9.4All the respect to the staff working at this hotel in May 2026, they must be the nicest people I've met. They seemed genuinely happy when we arrived and they saw us, and were so nice and helpful and made us feel so welcomed. It was only us around, but they turned on the sauna and jacuzzi for us. The apartments are nice, and the outside pool is a little heated, so we were able to use it in May even though the weather wasn't very warm yet. And the view from the balcony was so, so beautiful. I really hope we'll return someday.
