Payment Policy: - Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the hotel upon check-in. For the cardholder's protection, if the cardholder is not present, guests shall have to settle a new payment upon check in and the prepayment will be credited back to the original card. Additional authorizations for incidental charges can be processed on a separate card. - All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at time of booking. The hotel reserves the right to either charge or pre-authorize the provided credit cards up to the full reservation amount at point of reservation. Renovation of Chom Talay restaurant and Sala Bar between 01st June – 31st July 2025 with the majority of work taking place in the outdoor terrace area.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
