Staff gentilissimo e disponibile,abbiamo avuto un problema col condizionatore e in 5 minuti avevano risolto.Posizione ottima,vicina al mercato e a sharm vecchia,la struttura anche nelle aree comuni era pulita. Personale della reception e delle pulizie molto gentili
Purtroppo era infestato dalle zanzare,credo sia dovuto all acqua che usano per innaffiare,ma davvero non si poteva stare fuori in balcone Manca la cassaforte Il wifi nelle camere era molto debole
