I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay at the villa. Everything was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed — it truly felt like a home away from home. Fantastic property. Complimentary water and coffee beans for the machine. Excellent staff. Could not fault it. The adjacent, "sister" hotel has good restaurants if required.
Nothing to fault the property, although the outside sink remained blocked throughout our stay. The prices for food and drink in the "sister" hotel are high for the area. That said, they were still cheaper than UK for the quality that was served.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People 12 years old and over stay for THB 1,200 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Room rates include: - Daily maid service. Bed linen is changed every 3 nights. - Night security. - 2 bottles of drinking water per person per day. - Toiletries set with soap and shampoo. An early check-in and late check-out can be arranged (subject to availability) upon request for an additional charge. Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. All check in and check out process are to be performed at Casabay office. Kindly note In the event of late arrival after 6:00pm our security guard will assist you to open and have you settle in the villa that you booked. The next morning our staff will be with you as from 9:45am for the check- in procedure . If you have any question you may contact our reservation team at 076363250.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
