9.0Service was more than excellent.. place is gorgeous.. food and dining option was great.. you don’t pay any money over your cost of stay.. Dinning was absolutely stunning and free with very fancy service . Expensive food option like Turkish and Brazilian food.. Mina in customer service was a big help.. Alaa Eldeen driving the gulf cart was nice and funny. loved it and i strongly recommend it for any one..
