It’s beautiful. Spacious, comfortable, it has everything you need to have an unforgettable time with the family. The private pool, the club house pool, the slides, games, parking, entrance, everything was great!!!

Great location for our Universal Studios trip. Shuttle to the parks was great. New water park was awesome. The family loved the villa and personal pool & hot tub. Beds were very comfortable. They let us park 3 cars on-site. Customer service was excellent.

Cleanliness, friendly service at check-in gate, quiet neighborhood, gated community, assigned parking, the square footage is so much better than a hotel. Can’t forget about the free shuttles and your own private pool. It exceeded all my expectations!!! We will definitely come back

Clean hotel, rooms are big , FD was accommodating my requests for early check in and late check out i forgot her name she always works in the morning shifts at FD she was professional and nice. The breakfast was very good and parking for free. The only comment the pool is very poor. It is good to stay but not to enjoy it as no entertainment. I recommend it given the reasonable price and great service

The hotel was ideally located a short ten minute drive from the airport and right beside a Publix supermarket and Italian restaurant - both next door to the hotel within less than a minutes walk. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, the breakfast delicious and the pool clean, warm and quiet. Couldn’t have been any better.

Pool was lovely, staff was very friendly and eager to help, Alberto helped give us recommendations and suggestions for our adventures in Orlando, breakfast was delicious.

Traveled for work and this did the job. Nice variety at breakfast, comfortable bed, and attentive staff. Average gym, pool was okay, convenient location to airport. Would definitely stay again.

Rae & Fior made my short two day stay feel special and relaxed, even though I was there for an event at the amphitheater that kept me on a schedule. These ladies are attentive, friendly and responsive, and took great care to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. My room was clean and spacious, and I enjoyed being able to to connect to the TV to stream music while I was getting ready for the day! Rae made sure I knew where everything was, provided a few amenities and helped me out in the store, while Fior made some awesome espresso martinis for me at the bar! They both made sure to ask me how the event was going and if I was enjoying my time away from work. Combined with the beautiful and spacious lounge areas, pool, later check out, and complimentary laundry, I would choose to stay here again!

Very nice place. Andres is a pretty cool guy who helped us lots. This was such a good place I truly can’t imagine staying anywhere else. I felt safe and the room was clean. They even had pool and the best grilled cheese I’ve ever had. The toilet paper wasn’t soft but I can get over it with the nice shampoo and conditioner.

Pros: This hotel was great for many reasons. The rooms and bathrooms are modern, well equipped and clean; the bed and pillows were super comfy and soft; the service was wonderful; the lobby restaurant/convenience food and choices were awesome (as was Dana's service!) with breakfast served all day (reasonably priced); and our room was generally quiet (except for traffic noise from the busy street and gas station nearby). They offer a free shuttle bus (3 mile radius), nice pool, nice gym, and decent WiFi. The surrounding area is quite nice, with an entrance to the Orlando Urban Trail (for walkers, runners and cyclists) just a quarter mile from the hotel's front door. Cons: Why not 5 stars? Room service is provided "every other day", meaning that if you stay for two nights, there will be no service provided until you depart. This means that if you need anything - like replacement coffee for the coffeemaker, trash emptied, etc. - you need to request service at the front desk. Parking, in their open parking lot, is charged at $20/day. This might be common in Orlando, but I'm not sure. Overall impression: one of the best hotels we have stayed at for some time, and we travel a lot! Would we book to stay her again... you bet. It was a wonderful experience all round!

Went from the room to the pool and back. Pools were great. 3 pools, plenty of chairs and umbrellas. There is at least one large heated pool. The other pool we ventured into did not feel heated. I cannot vouch for the third. There is also a smaller kiddie pool and two hot tubs. There is a Publix supermarket very near by, about a ten minute walk (its literally across the street but the driveway to the resort is long), and the room has a minifridge. There are also plenty of food options in the resort and a mini-market.

This our 4th time staying at this property and we still love it. The pools are the highlight with one main pool, a jacuzzi, an adult only pool and a kid only pool. They have great restaurant next to the pool area Beautiful golf course to walk around or play. Nice big and clean rooms and bathroom. The only downside is the really high parking rates, $35 self parking and $45 valet. Other than that that’s our go to hotel with reasonable prices, great location and amenities.

We absolutely love Rosen Shingle Creek. We have stayed here three times in the last month and a half. Beautiful resort with awesome amenities, love the restaurant’s, bars, pools etc especially the pool bar. Everyone is so friendly and helpful they are very accommodating. Super clean and just stunningly beautiful !!! Highly recommend. Just wish they had some kind of points or rewards program for your stay !!!

This is a great resort and I really like this resort. The staff is very friendly. The room was really nice and had a nice view of the pools. The pools are very nice and relaxing. I had a really nice time at this resort and plan to visit soon.

Room was clean and nice view overlooking pools and golf course. Multiple pools and hot tubs, the lobby was nicely decorated for the holidays. Great late evening food (cobb salad and pizza), and all the restaurants looked great.

Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, location was wonderful. Felt safe in the area. Restaurants in walking distance with new ones being built. Breakfast was delicious and a different option every morning. Pool and pool area was clean.

