9.2Fabulous hotel and property, would highly recommend. The setting was lovely, pools were great and not crowded, staff was doing their best with the seagrass on the beach but the pools more than made up for it. The food was excellent, lots of options. We upgraded to Serenity which was worth every penny. The staff were all so happy and helpful, but the best was Nacho, our group butler who was unbelievably helpful and really made our experience so much more special. Thank you Nacho, and all the team!
