Pool
"Very disappointing and unprofessional."
We had a couple of issues during our stay. First, the button to access the pool was a bit inconvenient to use every time, although I understand it’s for safety. However, a bigger problem happened during our stay: while we were swimming with kids around 11 AM, the pool service person came in without any notice or greeting. He started cleaning and added several gallons of chemicals, making the pool unsafe for use for the rest of the day. There was no warning, no request to step out—just sudden maintenance during our swim time. It was very difficult to explain this to the kids, and honestly, even if there were no children, it’s extremely disrespectful to enter a private pool area without any prior notice. What if someone wanted to swim privately or even sunbathe nude? Guests deserve privacy and a heads-up before something like this happens. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
