The staff are very kind & sweet and Robert is one of them. Despite being so busy with guest on the front desk he & the rest always makes time to bring up our deliveries to our room. I have never seen any hotel does that. They also helped us when we had a problem with our neighbor smoking & the smoke smell got into our room at 4am in the morning, sending staff to our room to take care of the odor & bring us fruits for apology in the morning.
