"completely worth every baht it costs"

very spacious. great semi-indoor pool. location is very convenient. room service every day. staff were friendly.

they only give one key for the main door lock

"Nice house, poor location"

the daily cleaning, the space in the house, the friendly staff and the children loved the pool at the villa

What we found particularly unpleasant was the Biker bar right next door. It's an open-air bar with live music until 3 a.m., seven days a week. The noise is unbearable, and earplugs can't help. The location is remote, requiring you to rely on a taxi or your own car for everything. The house is in need of some maintenance.
