The minimum age to stay in Premium 1 bedroom bungalow with pool access is 18 years. Please note that all guests, including minors, must present a valid official ID upon arrival. The only accepted documents are DNI, NIE, or PASSPORT, in accordance with applicable Spanish regulations (Orden INT/321/2021 and Real Decreto 933/2021). The property reserves the right to request a deposit on arrival of up to 150€ which will be charged by credit card or cash and will be returned after checking the condition of the apartment/room if there has been no damage during your stay (up to 7 days after check out). Only guests listed on the reservation will be admitted at check-in and no external visitors are accepted. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