The male receptionist on shift was extremely professional and welcoming. You could tell he cared about the guests and his job. The hotel was clean smelled good and was accommodating, near to a of great diverse restaurants and a great pool for the kids.breakfast was divine. Loved this hotel one of my favorites I’ve been to. Staff was great.. the rooms were more than we expected. The food was great and the bar/pool area kept us and the kids busy! The shuttle got us back and forth to the hotel on time. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stunning hotel with exceptional service and comfort!! Wonderful restaurants within walking distance, gorgeous pool with airplanes taking off to watch from the water. Bartender was friendly, front desk courteous and helpful, shuttle to airport was seamless and on time. Our suite was well appointed, spotless and comfy! We'll be back!

The room was spacious and clean. We loved having the kitchenette area. The facilities themselves were very nice. We spent some time at the pool and it was clean and enjoyable. All the staff were helpful and kind. We only stayed one night as it was the end of a long road trip before taking a flight home. We would have stayed longer and it is the only hotel we stayed at on our trip that I would say that about. Breakfast was a nice bonus. Nothing fancy.

Love this UCF location. The front desk person, Victoria, was impeccable. She helped me w some specific requests. She was quick, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Price: reasonable Room: clean, large, comfortable bed & pillows, great kitchen area Pool: warm, clean and nice deck w plenty chairs/tables/umbrellas Breakfast: good options Staff: AMAZING This is my one and only go to location when I visit my kid at UCF. Wonderful Experience, we were treated like Family. Staff very professional, breakfast amazing and home style, Marisol , she went the extra mile for us teaching how to use the waffle maker. Also Yamy clean our room spotless, did an amazing job cleaning. We enjoy the Continental breakfast. Pool very warm just perfect enjoy sleeping, very comfy and relaxing, slept like a Teddy Bear. Definet would recommend to our neighbors , friends, Church members. Give them a 10+ all the way.

Denise Burke told us where to see the sites. Isabella and Luna helped with my smart phone. Marcus and Marisol helped open my medication vial. Property is clean and professionally maintained. Breakfast was good. Nice pool and location to walking restaurants. Long story short: staff exceeded our expectations. Suite 417 was very nice. When going to Orlando will definitely stay again. Wm. 16 of my family (11 kids, 5 adults) stayed here and the staff were nothing but friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to have a late check out due to kids napping, and even after checkout allowed us to use their bbq and pool facilities outside. Rooms were huge, and fit our family of 6 just fine. Highly recommend. Thank you!

VERY clean and Up to date with the property!! Good choices to eat for breakfast, compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at with free breakfast… Food did run out… myself and another guest had to reach out to have them make more food. The pool was small and average but doable. Not the best scenery of buildings surrounding the hotel but its convenient and close to downtown. Not happy about paying for $18 per day for parking, and per car…. When checking out, the lady at the desk did not ask how my stay was. I told her I’m checking out and my room number.. and she only replied with an ok. Other than those minor things, I would definitely stay at this location again… my main concern is the cleanliness and how well the hotel is up to date and their the good breakfast!! Overall I’m satisfied.

Honestly surpassed my expectations. I only wanted a quick stay to go to a concert that night and only picked this hotel out of price and proximity to the venue, but it ended up being more than enough for my needs. Front staff for both check-in and check-out were friendly and courteous. My room was super clean and spacious, with a big bathroom and a nice sofa. Good TV too, although the controller didn't have the option to swap between HDMI slots, but it's no biggie. Free breakfast is included, though I didn't had it due to the concert last night and me not being a morning person haha. I didn't go to the pool and it seemed very small, but it's there if you want it. Overall highly recommend!

Our stay at this Hampton Inn was fantastic. From the start, Front Dest Associate, Pedro went about and beyond to help us with a missing reservation. We also arrived too early to check in, so he let us hang out at the pool, which was great. All the staff we encountered while we were there were super friendly and helpful. I don't know the woman who was working breakfast, but she was fantastic too. I was embarrassed at how some of the guests seemed to create messes just for her to clean up tho. We will definitely stay at this location again in the future.

One block to Orlando Hospital complex. Didn't like paying to park but the fact we could walk to the hospital made up for it, plus the price is a bargain. King suite was spacious and comfortable. Appreciated the pool and breakfast. Staff very friendly and professional.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the pool. The beds were very comfortable and the TV channel selection was nice. Overall a wonderful experience!

This is an excellent place to stay, so convenient for an early flight the next day…just go downstairs and boom you’re at the airport! Staff was all very polite and friendly. Pool area was great, no pool bar and it is a little pricey to order drinks to be delivered to the pool, but again, friendly and great service! It was a very enjoyable experience!

We had the absolute best stay at the Hyatt Orlando International airport! The check in process was quick and easy. We had emailed the hotel prior to our stay about our daughter's birthday on our arrival day. We were beyond elated to be given an amazing room upgrade and birthday treats and snacks. This was such a kind gesture that cemented Hyatt as our top choice when traveling. They go out of their way to make the stay extra special. The accommodations were top notch! We slept so well after a long travel day with delays. We really enjoyed the pool as well! It was fun to talk to other families and to watch the planes land and take off from the pool! We would absolutely stay here again!

My family flew into MCO around 8pm, and wanted to make the most out of every minute of our brief vacation. We checked into our room, changed into our swimsuits, and were swimming in the rooftop pool by 8:30. The hotel is MASSIVE, but were the only family at the pool at that time. Our room overlooked the airport lobby and, aside from some very muffled early morning announcements, the room was so quiet and comfortable. We checked out early the next day so we did not get to experience any of the dining options. We would 100% stay again and recommend it to family and friends.

