9.7This is a very small, very elegant hotel with incredible service. The staff are very generous with their time and with their amenities. My flights were cancelled and they were extremely kind and helpful. There are beautiful restaurants and bars on different floors. It is also an excellent location, near to the old city but not in it and close to shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it.

Upon arrival the staff went above and beyond with making sure we were well taken care of. The level of respect and service, given by every staff member on this property, is top notch. No detail was left untouched. We will definitely return to Bari just to stay at Bra Hotel.
