9.4Beautiful new resort towards the NE side of Crete. Staff was uniformly kind and seemed vested in us having a great time. Spa was absolutely wonderful. A few nits to be aware of. Hotel is rather isolated and the nicer restaurants all close at 930pm and require reservations 24 hours in advance via their app with no same day flexibility. Also despite being next to the sea, there is no hotel beach club or chairs and a lot of the landscaping even blocks the sea views. Price was a little high considering no beach and need to take taxis to go anywhere off property.

We had an 6:30 am early morning transfer to the ferry the day we checked out and they opened the kitchen and had breakfast waiting for us at 6 am The only thing that wasn’t ideal was the Paraiso Party garden was located next to our room and since we had an early morning transfer, the music made it very difficult to sleep - that would be my only recommendation for not staying in a room nearby the party garden.
