In the event of any legal dispute or claim arising from this agreement, both parties agree that such matters shall be exclusively resolved in the state or federal courts located within Miami-Dade County, Florida. By agreeing to this jurisdiction and venue, both parties consent to the convenience and fairness of resolving disputes in this specific jurisdiction. **Attorney's Fees Clause:** In the event of any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising from or related to this rental agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and court costs incurred in connection with such action or proceeding from the non-prevailing party. **Limitation of Damages Clause:** To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the property owner/landlord's liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from this rental agreement or property use shall be limited to the total cost of the stay as indicated in this agreement. This limitation of liability applies to all claims, including but not limited to those based on negligence, breach of contract, or any other legal cause of action.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
