Payment Verification Policy (Mandatory): The same credit card used for the reservation must be presented at check-in for verification. If the original card is not presented, any pre-charged amount will be refunded, and the guest will be required to make payment using a different card or cash at the hotel. This policy is strictly mandatory and must be followed without exception If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, please provide the following to the property prior to your arrival: 1) Authorization letter with cardholder's signature 2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature) 3) Copy of the cardholder’s passport or driver’s license Please note that the property may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. Reference to our cancelation policy, please note that we will consider free cancelations if plans are affected by Covid 19 due to positive PCR tests, changes or Cancelations of booked flights, Lockdowns, or other regulations introduced by authorities. In this case, please send us documentary evidence and we will agree with free cancelations and refund any payments made to us. Compulsory Festive Supplements (to be collected by the hotel upon arrival): Christmas Eve Supplement: USD 25 per adult, USD 13 per child (below 12 years) New Year’s Eve Supplement: USD 60 per adult, USD 30 per child (below 12 years)Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
