Our original room had a very noisy air conditioner and an uncomfortable bed. But we complained (nicely!l) and we were upgraded to a little apartment with a great bed, pillows, view, and quiet AC. It even had a little kitchen! Pool was beautiful, staff were super friendly, and we loved the location.
Original bed was hard and springy and AC unit had something wrong with the fan blades so it was sooooo loud. Both likely need replacing.
