Everything was perfect and staff was very friendly and helpful my favorite place so far and animation team was so nice
The food lacked variety for the meat part maybe it needs more like barbecue nights and also shows were not very professional but not a major issue

The food is exceptional for an Egyptian all inclusive. We’ve stayed in many and it’s the best we’ve ever had. You can genuinely give this place 5 stars for the service and class. The pool was super and clean. Bedrooms were huge and the beds so comfy! Absolutely outstanding
The beach bar area needed a shade area as only a few tables were under cover! The front entrance into the place from the main needs a sign too - we drove ourselves and missed it! Also reception area is being renovated so that will be better when done.
