9.1"I was a warm, welcoming place to retreat to after long days of walking about the city."
The Concierge, Peter, was fantastic. He helped with restaurants and general guidance for getting around the city. Convenient location minutes from the Colosseum and Forum. Twin Rooms are small but for a solo traveler I thought it was perfect and comfortable.
The elevator situation was a bit different because after getting off the elevator you have a couple of stairs to navigate. But staff was super helpful with getting luggage taken in.

We returned to this hotel at the end of our trip and felt so welcome! The staff were as warm and helpful as ever, and the little bottles of prosecco in the room were a lovely touch.
We couldn't have asked for more.
