8.0The room was perfect, and the staff was very welcoming. We last minute booked the room when we got to Pai and they were nice enough to have it cleaned and ready for us! Plus! The villa is a 5 min walk from Earth Tone Vegetarian Restaurant and Health Store!!!
"Not what we expected but staff were great "
Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our initial room as it wasn’t overly clean, there were huge holes in the mosquito net and it looked quite different to the pictures. However, after speaking to staff about this we were moved to a different room. This was much nicer, cleaner and had an intact mosquito net. I enjoyed this hotel but think that the older rooms need to be brought up to standard- especially in terms of cleanliness.