Very clean. Great amenities. Helpful, friendly staff. we stayed overnight before our cruise and everything was very comfortable and clean. We did not use the pool, but the pool area was nice to sit out at. We dined in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and the food was hot and delicious. We needed some medication and there’s a CVS vending machine that was great as well.

Love the location, the restaurants, the pool, the view from the pool, the parking, the services. Totally an enjoyable experience.

Hotel was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. The room was large and modern. Bed was comfortable. Proximity to airport is excellent with 24 hour complimentary shuttle. Complimentary breakfast with a good variety of items is a bonus. Parking was free and plentiful. Pool area was inviting with ample seating and pool towels provided.

Very clean and well kept. Friendly service. Great breakfast! The patio could use an update and I was disappointed the pool was having issues. Although we could use the pool next door, it was not as convenient.

My husband and I chose this location, as we were heading out for a cruise from Port Canaveral. The hotel provided a hotel shuttle from the airport to hotel and hotel to airport (they do not provide transportation to Port Canaveral, just to be clear) The airport to hotel is a very close drive, probably about 10-15 minutes away. At the airport we were picked up by, Adrian. He was very nice, welcoming and not to mention, a great driver. He got us safely to our hotel. Our check in process with Maria was exceptional. She was friendly and accommodating. She made us feel at home. Since I am a Hilton Honors member, we also got some bottled water for our room. The rooms are very nice. They are spacious, clean and full of great bathroom amenities. The beds/pillows were very comfortable. We also had a fridge and large mirrored closet. This location is also walking distance (right through the parking lot) to Carrabba’s and Bonefish. They have a large FREE breakfast area on the main floor with so many choices. Along with a bar and outdoor pool. I would highly recommend for your next stay. Shopping and other restaurants are right down the street. This area was very safe and quiet. We stayed here pre cruise and post cruise. From this location, Port Canaveral is about 45 mins to an hour. I would recommend a shuttle service with Airport Canaveral or Go Port.

The hotel was super clean. The pool area was gorgeous, and the lounge area outside was so comfy around the fire pit. 🔥 We loved everything about this hotel! The price was great! Especially with the nice breakfast and free shuttle to the airport. The girls at the front desk were super nice.We asked for a box fan and extra blankets. They brought us some fast! We needed silverware and plates for leftovers, and they went and got some for us. We needed ice. They got some for us. We didn't realize there was an ice machine on our floor. Felt bad putting the gurl to work after we had seen it later. We probably were a pain in the butt (needy), but they were soo pleasant to us. 😊Plus, they let us check out late cause our flight was at 5 pm. This hotel is definitely worth every penny spent. Book this hotel! Oh, and did I tell u it's pet friendly 😁

We just stayed at this hotel last weekend. Everything was clean and smelled great. Each day the room was cleaned and towels restocked. The breakfast was clean and everything tasted great as well. The pool area was very enjoyable with multiple seating areas with hanging lights and a very nice pool with a walk in entrance. The pool towels outside were always stocked as well. Our favorite part was the walking path behind the pool that leads to the Millenia Mall. The mall has 10 food and dessert options in the food court as well as every store you can think of! It took us 5 minutes to walk there from the hotel, so it’s very convenient! The whole neighborhood was classy and felt safe. We will be back!

This place is spotless and smells amazing, no fuss just a relaxed atmosphere. Short walk to the mall for the best food and shopping to suite all budgets, save money on park food options and Uber is quick and cheaper that $30 a day parking fee. The rooms will sleep 6 with enough room and a good size bathroom area, fridge/microwave and coffee making area. Pool is quiet and clean with towels available without any drama. Check this out from someone who stayed on universal for 9 days and then here for 1 before flying home.

The entire property is lovely. The pool was great with warm water and towels, my son loved it. Comfy bed, hot relaxing shower…Close to the mall and other popular places. The staff and service was top tier. Everyone was polite and friendly, especially the gentleman who was overseeing the breakfast, he helped my son make a waffle. I would definitely stay there again.

The property was amazing and the rooms ans amenities are top tier! SUPER clean, the best staff and just perfect. The pool is heated which is always a plus! My kids loved it and we had a blast ! I really like that it’s easily accessible but tucked away from traffic ! Decent driving distance from all attractions. Will definitely be back!

The pool was great. The bar tender was nice just a little drink before bed. Breakfast was excellent. The line for the waffles was not good. We never made it. I waited three times in line and couldn’t get a waffle for my granddaughter, but there were so many other options. We found something.

Very nice Hotel, got the suite and it was amazingly roomy. Can recommend. Great Pool and Breakfast is incuded. Rachel in the reception was very joyful and polite. The pool opened at 9am and closed 10pm wich was great. Lots of free parking lots outside and all rooms had electronic locks and key-cards.

I had a good stay, but unfortunately there's one con that made me give four stars instead of five. The room I was in was on the first floor by the pool area. I didn't know until I got into the room, but the blackout curtains don't cover the window. The track stops right before the window. Why would someone design it like this? The only thing covering the windows was an extremely sheer curtain, so I had pool lights shining into my room all night. Not to mention, anyone could look into my room if they wanted to. It creates a total lack of privacy so for that reason I had to bump the review down to four stars.

