La villa è in un punto strategico per visitare la zona di Catania. La signora Marisa al arrivo ci ha fatto trovare acqua, caffè e altro. L'appartamento é molto spazioso, il giardino è un parco con piscina privata per i due appartamenti. Ogni giorno veniva un custode che con discrezione si occupa della piscina. Anche nelle giornate molto calde la zona era areata e risulta piacevole, comunque é presente l'area condizionata nelle camere da letto.
