9.8Nice apartment in a quiet part of town. A nice grocery store is just a block away and the public bus transport was easy to access. The power went out one evening for a few hours and this apartment has an automatic backup generator that started and ran seamlessly until the regular power came back on.
Everything was exeptional. I will definitely recommend to any any one.