Our school volleyball team stayed here for the State Tournament near by. We have always stayed near I-4, at an Embassy Suites or Homewood Suites. But both hotels have dumped us into the category of travel sports teams and pushed us out, rather than treating us like family, traveling for a special event. From the start, Chris Castanza took great care of us. Great rates, special signs welcoming us, easy group reservations while allowing each family to book separately based on their needs. And when we arrived, Lina took exceptional care of us. The kids loved the pool and hot tub area. Breakfast was staffed well and even though the dining room was full when we went down, we didn't have to wait for anything and still found a table. And another school was staying there as well. In addition, Ms. Lina continued to check on us throughout the stay. We'll be looking to go back again.

This is the perfect place to stay for UCF's Family Weekend or anytime visiting the college. We could walk to our daughter's apartment, go to restaurants and the UCF campus(a bit of a walk, but not bad when you want exercise and the weather cooperates). Our room was pleasant...a/c was fine, TV, bed was comfortable, toiletries were great, etc. The breakfast area is very good - a lot of variety and the fresh fruit bowl was a hit for me! We used the pool which felt refreshing after walking around. This is our 3rd time staying here and we will definitely return. Btw...warm chocolate chip cookies in the late afternoon were much appreciated!

The location is perfect for visiting our daughter at her apartment and the UCF campus (within walking distance). Our room was roomy, our king size bed was very comfortable, the a/c worked well, water pressure was great, the toiletries were nice, the pool was refreshing, the breakfast was varied and very good - fresh, cubed fruit was awesome, and the yummy, warm chocolate chip cookies at the check-in counter were a nice treat. We will definitely stay here again. This was our 3rd time staying here and it works well for us. The staff was very attentive and we enjoyed their UCF attire while working!

Even Though there’s no pool on property, the hotel shared a pool with the a hotel 60 feet away. This hotel is super clean, they provide transportation to the train and airplane, breakfast was bananas cereal omelette and biscuits but there are many restaurants in the area. It’s super new and very modern, and for the price they beat expectations.

We have stayed in other AVID properties in the past so we chose to stay here due to proximity to airport and price. Had to wait 30 mins for free shuttle to pick us up from MCO but the ride was less than 5 mins from the airport. Staff was kind. Check in quick and easy. Breakfast was decent. Room had all the basics except there is NO microwave in the room. Limited storage as well. Rooms are VERY clean and modern. Everything was in good working order. NO pool. VERY small gym. Would stay here again!

This is very close to Orlando airport. Price was very competitive compared to other brands in same area, so were not expecting much to be honest. Free parking was a welcome bonus to start our stay. Check in was quick, we changed our room to one that did not look onto the neighbouring Holiday Inn Express. Rooms arevbasic, but reasonable size, clean tidy, comfortable bed. AC excellent. No coffee machine in room but facilities available 24hrs a day in reception. Breakfst is free and incl in room rate. Breakfast was very good, choice of cereals, fruit or hot muffins plus hot drinks and orange juice. Shuttle is available to and from airport, but we did not use as we had our own car. Overall very impressed with this brand and hotel.

I stayed here after having a bad experience at another hotel. First impressions are lasting! The minute I walked into the common area, it was bright, clean and welcoming. Checkin was easy and quick.I was given room 501.It was off to the end and side. Walking to the room the hallway was bright, carpet was clean. The room was bright, clean and no smell! The room is euro style, almost IKEA type of furniture, but I love it! The bed was soft and the bedding was fluffy and so comfortable. The bathroom had a walk-in shower. If I were to have any issues, the toilet seat was cracked, which I reported upon checkout. This is a great hotel and I highly recommend this hotel.

The properly was clean and quiet. Beds were soft. We only stayed one night. They also served free breakfast in the morning. It consisted of eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast. Bagels with cream cheese, coffee, tea and juices. I can’t remember if there was any hot cereal, but there was cold cereal as well.They provide free shuttle to and from the airport. Go Port Shuttle was there to provide transportation to the cruise port. Make sure if you need shuttle transportation to sign your name on the book at the check in desk. I didn’t see any restaurants within walking distance. Therefore, we called a Uber to take us to the main strip with restaurants which was no more than a mile or two away.

The Aloft Orlando Downtown was the perfect place to stay for our Corporate Business Meeting! The staff was amazing, the rooms are clean and the location in downtown Orlando was perfect! The pool table and bar were a perfect night cap! We walked everywhere we needed to go including to the Kia Center to catch a Solar Bears Hockey game! The sales manager Tiffany was attentive, efficient and made arranging 14 rooms as simple as possible! Personalized thank you letters were the perfect touch!! We will definitely stay here again!

I had such a great experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The room was super clean— plus the bed was so comfortable! The location was perfect — close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. We especially loved the pool. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully done. Pd: Bring your own toothpaste.

I had been in contact with Aloft for a few days prior to our arrival because we were coming in early from a Disney cruise—with a hyper toddler and a grouchy grandma who doesn’t do well with early mornings. I asked if we could check in early, even for a fee, ideally around 11 AM. We actually ended up arriving around noon after mistakenly going to the wrong Aloft location 30 minutes away. Despite the hiccup, Ivy and Angel greeted us with warmth and professionalism. They quickly checked us in and ensured our two rooms were next to each other—exactly what we needed. This is the Marriott-level hospitality we’ve come to love! Our short stay here truly is a much needed lvacation from our vacation, and Ivy and Angel made all the difference. Their attentiveness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond turned a potentially stressful arrival into a seamless and pleasant experience. These ladies are absolute gems!!!

