The unit was very spacious, lovely and warm when we arrived. Heat pump perfectly set. Lounge chairs very comfortable, good lighting. Bathroom warm, clean and spacious. Loved the old fashioned furniture in the bedroom. Private outside area ( would be great in the summer). We've been before and walked through lovely grounds. Too wintery this visit! Thanks for the history in the folder. Great place to stay.

As soon as you drive into the lodge you feel like you are driving into a grotto. So many bushes and trees lots of places to explore. Own private walkway down to the river. Quite charming. And the onsite cafe is fantastic great food and coffee.
Nothing it was perfect.
