Amazing property in a palazzo , private and secure location. Hidden Gem is a must stay while in Venice !! It’s Away from the busiest part of town which I LOVED and just a short walk away to all main spots in Venice . Room was so luxurious and clean . It was truly breathtaking. The way we were greeted by Sabrina at check in was so nice words can’t describe her kindness and hospitality . I can’t say enough good things about the staff . Amazing house keeper as well . The whole staff deserves 100000 stars .

Excellent property, beautifully decorated and maintained. Excellent breakfast with freshly made scrambled eggs and cappuccino. Location is ideal! 5-6 min walk from Ospedale ferry stop, no stairs on the way so easy to bring bags. It is about 10-15 min walking distance from all major attractions in Venice so we walked everywhere. Staff is just superb! Highly recommend it!
No complaints from us. Everything was excellent!
