8.4"A nice clean flat close to a beautiful beach"
The apartment was spacious and very nice, we even had a sea view. It should me mentioned though that the living room gets very warm during the day as the windows are facing South and West. In the bedroom there is an ac. Also, you should be prepared to walk quite a lot of stairs to get in the flat. The house is situated up a hill near beautiful Batts Rock beach. Would definitely recommend.
Read more ↓It fit just fine for my lifestyle. Clean owner personally called to make sure i made it. Its a legit apartment with everything you need in it plus washer and dryer. I was at war with a few monkeys running across the roof and terrorizing the Neighbors dogs . Other than that the rest was all good.
