9.0"Magical and brilliant family break"
Wonderful resort hotel with first rate facilities. Great breakfast and restaurants. We stayed in the Retreat section which is more private and adult only and it was excellent decision. A number of pools to use, excellent spa and gym. Also great nearby tennis centre. The golf course looks amazing although we did not use it. Great private beach accessed by foot or a lively on site railway and monorail.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 4 years old to 12 years old stay for € 50 per person per night when using an existing bed. Children from 13 years old to 17 years old stay for € 100 per person per night when using an existing bed. Children from 4 years old to 12 years old stay for € 50 per person per night when using an available extra bed. People 13 years old and over stay for € 100 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please note that the Ritz Kids service carries a surcharge of 25 EUR for half day, morning or afternoon and 40 EUR full day, morning and afternoon. For 3 days surcharge is 102 EUR and for 7 days it is 210 EUR. Prices not inclusive of VAT. Kindly note opening dates and times of restaurants may vary according to seasonality Guests staying in Citadel only have access to the Lagoon Pool, Cascade Pool and Persian Garden Pool. Guests staying in The Retreat have access to the Del Mar Infinity Pool. Every lane of The Retreat offers a dedicated pool. Interconnected rooms are available on request and subject to availability.
