The location is fantastic, the hotel itself is very well decorated, the pools are lovely. Especially the rooftop pool. The staff are so helpful and kind, they are so welcoming!! The pool staff in the day are great. Vanessa who checked us in, went above and beyond to make our arrival lovely, even though we didn’t check in till 1am she was so enthusiastic and helpful.
