7.9This was our first time in Punta Cana. Unfortunately this place has very little maintenance, if any. From what we heard, it’s a fairly new construction, however; the place is in bad shape - the kitchen has door handles missing and broken tiles. The AC and stove did not work. The place also needs painting. The beach in itself is beautiful. We had a great view. Some of the staff were helpful and friendly. However, their office does not open until 10am which makes it very inconvenient to check out before then, especially if you are expecting to get some of your electricity cash deposit back.
Read more ↓The pictures they show on here are probably from 10 years ago. Not worth the money. Broken tile, loose baseboards, 2 broken A/C, broken cabinets, broken shower head, couches falling apart, bad internet service. Great location tho.
