Full payment is required within 24 hours upon booking. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This is a strictly nonsmoking property. A fine of S$1,000 will be imposed for smoking, and a fine of S$500 will be imposed for durian consumption. The Management reserves the right to forfeit the full deposit and impose eviction and/or charge on the credit/debit card provided for any violations of house rules. We highly recommend that you have your own suitable travel insurance in place at the time of booking. Should you fail to check-in by 12pm one day after your original check-in date, your reservation will be treated as a "No Show".
