6.4Could not fault the hotel staff. However, whilst we were there we had no electricity and water for some of the days. Shower did not work properly, along with this there was no shower screen, a blocked plug so the water couldn't drain and no air con at times. Pool area and room cleaning was very poorly maintained on top of this. This is very poor and unexpected from a 4* hotel, especially with children.
