Ευγενικό προσωπικό, πρωινό επιπέδου 5 αστέρων. Σωστή αντιμετώπιση καταστάσεων από τη ρεσεψιόν και συγκεκριμένα ενώ είχα πληρώσει μέσω booking μου ζήτησαν να πληρώσω, μόλις τους είπα ότι έχω ήδη πληρώσει, αμέσως με ευγενικό τρόπο έκαναν διασταύρωση και μου ζήτησαν συγγνώμη.
