9.0I would say overall the resort has all that you are looking for either for Adults only or families. Good: Playground and Water park, good room service and menu, minibar with a lot of options. Bad: mosquitos, poor service (I was all the time running after waiters to ask for drinks or something else) Water Park hours just until 5:30 PM. They said no reservations and there was a waiting list and empty tables, poor kids activities, spa policies. Improve: more food options. Welcome to the hotel
Read more ↓This is our go to place in Cancun with 2 young children. Multiple pools, several dining options and beautiful beach! Rooms have a sofa bed and easy accommodates our two toddlers. The nightly entertainment focuses on kids is great to keep them busy before bed time. We have not been able to try their adults offerings yet only the family side of the resort.
