Amazing location. This place is close to everything essential on Provo including snorkeling, markets, downtown shops, and popular beaches (to include very solid snorkeling locations). View is wonderful. Premises is quiet. Didn't find a single thing about which to complain or otherwise be unsatisfied.
Couldn't find a thing. Wonderfully maintained and welcoming. Would recommend having a vehicle rental, but that's not a complaint against the property.

Driving and rude aggressive drivers. The round abouts are accidents waiting to happen.