Typical Holiday Inn, very clean, friendly staff, excellent location for access to restaurants, etc.. Pool was not heated but we weren't using it. If traveling wiht kids or want to use the pool area, probably not for you. Not much there for that part. Good business stay/passing thru hotel.

Entire staff very friendly and helpful. The bed and the pillows were very comfy. You can't beat a free breakfast! Coffee pot in the room. Great water pressure in the shower. Excellent location near 417. Pool was ok. Exercise room looked well equipped. Very clean with daily maid service. Will be staying here again in the future.

This was the perfect place for a one night stay with our family. The hotel was clean and quiet. The kids enjoyed the free breakfast. The only bad thing is we didn’t stay losing enough to try to pool.

Room was clean, the place was quiet, close to many restaurants within blocks, and a nice outdoor pool shaded in the afternoon. The breakfast was also pretty good.

Came down for a quick 3 day trip to Universal and Epic. Very nice hotel! Very clean throughout, the bed was comfortable, and the pool setup was great! The pool/lobby bar did not open until 4 though, which took away from being able to relax by the pool with a drink during the day. Overall a really great stay though!

Overall, my stay at Hyatt House across from Universal Orlando Resort™ was very good. The location is excellent, just minutes away from the parks, which makes it very easy to enjoy the trip without worrying about transportation. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was quite comfortable, ideal for both families and leisure trips. The room was well equipped, and the included breakfast was a nice touch. The pool is also a pleasant area to relax after a long day at the parks. As suggestions, I think there are a few details that could be improved: the coffee quality could definitely be better, especially for those of us who are coffee lovers; it would also be ideal to include regular or brown sugar in the rooms. The men’s restroom in the pool area needed maintenance, and I had a small inconvenience with the access card to the lobby after check-out. Additionally, the parking fee is charged separately, which is something to keep in mind. Aside from those points, my experience was positive, and I would stay here again for the convenience, location, and friendly service.

Overall a really good stay. Everybody at the front desk, the bartender, and housekeepers very friendly. Pool area is really nice with the bar opening up for easy service to pool area. As for the room, the beds were comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds. We loved how the sliding doors closed between the master suite and the kids bunk bed area for privacy! The toilet flushes great except we had to hold the handle down to complete the flush. Shower curtain had a rip in the top. Nothing to bother us though. Property is a Universal Partner Hotel so is very close to Universal as stated. Make sure if you’re taking the shuttle to book your reservation the day before or you won’t get the early departures. We found out the hard way and had to walk to the park. We will likely stay here again next time we visit Universal.

The pool was great, right by the bar, so adults and kids could enjoy together. The room was great. The only suggestions would be towels by the pool. The sofa bed was NOT comfortable and I believe it was broken.

The pool was not alittle dirty lots dead bugs and leaves in pool. Need more umbrellas by pool area. Need more help getting breakfast service. Put us by elevator very loud lots of traffic.

This was a beautiful and affordable hotel. Perfect for me for what I needed, I had got off a cruise ship and my flight back home wasn't until the next day. The shuttle to the airport and the outdoor pool were what made me choose this hotel over others and I'm glad I did. The pool was very clean and a relaxing place to enjoy the weather before having to head back north. The shuttle was on time in the morning and got me to the airport with any hassle. I will stay here again if I'm in the Orlando area.

We always choose this hotel when visiting our in-laws, and it never disappoints. The rooms are impeccably clean, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the bedding is top-notch. Very comfortable hotel, clean, comfortable beds. Has a bar and restaurant on site which is good as there isn’t much within walking distance . Has a . Pool but not heated, it was chilly when we were there so we didn’t use it. I would stay again and would recommend if you need a place by the airport!

The hotel was great. Looks renovated. Pool area is nice. Lobby is great and they have a nice bar area. Breakfast was great at a good price! Rooms were great. Comfy beds, and everything looks fairly new and spacious. Great value hotel and very safe! Friendly staff!

We stayed here for two nights before a cruise. It’s very close to the airport and kind of isolated. We chose the option of having access to a pool instead of a free breakfast. Nice pool, but the downside is everything at the little restaurant is quite expensive and you have to walk over to the 7-Eleven to get your morning coffee. Not a bad thing because it’s the cleanest 711 I think I’ve ever seen and the husband and wife who operate it are very kind. It’s a very busy place! The hotel is modern, clean, and very nice. For a short stay, I would certainly recommend.

Stayed for 2 nights. Close to airport. Rooms were clean and spacious. Only negative was the pool was closed for the 2 days, we were hoping out last full day could be relaxing by the pool with the sun shining down on us.

We needed a hotel for a few daytime hours after getting off a cruise because of a late flight. This hotel offered a fair rate and let us check in to relax at 9:30am. Everyone was nice, the room was super clean and really gorgeous & elevated. The beds were super comfortable too! The pool was basic but perfect for a quick swim with the kids. We are waiting for our free shuttle to the airport and would definitely do this again if we didn’t plan a better flight time.

