9.3The hotel facilities were excellent, parking was very convenient, and the location was great, with easy access to many nearby attractions and places. The staff were also wonderful, especially Josh. He helped us change rooms and accommodated our various requests. Although one of the rooms was not very clean, he immediately arranged a better room for us in a nicer location and on a higher floor. Josh was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. We really appreciated his excellent service.

Loved the fact the the Mingara Club was so close with great food. Loved the fact that the hotel’s staff were so friendly and that you could get secure parking onsite, very comfortable room with lovely shower, and a laundry that was clean and tidy 😁
Nothing really- perhaps the laundry could have a second washing machine and dryer to speed things up a bit if someone’s else is using the one that is there, which was our experience😁
