8.6"Great value 4 star hotel next to Georgetown UNESCO zone."
Great location- close to UNESCO area of Georgetown and to esplanade near Penang town Hall. Quiet. Super comfy beds, bathroom clean and everything worked - filtered water for drinking most appreciated. Team helpful throughout 5 day stay. Included breakfast extensive, delicious and fresh. Pool was wonderful way to finish day plus gym good to start day.
Great package overall - decor a little tired plus pool deck needs a bit of maintenance.

There was an odd odour in the corridors, perhaps a plumbing issue. No problem in our room.

Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Adults stay for MYR 130 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Important information
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. In line with the Malaysia government’s decision to implement Sales and Service Tax (SST) of 6% effective 1st January 2022, this tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guest must present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel, hotel will not accept any third party credit card. All of our guest rooms are equipped with a Bacfree water filtration system, ensuring clean and Halal drinking water directly from the tap for your comfort and convenience. Please be informed that our spa is temporarily closed. A deposit may be required at the property.
