9.4The surrounding area is quite run down however the hotel and exterior are beautiful. A little sketchy to walk at night but otherwise close enough to attractions.
"Great place, could do better"
This is a wonderful place, but it gives the impression that it is not as well maintained as it should be. The bathrooms were not cleaned when we checked in, the receptionist did not welcome us, the animals are wonderful - but the cacatoo had dreary accomodations. All in all a place with great potential, but not at its best when we visited.
