Apartma je bil majhen, vendar organiziran tako, da je bilo dovolj prostora za vse. Apartma je stilsko opremljen.z ribiskimi dodatki, kar je nastanitvi dajalo pristen pridih morja..Lokacija v centru mesta je odlicna, hrup mestnega vrveza pa .nemotec, tudi pri odprtem balkonu.
