Children and extra bed policy
Children ages 1 and older are allowed. Children from 1 year old to 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children from 1 year old to 4 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 5 years old to 11 years old stay for MYR 50.80 per person per night when using an existing bed. People 1 year old and over stay for MYR 189 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please note that breakfast fee applies to children between 4 to 11 years old. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that the Penang City Council has imposed a tax of MYR 3 per room per night, payable directly to the hotel upon check in.