3mi./5 minutes from taxi stand at the airport. Small restaurant/bar, no pool. Rooms seem new and very clean. Just next to McCoy road but surprisingly very quiet. Reasonable price/quality. Staff quickly checked me in and free shuttle was on time and friendly back to the airport.

We stayed there 2 nights as we decide to get to Orlando earlier than planned and our original place was unavailable. The hotel is clean, the staff is great and the breakfast was delicious. It's a little way off if you plan on going to the major parks ( Disney, Universal etc ) but for the price this place is hard to beat. We didn't spend much time there during the day, as the pool is not heated. We came to Orlando for New Year's eve, but everything else was really great. They welcome dogs and have large rooms so they can play even when inside. ( we have small dogs )

We stayed 1 night this hotel is clean from the room to the grounds to the pool....very nice stay plus breakfast was nice...will stay again easy to get to and leave hotel is quite close to everything and anything

Great location for the airport and shopping but set back off the road. Good value clean rooms and breakfast included. Friendly and efficient staff. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is the fact that the clean pool is not heated, which is unfortunate as it was too cold to swim and relax in.

I stayed here attending a conference that was at the Rosen. Certainly the prices were better than staying at the conference hotel, and it was close enough (just shy of 2 miles) that I walked one day and had only a short 5 minute drive the other 2 days. There is a Publix close by (on the way to Rosen Hotel), which I utilized. I felt very comfortable and secure at the hotel and in my room. I stayed here as a single person. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. It was pretty quiet from outside noise, but could easily hear other room doors slam shut or people talking in the hall. Continental breakfast was included, looked good (I generally don't eat breakfast) with waffle and omelet options, but I can attest that the coffee was excellent!! Nice sized room too. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend to others.

This was our first stay at The Alfond Inn, and overall we had a lovely experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk attendant was friendly and welcoming. We were especially pleased to be able to check in early, as we were eager to spend some time by the pool before heading out for dinner later. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. We also enjoyed drinks at the hotel bar before dinner, which was well stocked and staffed by friendly and attentive bartenders. The hotel itself is simply stunning—tasteful decor and an inviting atmosphere throughout. However, there was one significant disappointment: the pool area. It really needs a refresh. We arrived on a Sunday and discovered that poolside bar and food service is only available on weekends. On Monday, there was no service at all—not even water. With temperatures in the 90s, we found it inconvenient to have to walk back to the lobby for a small plastic cup of cold water. Providing at least a water cooler or dispenser at the pool would make a big difference. Additionally, the pool loungers were noticeably worn and tattered, and the umbrellas were in poor condition. For a hotel positioned as a luxury property, this was surprising and disappointing. All in all, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the beautiful interiors, comfortable accommodations, and excellent staff—but we hope to see improvements to the pool area in the future to truly match the rest of the hotel’s high standards.

This is a wonderful, upscale hotel with the expected features other than a working swimming pool. Everyone was friendly, greeted us cordially, and focused on making our stay enjoyable. The pool is closed for renovations, an alternative "the spa pool" is available, according to the front desk staff. No adjustment on the resort fee, however. Rooms are big, bathrooms are well lighted, clean, and abundantly equipped with towels. Lots of towels. The hotel is filled with art from the Alfond family collection. Everywhere art is on the walls, in display cases, etc. The hotel is a short, two block walk to busy Park Avenue with shops, restaurants, and services.

Wonderful experience, accommodations, staff, location, and spa. The Alfond In. And Spa was perfect for our girls trip in July. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping in Winter Park, a great place to explore. We spent the day at the Spa and it was thoroughly enjoyed by all, we enjoyed the pool and having lunch poolside before our treatments was very relaxing. Service was great.

They had a heated pool & beautiful spa with a separate pool for the spa.

This was our first stay at the Alfond Inn. We stayed for 2 nights and for the most part, were very happy with the overall stay, service and location. We ate at Hamilton's each morning for breakfast and had the pleasure of being served by Eduardo. The food & service were both great! While we chose to eat inside both mornings, on Sunday there was a saxophone player outside who we listened to before we left. The room was very clean and well appointed, although I was a little disappointed that there was only one sink in the bathroom. The bed pillow selection could be improved upon. The ones on the bed were extra firm and "high" on the neck, so they caused me pain waking up the first morning. We checked in the closet and found a very soft pillow that was very thin which I used the second night, but that one was too "flat" and didn't provide enough support. It would have been great to have a medium support pillow in the closet that most guests would enjoy. That being said, this was a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things, so I'm still giving the hotel 5 stars. Unfortunately we didn't have time to check out the pool or the spa as we were in town for a "celebration of life" but look forward to the next time, so that we can.

Our room was a King Suite. It was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the bed linen and towels were very good. The included breakfast was good and coffee, tea and water were available all day. We loved the swimming pool and pool area. There are shopping outlets on the doorstep and a few fast food restaurants. However we couldn't find a supermarket nearby. No saucepan or frying pan provided. You really need a car to make the most of the area, the bus service is poor. There were a lot of poor reviews about TownePlace Suites but we were happy with our stay.

Great location, just across from Premium Outlet Mall, safe to walk to. Several restaurants walkable from hotel. Hotel was very new, clean and in nice condition. Breakfast was good, eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, bagels, cereals, waffles etc Pool was heated, and kept clean. Only downside was the intrusive music around the pool area. It could be an oasis of calm …….. if it wasn’t for the music.

