge in the room is bigger than most hotel fridges. Air conditioner was great, cable TV great. I will always stay here from now on.

Room was clean. Smelled clean and fresh every day. Pool nice. Good breakfast, eggs,sausage,cereal,grits, bagels waffles,etc. Fridge, microwave, cable TV, air conditioner, comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Washer and dryer, convenient to everything to drive.

The stay was satisfactory. The kids and I were grateful for the breakfast which was included. Nice and clean accommodations. The kids loved the pool. Kind staff, especially Agnes, she was the best! The only negative for me, was not having the room cleaned, towels and toiletries replaced each day. You had to ask for these things and they did accommodate, as I stated, you have to ask first.

The beds were awesome, the new design is beautiful. Loved the colors, art & furniture. The flowers & grounds are beautifully maintained. Loved the larger fridge. The views from the room of the ocean were gorgeous. You really are ocean front. The pool was awesome & the setting was relaxing. The staff were friendly & helpful. My husband & I enjoyed our relaxing stay at a beautiful hotel. All future stays will be at Casa Loma. The only drawback was we wanted more time. Thank you everyone for a wonderful stay. 10

Everything was amazing. Beach views were great. Swimming pool was very clean and lots of seating. Room was cool and comfy. Just wish they had a elevator. And property was 100 % no smoking.

Love the Casa Loma…smaller old school motel right on the beach. Up to date rooms, nice decor. Every room has ocean view. Swimming pool is saltwater and heated. Definitely coming back!!

The property is beautiful, the pool and was nice and right on the beach. It was very quiet and peaceful. Everyone was very friendly.

The family friendly pool activities. They had pirate and mermaid themed activities at the pool, a foam party and a kid friendly movie night on the pool deck every night before the pool closed. And don’t get me started on the view 🥰😍. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking

Properly was clean, room was nice. Great view. Easy check in and out. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was average. Extra towels in the room was a nice touch. Heat pool and hot tub was amazing. Only true down side was not all the amenities were open. No mermaids, no pirates, no activities, no waterfalls into the pools, no concessions next to pool. Live camera feed of the pools for strangers was concerning but overall a good stay.

Best family vacation ever! Right on the beach, every room has a balcony, the staff is amazing, so nice and helpful. Breakfast was well beyond a normal Days Inn. The pool is phenomenal and the daily activities with the mermaids and pirates are great! The kids (and adults) loved the foam party! There is a movie every night at the pool. Lunch is offered for a very reasonable price but pizza across the street and Hooters next door offer plenty of selections. A charcoal grill is available to reserve as well. We had a large family with 2 suites and our rooms were very clean. We will be back again. During our visit only one elevator was working at the main entry which made for quite a crowd and wait times. Hopefully that will be repaired by our next visit.

Far exceeded my expectations, the room was clean and housekeeping came everyday with clean towels. Breakfast was good and served as a to go buffet which was super nice. The pool and hot tub were a HUGE bonus and they had fun cute activities for the kids during the day. You can rent beach chairs for 40$ from 8-5 which is way cheaper than other areas of the beach. The poolside bar was open every evening and the kitchen served lunch from 11-1 everyday if you wanted to eat there and prices were not outrageous. Parking was never an issue even with the hotel being packed.

I have stayed here a few times. Great location. All rooms face the beautiful beach and you have your own balcony to sit on. Rooms are decorated beachy cute. The pool, jacuzzi, bar by pool are great. Free breakfast every morning with plenty of Choices. Hooters and Harpoon Harry’s next next door. Not the Hilton but great place to stay if you want something nice and affordable. We even extended our stay 3 more nights.

The room was very spacious, inviting, comfortable, clean. The room was perfect. The beds were just right and had the perfect amount of pillows. Very peaceful to be able to sit by the swimming pool and actually relax by the swimming pool. And the breakfast in the morning was perfect with the perfect kind of breakfast foods.

It worked for what we needed. Wish they had a heated pool or indoor pool.

Room was clean and tastefully decorated. It felt luxurious. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the amenities were not only eco-friendly - they were of excellent quality. I loved the subtle Sandalwood scent of the lotion. The staff were friendly and professional. The cleaning crew appeared very focused and thorough. Also - location was good. We were able to walk to the beach and back (about 1 mile each way) Hotel grounds were clean, quiet, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. The pool was clean and refreshing after a hot day.

I was very happy with our stay. They catered to any need we had and offered assistance quickly when we asked for anything. We would be very happy to stay here again. All staff were lovely and pleasant. Property was clean and the pool was perfect for our kiddos!

Beds were super soft and comfy and most importantly CLEAN! The pool was CLEAN and the breakfast was awesome! This is exactly the price you want and location it's perfect
