We had a wonderful stay at The Chedi. A special thank you to Macarious George, who made sure every detail was exactly as we wished. He was welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay from the moment we arrived until the end of our vacation. Also Hani Mohammed from housekeeping for always ensuring our room was prepared exactly the way we liked it. Thanks to Ahmed Hejazi, the lifeguard, who was helpful at the beach and with the water activities. Definitely will come back.

The resort is very beautiful and the service is wonderful, especially from Mario. He was helpful, kind, and cooperative; his generosity was overwhelming. He answered every call, even outside of his working hours. Thank you so much. I consider this resort one of the best in El Gouna. It has everything you need, and its proximity to the sea and the beautiful views from the rooms enhance its appeal. It also offers great privacy. Special thanks to Ramadan and Samaa.
