オーナーやスタッフがとても親切で、困った事は都度解決してもらえます。立地はキングストンの中でも安全なエリアで、大型ショッピングモールも近くで便利です。部屋は清潔でキッチンもあり広々、ガーデンビューの部屋はプールへも出られます。ガーデンにはビオトープもあり、クリスマスシーズンはイルミネーションも綺麗。犬のルナもとても可愛いです。
最初に泊まった部屋はシャワーが温水でなく水量も少なかったので、スタッフに言ったところ、部屋を移動する事になりました。最終的にシャワーも快適で満足しています。
