Staff was very helpful and friendly ! Anka helped us with setting up transportation without hesitation.. Marco was helpful with assisting in recommending rest. We truly enjoyed the Eccelso hotel and would highly recommend to anyone going to Rome, its walk-in distance to the Vatican, restaurants and shopping!
