This is house is such a hidden gem (low-key hope it doesn’t get too popular cause we love it) it’s perfect for impressing friends/family. The property is very unique and quirky. I don’t believe Dunedin has any other accommodations like this one. This was our 4th time and we will definitely be back!
Some small touches would make this place feel even more luxe, things like high quality toiletries, bathrobes, scented candles and breakfast supplies

We love this place, it works perfect for our group. Crossing our fingers it remains available as a holiday rental. There’s nowhere else in Dunedin as unique and suitable for groups. The bathtubs and views are our favourite
