9.0The room was clean and bright. The location was a little removed from the main part of town but easy to reach in 10-15 minutes on a scooter. The staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was also good! High quality food and lots of choice.

Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for MYR 20 per person per night when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Important information
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Any extra guests are charged separately and are to pay directly to the hotel. Kindly be advised that there is a Compulsory Christmas Eve Dinner at RM100nett/person (Adult) & RM50nett/person/child (Age 4-12yrs) and New Year Eve Dinner at RM120nett/person (Adult) & RM55nett/child (Age 4-12yrs) The compulsory dinner charges will be applied for all stays accross the above periods. For Prestigious Events (Acara Utama), a charge of RM6 per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia. This charges will be collected upon your check-in.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. A deposit may be required at the property.