We got perfect experience in this hotel. Hotel is located so convenient, not far away from Airport and Parks: 15 minutes from Airport, 15 minutes from Parks, 1 hour from Cape Canaveral Beach and NASA (Kennedy Space Center). Hosts at reception are so kind and helpful. There are enough parking spots for a car on the territory of hotel (parking is not free but it’s not expensive, payment by QR-cod). The room was pretty clean. Three kinds of fresh and clean towels in bathroom. There are all necessary equipment on the kitchen in the room (plates, mugs, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, cutting board, paper towel, dish soap and etc.) Water in the Pool was clean without any smell. Continental Breakfast is complementary (eggs, some kind of meat, cereals, porridge, bread, bagels, waffles, some fruits, soft cheese, milk, yogurts, drip coffee, tea, hot chocolate). A lot of shops, caffès and restaurants around.

We arrived late after a long flight for two nights. Check in was easy and the lady was really helpful. We had been put in rooms next to the elevators, which I usually hate, but absolutely no noise or issues. The room was really spacious and clean. It looks new and is well kept. We had two queen beds, which were comfortable. The bathroom is good with lots of towels. The kitchen area was an added bonus with great touches, like washing up liquid. The complimentary breakfast was great. The pool was what you would expect from this type of hotel, but was clean and well stocked with towels. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The property has a few years but it still looks like it just opened yesterday! It is very well maintained, the room was spotless, the lobby and breakfast area seem like just open! I was very satisfied with the breakfast even though is simple with not too many choices. Free pop corn by the bar!! The pool is good for the kids, but it got a little chilly at some points during the day. The place is dog friendly and our pup was comfortable in our 2 Queen suite. The staff was incredible during our 2 week stay! You can do many things without a car around this property, lots of shops and dining choices!

Big and clean rooms, great service at the desk and at the restaurants. Will 100% be back! The pool area not to big, but very clean and the pool was clean and the hot tub was hot and nice to relax in. All the staff offered great service, the cleaning service was excellent! Highly recommend this hotel!

Overall a nice place with lots close by in the mall. Pool area had many leaves in the pool and limited umbrellas.

We stayed at this Hotel for a weekend of Coast Guard courses. It was a wonderful weekend! Shortly, after our check-in we needed to report a running toilet, and the front desk personnel immediately took care of the problem, and by the time we returned to our room, all was fixed. Bravo to all !!! We had two enjoyable dinners at the Marcelo's bistro (which is just off the lobby of the Hotel) during our weekend stay. Firstly, the convenience, vibe, food, and their friendliness was definitely a two thumbs up. It was perfect after a long day of courses. Their General Manager, Sebastian, was so helpful, kind, and went above and beyond his duties of hospitality management. The Marcelo's bistro also has a breakfast buffet and lunch too, and we had a great and very enjoyable experience at their breakfast buffet, and again, thanks to Sabastian for his recommendation. Next time we are in the Orlando area, The Florida Hotel & Conference Center will be our first pick! p.s. they are adjacent to the Florida Mall which is great for shopping or getting some steps in...and the Hotel had a great gym and pool. Five stars to us!

We needed a hotel for one night following our cruise before flying home tomorrow. We chose The Florida Hotel for its location to the airport and the fact that it had dining options and attached to The Florida Mall. Confirmation & communication with the hotel prior to arrival was terrific. They stored our bags until our room was ready, all staff were friendly & helpful. We shopped & had lunch then checked, our room was ready early. We sat by the quiet pool area in the afternoon. We dined at Crickets Bar in the hotel for dinner expecting “bar food”. Everything we ordered was beyond amazing and the portions huge. The staff there were also equally fantastic. There is also an option to pay for a buffet breakfast which is a plus. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Orlando.

I checked-in way earlier than my check-in hour, and expected to either leave my luggage and come back or pay early check-in. But I instantaneously got a room. The room was very clean, quiet and with a comfortable bed, too bad it was only for one night. Also, too bad I didn't have time for gym/pool. Receptionists were very friendly, and overall the location is in a mall - for better or worse ;)

The room at this hotel was immaculate and the staff especially Juan, were both friendly and accommodating. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was a great perk. They even arranged for the shuttle to take us to a restaurant for dinner. The only negative I have was there were not enough chairs at the pool and we were unable to sit by the pool. I highly recommend this property especially if you arrive a day early for a cruise as we did.

Absolutely superb hotel, located a couple of minutes from the airport, upon arrival from Gatwick I gave the hotel a quick call and was met outside by the complementary shuttle and a lovely welcoming driver, hotel front of house are so lovely, they really go above and beyond for you, complementary breakfast is plentiful, bacon eggs omelette waffles toast bagels yogurt cereals ect, tea & coffee are also free the entire stay, my room had 2 queen sized beds,mini fridge with microwave very clean throughout .. loved the pool area and its open till 11pm so got into that as soon as i checked in at 9pm, it was very clean, couple of minutes walk to mini market, food outlets, usb charging sockets by the bed so very convenient. Loved this hotel and would definitely stay again.

