For a smooth and enjoyable stay, please review the following important information prior to your arrival: • Check-In Requirements: Guests are required to present a valid photo ID and a physical credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card must match the guest checking in. • Minimum Check-In Age: Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in. Guests under 18 may only check in if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. • Security Deposit: A $50 security deposit is required upon arrival and must be placed on a physical credit card in the guest’s name. The cardholder must be present at check-in. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection. • Parking: Parking is available for one vehicle (first parking space) at $12 plus tax per night. Any additional vehicle or parking space will be charged $20 plus tax per night. • Resort Fee: A $10 plus tax resort fee per night applies. • Breakfast: A continental breakfast is included and served daily from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. • Early Check-In / Late Arrival: Early check-in may be available for an additional fee and is subject to availability. If you plan to arrive outside regular check-in hours, please notify us in advance. • Beach Access: Public beach access is conveniently located on Flamingo Road, less than an 8-minute walk from the property. • Shuttle Service: Shuttle service is not complimentary and must be scheduled in advance by calling 954-568-6011. • Pet Policy: Only dogs are allowed for $25 per stay and per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs per room is permitted. The maximum weight allowed is 40 pounds per dog. • Package Policy: The property is happy to receive up to two medium-sized packages free of charge prior to your arrival. Additional packages may incur a surcharge. Please note that packages received after check-in are not subject to storage fees.
