9.0The pools were excellent. Beach is beautiful. The only downside was the vendors that approach guests on the beach. The staff was friendly but some were a little less interactive than what we have experienced at Excellence resorts in Mexico. Well worth the money and I would definitely go again.
Stacy and Rocio from the pool service was fenomenol, Randy and Natanael from the grill and agave restaurants were great as a customer service. Food was not great need more simple things as al salad bar, regular meat too. Besides the food hotel clelan and the service was great.
