Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for THB 500 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 6 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People 4 years old and over stay for THB 1,500 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please be informed that Phi Phi Phu Chalet Beach Resort offers a free one-way shuttle service via long-tail boat from Tonsai Bay to the property. The boat ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Tonsai Pier, guests are kindly asked to look for the resort sign. A on-site staff will be holding the sign with the resort's name on it. This service is free only once during check-in (Tonsai Pier -> Resort). An additional fee will be applied for the transfer upon check-out from the resort to the mainland pier. This service will be available as the following schedule: ● From Tonsai Pier to Resort: 11:30, 13:30, 16:00 and 17:00 hrs. ● From Resort to Tonsai Pier 08:00 and 12:00 hrs.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
