8.8Super friendly staff. Lovely - and good sized - clean rooms and comfy beds in a building that had lots of character. The breakfast was really good with lots of variety. No water filter, but a couple of bottles of water were provided every day in the room, and iced water was available in reception at all times.

"Fabulous hotel in Georgetown"
The staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast. We even got free afternoon tea. The location is also good, within walking distance to all the best spots.