So nice to have a free breakfast and free shuttle from the airport that was very easy to get. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and more. Everything is clean, pool is pleasant to sit around. Staff was very accommodating allowing us to wait for our flight time and hold our luggage beyond our stay. Room was a little tight for 4 of us but it was just one night. Would definitely come back.

It is clean, quiet and comfortable! Jacuzzi and pool were nice! Great and quiet air conditioner! Close to restaurants and a theater. Oatmeal at breakfast I enjoyed and there were other hot options as well. Shuttle to the airport was appreciated. I would stay again when flying in and out of the airport

We loved our stay. We were in for a wedding the airport shuttle was excellent! Enjoyed the beautiful pool and sat by the lake! Pool and Pool Bar Restaurant we're great! Deborah at the Pool Bar was the best excellent customer service. The coffee shop was great the front desk was always friendly! Loved our Stay we will be back!

Carnival cancelled our Kennedy Space Center tour, but our flight home wasn’t until evening. So we booked a room for our long layover near MCO. We had a great stay. While the staffer said the room would be ready very early, we waited from about 10:15 am until 11:15 am to get in. We played ping pong and walked around the hotel. After we checked in, we enjoyed the wonderful pool area. The pool area is beautiful and clean. Big kudos to the pool cafe staff. We ordered food, and it was hot and fresh. My husband used the gym. Then we all retired to our nice clean room for a shower and nap. Finally, we boarded the hotel’s own airport shuttle bus (leaves on the half hour 24 hours per day) for the airport. Total cost for room about $150 and worth every penny.

We booked this property because it was close to the airport since we had an early flight. Didn't expect much for a one night stay but from the check in to the pool to the super comfortable bed I now wished I had booked more than one night. The staff at the front desk was friendly and attentive, I mentioned we had an early flight and he immediately told me he had put us in a quiet room so we could rest and if we needed food before the breakfast was open there was a cafe that would have food for us to grab. The room was spacious, super clean and had very comfortable beds. We also tried the pool and had a great last night before our flight, having dinner at the tavern where the staff was again attentive and the food and cocktails delicious (try the salmon piccata and the raspberry mojito!). I am now a Marriott member and will look for Marriott properties everywhere I go for now on.

Absolutely everything was perfect - the food and beverage service, common areas of hotel and rooms. Very quite and some of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in at a hotel. No airport noise, even though it's very close. Shuttle to and from airport was great, drivers safe. The grounds are beautiful from the pool and pool bar to the cheft's herb garden...lovely. This will be my go-to place to stay in Orlando.

We only stayed for about 16 total hours before flying home from a volleyball tourney but we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and pool bar! Very relaxing and fun!

This property was an oasis in the downtown Orlando area. The location not only made it walkable, it was very drivable to other restaurants and shopping. The location was close to highways and the interstate as well. The valet (the only parking option) was well run and staffed. The daily continental breakfast was delicious and had unique items. Waffles, bagels, breakfast sandwiches and unique beverages were appreciated. The breakfast area was kept spotless. Reena was a delight at the daily breakfast. Her interaction with guests and desire to please was greatly appreciated. The multiple seating areas were available to use as a work station when not used for breakfast. Access to a great outdoor deck was also available to guests. A rooftop workout area and pool was a welcome amenity. The laundry was also on the top floor. It was great to be able to sit poolside or workout while laundry is being completed. The views were stellar. After our second day as a guest, we received daily inquiries to our comfort level and needs. The staff was very, very accommodating and friendly. The room we occupied did have some wear and tear; things that would be very easily corrected, i.e. a split in the ottoman and and office chair with the seat lifting. These items should be corrected when considering the daily room rate. While friendly and accommodating, neither the staff nor the valet seemed very familiar with the area. The could not (or would not) identify streets or directions.

The room was very clean and large with a microwave, full size fridge and equipped with everything to eat in. The bed was very comfortable with quality sheets. Breakfast in the morning in a large well equipped room with an outdoor patio, happy hour at the bar and even a kitchen with a few offerings if you don’t feel like going out for supper. The pool is nice and clean, the gym very well equipped and there is even 2 large washer and dryer. The staff was professional and helpful and I even got a few message text inquiring if I was satisfy. It was a 3-night stay that I will repeat as soon as I have to chance to do so. Thank you !

Excellent hotel! We stayed at the hotel for three days and loved every minute. When we weren't exploring Orlando, we were either in the rooftop pool or at the hotel bar. Valet parking is provided, but there's street parking as well relatively closeby. My partners baggage was sadly delayed by the airline and arrived at the hotel AFTER we'd left - the staff at the hotel were so supportive during this ordeal and contacted us immediately when it arrived. Great customer service. The lady who was running the bar was also fantastic - gave us some fantastic advice on places to visit. 10/10!

Awesome hotel! Great location. You can easily walk to restaurants and the lake. Staff was the best, from the valet to the General Manager, everyone that we encountered was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and breakfast area was great. You can sit on the patio deck and enjoy the food and the view. Also has a top of the line rooftop pool. We have found our go to hotel when we travel to Orlando.

While visiting a love one in the hospital and not wanting to drive home for two hours I stayed at this hotel in downtown Orlando. Best decision ever! My granddaughter got to enjoy the pool at night and DIL and I got to enjoy the view with the city lights around us. The room accommodations were perfect. Spacious studio with kitchen and good size bathroom. Loved the white puffy towels. Would definitely stay here again.
