Upon arrival at Ton Sai Pier, guests are kindly asked to look for the property's staff holding a sign written as "The Hip Resort @ Phi Phi". This pick up service costs THB 100 per person and will only be available up until 17:15 hrs. Guests are advised to contact the property for more information and the boat schedule. Please note that the boat ride will take 15- 40 minutes depending on the route and weather conditions. During May until September, reservation for 1 or 2 nights, there is a boat transfer fee of 1000 baht round trip, stay 3 nights or more will be offer the free boat transfer.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
